Summary: My experience has been easy. It has been fun putting the Kudoboards together, and it has been great to see the wonderful things that my coworkers have to say about one another. I feel like Kudoboard really brings teams together, and I love that so much. It is such a positive experience using Kudoboard, and I plan to use it in the future. I used to use another website, but that one does not hold a candle to Kudoboard. I am beyond satisfied with this website. It is easy to learn how to use, it is user-friendly, it has a lot of options for customization, and it ultimately brings joy to the recipient(s) of the board.

Positive: I love that I am able to involve all of my coworkers in praising a teammate. I love that their voices can all be heard in a beautiful board, where images, gifs, and even confetti can be used to decorate the space. I love that there is an assortment of exciting backgrounds that can be used to add even more of a visual appeal to the board. The fact that you can set a date for the board to go out automatically is awesome. I also enjoy the fact that you can keep the contributor's names on the board or you can remove them if needed. It is very versatile that way. The board even has an option to add a gift card, which is a nice touch. I have never used that feature personally, but it seems like if someone wanted to add a gift card that feature would make things easier. I like that they have a free version or a paid version, so you can decide what best works for you and your budget.

Negative: I wish there were a few more plain backgrounds for those individuals who do not like all the bold images that are offered as backgrounds. I also wish you could choose the color of the confetti. Also, sometimes when you pick a gif it does not load properly and looks a bit fuzzy. I gave the design section a 4 for these reasons, even though I wish I could rate Kudoboard 5 across the board.

Summary: Would recommend!

Positive: Really easy to use and a great place to collate messages from lots of people.
Great that you can schedule delivery to the recipient.

Negative: The Free board only holds 10 messages before you have to pay - irritating for smaller boards as sometimes have had to pay the extra when I only needed it for the ability to post 11 messages.

Summary: I was introduced to Kudoboard by a colleague at a previous company and I've introduced it to my last 2 companies and we use it for birthdays, goodbyes, etc.

Positive: It's very convenient, free to use (for up to 10 posts) and reasonable price for more posts, offers so many different options.

Negative: Nothing that I can think of. Never came across any issues.

Summary: Kudoboard is a fun, easy way to teams to celebrate each other virtually! Just takes a min to share a photo or gif and comment for a teammate. And no need for users to create an account or anything. The recipient can even print out and/or save their Kudoboard if they want to hand on to it!

Positive: Easy to use, affordable, gets high response rates from employees without me needing to remind anyone (the reminders are sent automatically). It is well received by recipients.

Negative: No cons to note -- if anything maybe more variety in pre-loaded backgrounds, but you can upload a photo if you want.

Summary: Easy, quick, efficient to use. Not a groundbreaking invention but a great simple tool for quickly recognising colleagues and collecting funds if needed.

Positive: Easy to set up a board, suggestions based on congratulations/message theme, multiple avenues to solicit contributions, reminders, and auto-scheduling of sending.

Negative: I don't really have any criticisms, it's a simple product and it works as intended.

Summary: Love using Kudoboard! If you haven't tried them, you need to check them out. Everyone loves receiving them.

Positive: I love being able to collaborate with others to send a Kudoboard. In our virtual environment, this allows us to send kudos from one location with participation from various folks regardless of their location.

Negative: Wish there were more categories (Birthday, etc.)

Summary: Absolutely great way to reach to colleagues and friends. Made life much easier during pandemic and nowadays with work from home.

Positive: - easy to use

Negative: - pricing, wish to have a package option as I use it in the office all the time.

Summary: I have used and introduced Kudos to different companies I have worked for or worked with. It's just so easy , but effective. It allows everyone to share their "KUDOS' and allows them to be creative.

Positive: It's a great way to send Kudos or do birthdays for employees in a work space.
If your team is smaller than 10 - this is FREE. -- which is even better.

Especially during the pandemic- It is contactless , safe . and fun.

Negative: Most teams are larger than 10 - maybe increase the amount to 15 or 20.

Summary: Overall, I've had a 10/10 experience! My company has used Kudoboard to celebrate birthdays, anniversaries, work accomplishments, retirements, etc. Thank you so much for creating this product!

Positive: - Being able to invite contributors remotely and without needing to create a Kudoboard account
- Scheduled delivery
- Being able to edit contributors' posts as an admin (to fix grammar errors, update pics, etc.)

Negative: It would be great if:
- Multiple photos could be attached to a post
- Searching for gifs/photos was more refined, better organized (maybe with more search filters?)
- Sometimes when searching, gifs take a while to load (but that might just be an issue with the internet connection on my end)
- More font choices and sizes were available

Summary: This has been a great tool in our workplace and has been used for a number of new baby, and retirement celebrations. We are a global company, and colleagues from all over are able to access and include their sentiments/photos, etc.
We have even purchased a few kudoboard books as a lasting keepsake to retirees.
I like that the board can always be accessed, and can still be added to after sent to the recipient.
Overall, we love it!

Negative: I don't have any cons - we enjoy this software and I don't have anything negative to say.

Summary: I have used kudoboards since 2019 and they are such a wonderful way to bring people together to show appreciation for others, no matter where they are. It is simple and quick and love the image/gif options to include. They are always appreciated and so meaningful to those that receive them. It is a wonderful virtual option for appreciation of others!

Negative: I guess if i had to think of something, more background options. There are lots, but there have been times i have not found just the right image for the background to thank someone for their work, a professional but fun thank you.

Summary: Kudoboard is a simple but impactful way to engage in team building. It's easy to use, and fun as well! My team enjoys using the Kudoboard for a variety of occasions, including birthdays, anniversaries, recognition, and just because!

Positive: I love the ability to search GIF's, use emojis, and change the font. I think there is also a great selection of backgrounds for any occasion.

Negative: Kudoboard is easy to use, no cons I can think of!

Summary: I've had a great experience using Kudoboard. I love seeing the recipients' faces as they read their messages.

Positive: I love Kudoboard because it's easy to use and there are many stock photos. As a board owner I like that I can edit spelling errors and other minor details in the posts and I can move messages around to balance the board.

Negative: I can't really think of anything that I don't like.

Summary: A great platform with great features and much better than sending physical cards when staff are remote.

Positive: Lovely way to message staff on anniversaries birthdays and on special occasions and to include staff to add messages. Nice to be able to use gifs and change backgrounds too.

Negative: Can't really think of anything - desired features are already included.

Summary: Highly recommend this product. I am ale to create reminders for upcoming events and setting up a board is very easy. We use this for work anniversaries, birthdays, kudos and even work contents and love it.

Positive: Boards can be automated to get delivered at a certain date/time.
Inviting contributors is easy.
Automatic reminders 24 hrs before the due date.
Notification is made once recipient opens the board .
Variety of items can be used from GIFs, to photos to home made video.
Reminders can be set for qualifying events (birthday, anniversary remainders for certain individuals.)

Negative: I had to think really hard on this one. One feature I wish would be available is auto fill for email addresses I have used in the past for contributors. I create a good numbers of boards and have to manually input all addresses and it gets tedious.
