Summary: Wonderful experience! I use it to send Bday carts to our colleagues at work!
In today's times when more and more people work remotely , to send a virtual card where other people can sign too is just bring people together.
The Kudoboard never failed sending the Kudoboard and always sends a reminder for people to post the card by the deadline.

Negative: Free version allow up to maximum of 10 people to post on the board.

Summary: Overall Kudoboards have been our go to Virtual card system since we all began working from home. I highly recommend using this to build camaraderie and relationships in a work setting when not everyone is in the same location or the same office.

Positive: I like the variety of pictures that can be added to the Kudoboard by each participant. I appreciate that you can customize the background to fit the occasion (work anniversary, baby, wedding, birthday, etc).
The free option is great for smaller work teams to use for recognition.

Negative: There is a cost to Kudoboards larger than 10 contributors. It would be nice if when you signed in with a particular company email, it could suggest using an established company premium plan if available.

Summary: This was a great way to recognize team members that are retiring, getting a new role, leaving to a new company and so much more. I have used them for more than one reason and they are always a hit.

Positive: They are very colorful and fun. There are many ways to add sentiment (words, GIF, picture or all of the above). It is easy to share to get others to sign it. The automatic delivery that is an option is great.

Negative: There are not as many options for a retirement for the background.

Summary: As the creator of a board, it's so easy and when I send it to others to add to it, it's so user friendly and the receiver is surprised and loves it. What a wonderful way to send a compliment.

Positive: Our team LOVES this. We use this as a way to send Kudos to our team and outside teams. It's so easy to use and easy to recommend this to be used.

Negative: There's nothing not to like. It's easy and straight forward. I love all the features that are offered.

Summary: Overall a great experience. It's been fun for the office to use and also to receive their Kudoboards. I think the team now looks forward to receiving their customized Birthday Kudoboard.

Positive: Kudoboard is an easy way for a team to celebrate their colleagues.
Easy to use and customize. Maybe Kudoboard can have a feature that sends reminders out to participants who plan to sign.

Negative: Maybe there can be a feature to drop images (for custom backgrounds), WITH functions to stretch/crop images/add multiple images for the background.

Summary: Our team members love being involved in celebrating each other via Kudoboard, when we all can't be together. Kudoboard is a terrific way to celebrate, family, friends and team members!

Positive: Kudoboard is easy to use and can involve lots of people near and far! I have recommended it to a friend who was at a loss during Covid how to celebrate an upcoming bridal shower when people weren't traveling. She loved the idea and used it!
With people working remotely and hybrid schedules, it is a great way for our office to celebrate together.

Negative: There is nothing I didn't like about this product!

Summary: Great tool, we love using it! Great way to bring the teams together. and put fun graphics, pictures, and words.

Positive: Everything is easy to use and there are a lot of options. My team loves to use it as a way to say thank you, congratulate, or wish a happy birthday!

Negative: Currently there are no cons to the program.

Summary: Love it! Use it all the time to celebrate work anniversaries and birthdays for my work teammates. Very happy with it!

Positive: Fast and easy! Many people can participate. Everyone loves giving and receiving! Large variety of options!

Negative: The price is spendy, but that is the only negative!

Summary: Overall this website is awesome and I would recommend it to others :) you are able to make others feel special on their birthday. I feel like that is important.

Positive: I love using Kudos board as a fun new way to celebrate birthdays. It lets everyone post their own message digitally so they don’t have to come together in one spot to sign a card.

Negative: Wish the free version had more than 10 people limit.

Summary: Kudoboard is an easy and effective way to stay connected in the workplace. It gives many options for personalization, which help to give that personal touch in a digital platform. Our team loves to use Kudoboard to welcome new hires to the company.

Positive: Simplicity, many options in design, large library of gifs, email reminder functions are helpful, price is reasonable.

Negative: I wish I could select multiple fonts for each Kudoboard post.

Summary: I love using Kudoboard to set up boards to spread joy for special events, recognize hard work and I love how easy it is to share amongst the team, schedule delivery dates and much more!

Positive: Boards are so easy to create, and there are a range of ways to put your own flare to make it personable. Boards are easy to share and invite others to participate.

Negative: Log in can be a bit of a hiccup at times. But other than having to login over and over and verify my membership, I have no other concerns.

Summary: Kudoboard is a great tool to celebrate staff milestones of all kinds, whether work anniversaries, birthdays, or farewells. It's great to be able to have multiple contributors participate in these celebrations!

Positive: It's great to have the ability to include multiple contributors. I also love being able to include photos, gifs, and typed notes. It's also great to be able to personalize the Kudoboard's background (and there's lots to choose from!). Sending the Kudoboard to the recipient via email is also so easy, and I like the option to schedule this in advance. Finally, it's great to get an email that lets me (as the sender) know when the recipient has opened their Kudoboard!

Negative: My only con is the pricing model. I find it a bit odd that the price to print the book and the post is the same. I also wish there were smaller size options to print the poster. One time, a recipient wanted to print as a poster, but wanted to print it small enough to have at their desk; printing through Kudoboard seemed less worth it compared to printing at places like Staples or CVS.

Summary: Fantastic piece of kit for sending a new type of e-card or messaging board, especially for a team who are geographically distanced, to an individual for a special event or to send kind words of support, it really helps to bring the team together without actually sending a physical card around the office for everyone to sign.

Positive: Easy to use and user friendly for contributors.

Great range of messaging styles available for different events eg birthdays, congrats and condolences.
FREE for up to 10 contributors, which is great when you don't have a budget for these kind of things.

Negative: Hard to say.
Autocorrect on names is annoying sometimes ;-)

Summary: Simple, easy to use product that allows recognition in today's digital world. Good investment for leadership.

Positive: Easy login via SAML and ability to customize the board. Pulling in GIFs make it a fun surprise especially for any team jokes, etc.

Negative: There can be a lot of Kudoboards flying around at once so people can ignore but overall this is a culture thing vs product feedback.

Would like to see automation of boards based on dates plugged into the system.

Summary: Very easy to use, very customizable, savvy and very efficient. I have recommended this to many other colleagues and I have been using it at 2 different companies.

Positive: I have used Kudoboard for the last 2.5 years and I love working with it. I use it for group cards from my team, celebrating coworker life events. There are many ways to customize messages, I can include images, links, gif images, etc. Also, you can set up delay send and just add the email address that it should go to, after specifying the when information.

Negative: I would like to upload my own images for the backdrop. Sometimes, the images available don't quite fit the bill. Also, some of the images are too busy for my taste or they are too cartoonish. Otherwise, I love your program.
