Summary: I have used and introduced Kudos to different companies I have worked for or worked with. It's just so easy , but effective. It allows everyone to share their "KUDOS' and allows them to be creative.

Positive: It's a great way to send Kudos or do birthdays for employees in a work space.
If your team is smaller than 10 - this is FREE. -- which is even better.

Especially during the pandemic- It is contactless , safe . and fun.

Negative: Most teams are larger than 10 - maybe increase the amount to 15 or 20.

Summary: Overall, I've had a 10/10 experience! My company has used Kudoboard to celebrate birthdays, anniversaries, work accomplishments, retirements, etc. Thank you so much for creating this product!

Positive: - Being able to invite contributors remotely and without needing to create a Kudoboard account
- Scheduled delivery
- Being able to edit contributors' posts as an admin (to fix grammar errors, update pics, etc.)

Negative: It would be great if:
- Multiple photos could be attached to a post
- Searching for gifs/photos was more refined, better organized (maybe with more search filters?)
- Sometimes when searching, gifs take a while to load (but that might just be an issue with the internet connection on my end)
- More font choices and sizes were available

Summary: This has been a great tool in our workplace and has been used for a number of new baby, and retirement celebrations. We are a global company, and colleagues from all over are able to access and include their sentiments/photos, etc.
We have even purchased a few kudoboard books as a lasting keepsake to retirees.
I like that the board can always be accessed, and can still be added to after sent to the recipient.
Overall, we love it!

Positive: Easy to use;

Negative: I don't have any cons - we enjoy this software and I don't have anything negative to say.

Summary: I have used kudoboards since 2019 and they are such a wonderful way to bring people together to show appreciation for others, no matter where they are. It is simple and quick and love the image/gif options to include. They are always appreciated and so meaningful to those that receive them. It is a wonderful virtual option for appreciation of others!

Negative: I guess if i had to think of something, more background options. There are lots, but there have been times i have not found just the right image for the background to thank someone for their work, a professional but fun thank you.

Summary: Kudoboard is a simple but impactful way to engage in team building. It's easy to use, and fun as well! My team enjoys using the Kudoboard for a variety of occasions, including birthdays, anniversaries, recognition, and just because!

Positive: I love the ability to search GIF's, use emojis, and change the font. I think there is also a great selection of backgrounds for any occasion.

Negative: Kudoboard is easy to use, no cons I can think of!

Summary: I've had a great experience using Kudoboard. I love seeing the recipients' faces as they read their messages.

Positive: I love Kudoboard because it's easy to use and there are many stock photos. As a board owner I like that I can edit spelling errors and other minor details in the posts and I can move messages around to balance the board.

Negative: I can't really think of anything that I don't like.

Summary: A great platform with great features and much better than sending physical cards when staff are remote.

Positive: Lovely way to message staff on anniversaries birthdays and on special occasions and to include staff to add messages. Nice to be able to use gifs and change backgrounds too.

Negative: Can't really think of anything - desired features are already included.

Summary: Highly recommend this product. I am ale to create reminders for upcoming events and setting up a board is very easy. We use this for work anniversaries, birthdays, kudos and even work contents and love it.

Positive: Boards can be automated to get delivered at a certain date/time.
Inviting contributors is easy.
Automatic reminders 24 hrs before the due date.
Notification is made once recipient opens the board .
Variety of items can be used from GIFs, to photos to home made video.
Reminders can be set for qualifying events (birthday, anniversary remainders for certain individuals.)

Negative: I had to think really hard on this one. One feature I wish would be available is auto fill for email addresses I have used in the past for contributors. I create a good numbers of boards and have to manually input all addresses and it gets tedious.

Summary: It always seems to put a smile on the persons face that receives it. It is really nice that you can set a date and time to send it.

Positive: I think it is a neat way to send a virtual card no matter the occasion to a co worker! We have sent kudoboards for deaths, anniversaries, and birthdays!!

Negative: There is not much I don't like about this. You can add your own pictures or GIFS.

Summary: I use it a lot for Thank Yous and Birthday Greetings.

Positive: It's very user friendly and customizable to the recipient's personality.

Negative: I am a free Trial user - so my items are limited to 10 comments which I really do not have complaints. Other than that, there's none that I can think of for right now.

Summary: I love Kudoboard. I had never used it until this year, and seeing how user-friendly it is, and how people in my department responded so well to using it (and enjoyed receiving a board on their own birthday!), we decided it was well worth it to get the annual subscription.

Positive: Kudoboard has provided the easiest way to wish everyone in our department of 30 people a Happy Birthday! Gone are the days of hunting everyone down to sign a paper card. With so many now working remotely, this is hands-down the best!

Negative: Not Kudoboard's fault, but my company has blocked the images/gifs being used. I'm working on getting that fixed, but I have had to add a personal note to each recipient to open their board on a device not on the company VPN.

Summary: I use Kudoboard to send my appreciation from my students to guest speakers. They love how easy it is to use and that they can add gifs. I like that I can add multiple recipients and can easily share a link to the Kudoboard so my students can add their messages.

Positive: Kudoboards are easy to collaborate on, send to multiple recipients and collaborators, and customize.

Negative: I haven't come across any drawbacks of using Kudoboards.

Summary: Great site, I highly recommend it! The option for setting a date and time is a life saver. You can add gifs and jpegs which is fun when you're using for a team.

Positive: I have been using Kudoboard for two years now for work celebrations and its a huge hit. It was especially helpful during Covid when everyone was WFH it added some fun with our teams.

I was so happy to have found the site. I was getting bored with other sites I was using and prices kept going up. I like that they offer a membership you can share it across teams so it’s cost friendly.

Negative: I wish they had more options- they have added DEI which is wonderful, and having most of the holidays is great.

Summary: I love the easy access, uploading of images, you name it. Instead of buying a card, I go to Kudoboard!

Positive: Everything! Especially the fact that others can add their personal messages. I like the feature that I get notified with others have posted as well.

Negative: The only thing I had trouble with was finding the group email access. I had to click from one link to the other, but I found it.

Summary: We love to send Kudos back and forth to each other and it allows us to bring the whole team into it so we feel like a full team again.

Positive: We are able to send birthday, get better, and anniversary cards to our team members virtually now that we are all working from home. Helps bring the team together again.

Negative: Only 10 people can sign unless you want to pay for it.
