Summary: This is so much fun! My team is really enjoying bringing it back and utilizing the boards I create. It makes people smile!

Positive: I've never used Kudoboard before but since joining my new company, I've taken it on for my team and use it for birthdays, work milestones, and anything else fun and celebratory.

Negative: More background options would be great. And to let everyone choose whichever font they would like. Even more customizable.

Summary: Super easy to use, edit and arrange.
Almost infinite options.
Amazing potential.
Keep it going, please... we are grateful for the service you provide.

Positive: What an amazing concept!
Virtual card for everyone to share, no matter when and where.
For communities big and small, time is no longer an issue at all.
The gift card option allows even a better experience of gift giving.

Simple...yet brilliant.

Negative: Okay, 10 participants in mini version for free...all good, understood.
Basically a sample.
But the gap between premium and milestone versions should be filled with one more option... at least.
Though 100 is enough at some occasions...infinite number is waaay too much in other.
I hope something is already in the making.

Summary: I'm very happy with the Kudoboard experience. I have had the opportunity to create and send several Kudoboards. It has been very well received by the team. I appreciate the ease of engagement made possible by the Kudoboard system.

Positive: The ease of collaboration is excellent. Since working remotely it has been difficult to find a system that works as well as the Kudoboard to bring a team together for celebrations, support and engagement.
The ability for the senders to receive a note from the recipient is fantastic! it makes it easy to send a note of thanks. This feature is very much appreciated.

Negative: It would be a great to have the opportunity to customize the background. However, this would be an added feature that does not take away from how great the Kudoboard operates.

Summary: I have used Kudo several times and truly enjoy creating them for my co-workers. It's a fun way to celebrate my co-workers!

Positive: I really like the ease of use. So quick and fun to be able to collaborate . Selection of backgrounds is also great.

Negative: I wish that the free version would allow more people to be added.

Summary: We were doing google slides to send bday and Yelpiversary cards and Kudoboard is significantly easier, faster, and more fun.

Positive: I love the layout, posting capability with gifs, ease of use, and auto-send features! Teams really like the solution compared to what we had before.

Negative: Nothing really negative to say as I like the software. Sometimes I post later than others and my post goes to the bottom and selfishly think about moving it up, but I guess that's what I get for posting later.

Summary: Easy to use, affordable for small organizations, and very useful. I have received many positive responses and words of gratitude in using this product.

Positive: We love that we can, as a group, create a card from all of us in celebration, sympathy, or congratulations. The templates are fun and being able to personalize the message with videos, .gifs, font types, etc., is neat as well. A really fun platform!

Negative: I think it would be cool to make the notes different colors. Maybe that is an option of which I am not aware, but if it is, it isn't easy to find.

Summary: I work for a company that has been remote since the covid pandemic and, in a case where we used to all sign a physical card when someone moved on to a new job or retired, Kudoboard is the perfect solution to replace a physical card. Not only can you easily have people from different departments and teams sign, but the recipient will have access to view this card forever.

-More fun than a physical card, with options to add photos, emojis and gifs

Negative: There are not any cons of this product for my use.

Summary: Highly recommend this product. Our team uses it to send digital birthday notes. The option of being able to print out the Kudoboard is great!

Positive: Very easy to use.
Sends notification after recipient opens their Kudoboard.
Provides options to modify text.

Negative: Pricing is the only con, though our team is small enough so that we can use the free trial version.

Summary: A wonderful product that I constantly recommend. A great way to make anyone feel special. I love Kudoboard!

Positive: A great way to make your remote coworkers feel special! I absolutely love creating a Kudoboard to wish my coworkers a happy birthday, congratulate them on their accomplishments or most recently, show a coworker that we support her during a very hard time in her life.

The themes are fun and appropriate. Adding funds is easy and practical.

Negative: -It needs more themes or rotate on a monthly basis.
-Gift card icon should be larger and more noticeable for the recipient.

Summary: I use Kudoboard for birthdays on my work team. Overall it's a great solution for dispersed/remote teams.

Positive: Easy to share, collaborate, and send. Always well received by recipient. Easy for recipient to acknowledge receipt and share thanks.

Negative: Can be tricky to find relevant GIFs. Might want more tracking to know who has signed and who hasn't.

Summary: Really easy to use and track cards delivery to target user. This saves a lot of time as well. Recommend this product a lot.

Positive: Easy to create and share the card with others.
Covers a lot of events.
Reminders for sending the cards and adding wishes.

Negative: Sometimes it can be hard to find gif/pic based on the keywords.

Summary: Awesome, superb, excellent platform helping to make our people feel special and important on their special occasions.

Positive: So many people can wish a person with wonderful wishes at the same time. It makes the person feel special.

Negative: None as such this is an excellent platform to keep the person informed.

Summary: I think it's a great product and It's wonderful because it has an easy interface for those who aren't so tech savvy.

Positive: I love the fact that we can pen down words to co-workers especially when they are leaving. It's something they get to keep with them to encourage them and remind them of the beautiful memories shared.
I also like the easy navigations and ability to resend and send card to more than one email.

Negative: Nothing really - As always, human nature is to wish there were more spaces for the free template but again that will be selfish as Kudoboard needs to thrive...so no cons per se!

Summary: I use this product when an employee is having a work anniversary. It is not enough to encourage me to pay for the extended version. It allows my team to connect and write something in honor of that person! Everyone loves getting their Kudoboard.

Positive: Love the colorful backgrounds and ease of use! Love the ability to make each Kudoboard unique. Enjoy the ability to set up a send date.

Negative: I do wish that the free version allowed up to 15 spots. My team is growing by a few and it would be nice to allow everyone the opportunity to contribute.

Summary: Covid really changed the way we work, moving to a remote workforce made it hard to get teams to sign cards for those leaving, going on mat leave, take a long vacation. Kudo Boards are a great and fun solution. I love how much they can be personalised, the effects that present when it is opened, the GIFS and attachments that can be placed on messages, it's all fantastic and can be shared via email to ensure the entire business has an opportunity to contribute. The feature to print the board or have it turned in to a book is something really unique and personal. Such beautiful word and messages then made a keep sake. Most of all the ease of use to set a Kudo up and personalize and schedule delivery can all be done in under 5 minutes.

Positive: Ease of use and user interface.

The archive of all previous Kudos created.
The option to print the Kudo Board or turn in to a book. (LOVE THIS).
The ability to apply fun backgrounds and personalize messages with pics, vids and GIFS, make this alot more fun and exciting then an old card signed by everyone with limited space.
The ability to be able to write long messaged is fantastic without having to worry about character limits.
Great getting emails to advise when the board is delivered and opened.

Negative: Support function is not easy to find, would be good to see this as a chat bubble or something on the front page that could be clicked on and take you to the correct area.
