Summary: I use Kudoboard for birthdays on my work team. Overall it's a great solution for dispersed/remote teams.

Positive: Easy to share, collaborate, and send. Always well received by recipient. Easy for recipient to acknowledge receipt and share thanks.

Negative: Can be tricky to find relevant GIFs. Might want more tracking to know who has signed and who hasn't.

Summary: Really easy to use and track cards delivery to target user. This saves a lot of time as well. Recommend this product a lot.

Positive: Easy to create and share the card with others.
Covers a lot of events.
Reminders for sending the cards and adding wishes.

Negative: Sometimes it can be hard to find gif/pic based on the keywords.

Summary: Awesome, superb, excellent platform helping to make our people feel special and important on their special occasions.

Positive: So many people can wish a person with wonderful wishes at the same time. It makes the person feel special.

Negative: None as such this is an excellent platform to keep the person informed.

Summary: I think it's a great product and It's wonderful because it has an easy interface for those who aren't so tech savvy.

Positive: I love the fact that we can pen down words to co-workers especially when they are leaving. It's something they get to keep with them to encourage them and remind them of the beautiful memories shared.
I also like the easy navigations and ability to resend and send card to more than one email.

Negative: Nothing really - As always, human nature is to wish there were more spaces for the free template but again that will be selfish as Kudoboard needs to thrive...so no cons per se!

Summary: I use this product when an employee is having a work anniversary. It is not enough to encourage me to pay for the extended version. It allows my team to connect and write something in honor of that person! Everyone loves getting their Kudoboard.

Positive: Love the colorful backgrounds and ease of use! Love the ability to make each Kudoboard unique. Enjoy the ability to set up a send date.

Negative: I do wish that the free version allowed up to 15 spots. My team is growing by a few and it would be nice to allow everyone the opportunity to contribute.

Summary: Covid really changed the way we work, moving to a remote workforce made it hard to get teams to sign cards for those leaving, going on mat leave, take a long vacation. Kudo Boards are a great and fun solution. I love how much they can be personalised, the effects that present when it is opened, the GIFS and attachments that can be placed on messages, it's all fantastic and can be shared via email to ensure the entire business has an opportunity to contribute. The feature to print the board or have it turned in to a book is something really unique and personal. Such beautiful word and messages then made a keep sake. Most of all the ease of use to set a Kudo up and personalize and schedule delivery can all be done in under 5 minutes.

Positive: Ease of use and user interface.
How quick a Kudo is to set up, personalize and schedule.
The archive of all previous Kudos created.
The option to print the Kudo Board or turn in to a book. (LOVE THIS).
The ability to apply fun backgrounds and personalize messages with pics, vids and GIFS, make this alot more fun and exciting then an old card signed by everyone with limited space.
The ability to be able to write long messaged is fantastic without having to worry about character limits.
Great getting emails to advise when the board is delivered and opened.

Negative: Support function is not easy to find, would be good to see this as a chat bubble or something on the front page that could be clicked on and take you to the correct area.

Summary: All around great! It makes sending well wishes much easier! I love it and it is perfect for me and my team.

Positive: I love being able to easily celebrate my team! Easy to use and easy to add contributors. Love being able to have it auto delivered.

Negative: I don't have any cons. I really love Kudoboard. It is great.

Summary: Great product and experience! My team and I use it multiple times per year for boards of varying sizes.

Positive: Customizability, gifs, emojis. Ability to: move messages around, edit or delete messages that don't meet company policy, lock boards, password protect boards, share link with contributors.

Negative: No complaints so far. Great product and experience!

Summary: Kudoboard has offered the opportunity to allow digital signing of cards and is useful for employee departures.

Positive: - Easy to use
- Very convenient to co-ordinate and get responses
- Recipients are often very happy when they see them

Negative: N/A. Nothing I can think of, off the top of my head.

Summary: A product such as this needs to be very efficient and joyful to use with minimum configuration required from the user. Kudoboard ticks all of these boxes.

Positive: Very easy to start using. The additional features are useful but unobtrusive so so you can get started very easily and then add whatever you like. Integration with our company contact list means it is very easy to add collaborators. Schedule send works excellently. Lots of GIFs and images available. The Kudoboard background that is automatically generated is always pretty and there is no need to change it.

Negative: It would be nice to have a feature that prevent you accidentally adding the recipient as a collaborator.

Summary: These days so many people are online, and know people from all around the world. Kudoboard makes it easier for people to connect and bond by sending birthday messages, holiday cards, and more, even with the distance.

Positive: I like how easy it is to set up a kudo, the many designs, schedule it to be sent, add a gift cards, and add images.

Negative: I honestly don't have any cons for it, it's easy to use and I think the cost is fine.

Summary: I love it! I would like to explore other ways to use it beyond the work environment and extend it to families and friends.

Positive: I like the GIFs and personal messages. The simplicity of it is great and allows you to quickly show people that you are thinking of them without the hassle of trying to figure out a complicated system. Kudos! :)

Negative: There is nothing really that I do not like. I think there could be more background options but that is just me being picky.

Summary: Overall, I really enjoy using Kudoboard to celebrate various things with my team and to show appreciation. Whether it be birthdays, maternity leaves, sabbaticals, promotions or other celebratory events, we always make a Kudoboard.

Positive: -Very user-friendly and easy to use
-Extensive gif choice
-Possibility to add your own pictures or videos to posts
-Fully customizable background
-Large selection of backgrounds to choose from or the possibility to add your own picture to the background
-Possibility to schedule card delivery or have the card be automatically delivered at a date and time of the user's choice
-Possibility to add a gift card
-The recipient can thank all of the people who wrote on the board quickly and easily
-Confetti when the recipient opens the card :)

Negative: -Not possible to make each post a different color, they are all white
-Automatic delivery times are 1-hour intervals, instead of allowing the user to choose the exact hour and minute for the board to get automatically delivered

Summary: I absolutely love Kudoboard! It is a great tool to recognize your peers and counselees. It is a great way to say thank you and farewell to employees who are leaving the firm. It is a perfect way to say congrats to the newly promoted. I cannot imagine not having access to it!

Positive: Kudoboard is a great tool, very easy to use, with great features - such as image upload, access to gifs. I especially like that it is easily accessible on desktop and mobile, that you can share a link to it on your social media. I like the image extract - some of my friends printed their Kudoboards and loved it!

Negative: Of course, as any frequent user, I'd love to have access to cheap business plans. Currently, I am purchasing single boards whenever I need to set up a new Kudoboard.

Summary: I would recommend this product to any Supervisors. It is an easy way to make any of your employee's days. A small gesture goes a long way!

Positive: Kudoboard is very user friendly. I have been using it for over a year now and this is a great product to use for any of your employees; new-hire, employees leaving, events, or any holidays.

Negative: I do not have any Cons at this time. There are so many options to pick from for any event you are creating a Kudoboard for.
