Summary: Would recommend it to all! It is easy to use and a great tool to build community, celebrate and edify staff and show your thankfulness.

Positive: This is a great way to build up teams and vendors! We love using this to show our appreciation, show that we care and celebrate with our people.

Negative: Sometimes the timezone doesn't work and the boards are sent out ahead of time.

Summary: Can’t recommend highly enough. Such a touching gift. Love it that we have the option of printing out too.

Positive: So easy to use. Just need email addresses & off we go! I’ve organized kudo boards for weddings, thank you’s & bon voyages. So lovely reading all those heartfelt messages. And now we can add donations/contributions-perfect! Saves me from asking & organizing. Kudo boards take the hassle out of something wonderful.

Negative: As editor I wish I could move people’s posts around. Also include more than 1 pic per post.

Positive: Personalization to add GIF's provided from Software or to add your own pictures and messages from dept events.

Negative: 1) could use more background boards since we use it often for dept birthdays, sympathy, baby showers
2) if we could add a verbal message, that would be great too to add personal jokes
3) if the recipient could also write back in one thank you to everyone on the board would be great too.

Summary: Great experience, like the different themes and options. I can create kudo boards for every occasion.

Negative: Cost, have to pick an option to be able to share it with others.

Summary: I have used Kudoboards for kudos, remembrances and recognition. It's flexibility and ease of use to set-up and for contributors makes it part of my tool set.

Positive: The ease of setting up a Kudoboard and contributing posts has come to make it my method for doing so. It allows contributors to use their own creativity and provide their thoughts in a forum that makes it a worthwhile gift to the recipient. It's both easy and fun.

Negative: It would be nice to have some flexibility in arranging posts when they have been gathered.

Summary: I have had a great/positive experience when using Kudoboard. I love this platform. The ease of use is great.

Positive: I love that we can deliver this and send it out to our folks real time. We are a company who has employees located all over the US and this tool brightens our staff's days when they receive this.

Negative: I cannot think of any cons at this time. This is a great platform.

Negative: I just wish the mini board offered up to 15 posts :)

Summary: Wonderful, enjoy the platform, the reminders, and the ability to schedule delivery. I also enjoy the ability to personalize the backgrounds.

Positive: We have been using Kudoboard since the pandemic to acknowledge birthdays or special occasions for staff, and it has been such a great platform to allow each individual to use their own personality and messages to celebrate people.

Negative: It would be nice to have the ability to schedule reminders to people to participate.

Summary: Ive been using this for birthday shout outs and anything special for the team. Fun and easy to use for everyone.

Positive: I love the ease of the Kudoboard, and inviting contributors. Love that you can link videos too! Makes someone feel uber special! I also love that you can schedule a specific date/time. That gives us ample time to set it up and have it delivered on the special day.

Negative: I had nothing that I didn't like. If anything, I would love some animated backgrounds to make it even more engaging. Also wish i could print it out on regular size letter paper.

Summary: I use Kudoboard frequently at work. I am a manager and make an effort to recognize my employees for things like big life events, birthdays, etc. Kudoboard makes it easy for everyone to contribute their well wishes collectively.

Positive: Kudoboard is easy to use and share, includes GIFs and video features, include a variety of themes, and has an engaging interface.

Negative: Nothing I can think of at this time. It has worked well for me.

Summary: Great experience each time we use this option. People seem to enjoy being able to personalize their greetings and it's much easier than passing a card around.

Positive: Great option for having employees 'sign' a colleague's birthday card and add their own personal touch, e.g., gifs and photos.

Negative: I do wish there was a cheaper enterprise/annual option for small companies (more than 10 employees but fewer than 100). Paying $6 each time seems a little high.

Summary: This is a very simple tool to appreciate, celebrate, show kindness, empathy, etc all in a single page. The tool is very easy to use and supports images, GIFs, emojis etc.
I seldom use it to celebrate work anniversaries and birthdays of my team mates. The free board does work for me for most of the times, but I do end up upgrading to the paid version when I have more contributions for a given event.
In the times where lot of companies are doing budget cuts, Kudoboard comes handy where we can show appreciations and celebrate by staying within the budgets.

Will surely continue using this tool!! Great work, Kudoboard team!

Negative: -Cannot change the font. Would love to know if there is a way for the same.

Summary: We use Kudoboard all the time for overall recognition, and it’s so nice to be able to customize for each receiver!

Positive: The website is so easy to use, both as the person setting up the Kudoboard and as someone contributing!

Negative: If I could change anything it would be to up the number of contributors for the free platform.
