Summary: I use it a lot for Thank Yous and Birthday Greetings.

Positive: It's very user friendly and customizable to the recipient's personality.

Negative: I am a free Trial user - so my items are limited to 10 comments which I really do not have complaints. Other than that, there's none that I can think of for right now.

Summary: I love Kudoboard. I had never used it until this year, and seeing how user-friendly it is, and how people in my department responded so well to using it (and enjoyed receiving a board on their own birthday!), we decided it was well worth it to get the annual subscription.

Positive: Kudoboard has provided the easiest way to wish everyone in our department of 30 people a Happy Birthday! Gone are the days of hunting everyone down to sign a paper card. With so many now working remotely, this is hands-down the best!

Negative: Not Kudoboard's fault, but my company has blocked the images/gifs being used. I'm working on getting that fixed, but I have had to add a personal note to each recipient to open their board on a device not on the company VPN.

Summary: I use Kudoboard to send my appreciation from my students to guest speakers. They love how easy it is to use and that they can add gifs. I like that I can add multiple recipients and can easily share a link to the Kudoboard so my students can add their messages.

Positive: Kudoboards are easy to collaborate on, send to multiple recipients and collaborators, and customize.

Negative: I haven't come across any drawbacks of using Kudoboards.

Summary: Great site, I highly recommend it! The option for setting a date and time is a life saver. You can add gifs and jpegs which is fun when you're using for a team.

Positive: I have been using Kudoboard for two years now for work celebrations and its a huge hit. It was especially helpful during Covid when everyone was WFH it added some fun with our teams.

I was so happy to have found the site. I was getting bored with other sites I was using and prices kept going up. I like that they offer a membership you can share it across teams so it’s cost friendly.

Negative: I wish they had more options- they have added DEI which is wonderful, and having most of the holidays is great.

Summary: I love the easy access, uploading of images, you name it. Instead of buying a card, I go to Kudoboard!

Positive: Everything! Especially the fact that others can add their personal messages. I like the feature that I get notified with others have posted as well.

Negative: The only thing I had trouble with was finding the group email access. I had to click from one link to the other, but I found it.

Summary: We love to send Kudos back and forth to each other and it allows us to bring the whole team into it so we feel like a full team again.

Positive: We are able to send birthday, get better, and anniversary cards to our team members virtually now that we are all working from home. Helps bring the team together again.

Negative: Only 10 people can sign unless you want to pay for it.

Summary: Absolutely fantastic easy and really great designs. after trying other e cards this is by far the best and easiest.

Positive: They are so easy to use easy for people to add gifs pics etc to cards and so much better than a card. Best site I used for shared office cards.

Negative: Nothing its brilliant! There are absolutely no cons to this product.

Summary: I love Kudoboard and will continue using it with my remote team! It's user friendly and the designs are robust!

Positive: My team is now 100% remote! We used to pass birthday, anniversary, and other cards around in the office and sign but we can no longer do this. Kudoboard is my replacement for this and I use it for every team member's special day. The cards are easy to send, easy to collaborate one, and there are many design options. I love Kudoboard.

Negative: Would love to be able to send to more than 10 people on the 'free' option.

Summary: I have always had a great experience with this product.

Positive: Easy to do and get to everyone. great idea for the times we are in.

Negative: Maybe if anything more options on backdrop.

Summary: It's a hit at our company with so many folks working remotely - no more passing around a paper card!

Positive: Easy to use, amazing gifs, enables tons of signatures! We are in the age of gifs and Kudoboard doesn't disappoint!

Negative: There isn't really a con that I can think of, really!

Summary: Kudoboard has been a simple, convenient way to recognize and celebrate team members milestones and achievements, especially in a virtual world. It's very intuitive to use, even for beginners. Scheduling delivery for a specific date/time as well as inviting others to contribute is very easy and enables you to set it up and then put it out of your mind. Just love this tech tool to make celebrating work colleagues so easy.

Positive: Easy alternative to paper cards, support and recognize work colleagues, no hassle and easy to navigate, even for newbies.

Negative: I'd love more customization options for wallpaper, fonts, and Kudoboard set-up.

Summary: Overall very nice app, with a few modifications would be even better. It is a simple interface, that allows a quick set up for colleagues.

Positive: Kudoboard gives me the opportunity to recognize my peers and colleagues and direct reports, for a milestone, a birthday or an important event. It is so easy to do and adding an option for a gift card allows colleagues to donate directly. Very easy, simple and wow so effective!

Negative: Too many steps to set up a kudoboard for sending at a later date, could be more streamlined.

Summary: Kudoboard has been a great tool to keep our hybrid team connected when birthdays and anniversaries come up!

Positive: Kudoboard is very easy to navigate and use. It has great graphics and gifs to select from. My team has really enjoyed building these boards!

Negative: I wish the mini board could be up to 15 people vs the current 9.

Summary: Highly recommend to send notes of appreciation or congratulations! Kudoboard makes it so easy to collectively send a group card/board to someone.

Positive: We love that our team can add notes of appreciation for our employees & add unique touches like photos, videos, or gifs. We appreciate that it is SO EASY to use. We also used the new gift card feature & it worked GREAT.

Negative: Maybe more features in design to make it more customized.

Summary: I've been very happy with Kudoboard and plan to continue using it with my guest speakers and students.

Positive: As a professor, I use Kudoboard as an easy way for my students to send thank you notes to guest speakers. I love that we can personalize cards for each person.

Negative: I don't have any complaints about Kudoboard! I like everything about it!
