Kudoboard Reviews

Summary: My colleagues and I frequently use Kudoboard for birthdays and other celebrations. The instruction video makes it easy to create, schedule and deliver a Kudoboard. And it gives "signers" the ability to search for fun GIFs and photos suiting the occasion and receiver to go with their messages. I don't mind paying the 5.99 to include more than 10 people because that's about what I might pay to go out and buy a card. And no more passing around printed cards and trying to keep track of who in the office is holding the card and who hasn't signed yet!

Positive: Ease of use, ability to search for GIFs and photos to go with your message, ability to schedule delivery for a certain day and time.

Negative: I need to sort of re-teach myself each time I create one and remember/experiment with things like where on the screen do I click to start scheduling and such.

Summary: It was really easy, especially if you are busy at work and don't have time to sing a card. Loved it!

Positive: The best and simple way to send a e-card to thank or to simple wish a happy birthday. I really like all the options you can choose from, really friendly.

Negative: Nothing I really like using Kuddoboard and i will do it again.

Summary: Highly recommend. Disappointed my company will not longer provide.

Positive: Absolutely love using this product to celebrate co-workers. Lots of options from which to choose. Recipient feedback has been extraordinary!

Negative: Wish there was a better way to distinguish when to use the 3 options available for what occasion. Seems only the special occasion gets to be assigned to someone in particular.

Summary: Absolutely love using kudoboards -- they are so quick and easy to use and have such an amazing impact for the individual receiving the board. So easy to set up and distribute too!

Positive: - Kudoboard has such a wide array of fun GIFs that keep work culture moral up and exciting
- Love the UI and ease of use
- Appreciate the ability to schedule boards which are great for celebrating work anniversaries and birthdays

Negative: - Honestly nothing! I have used Kudoboard many times and have never had a poor experience, if anything I wish we could have more users at to the Kudoboard for the free version
- Would love to have a reminder to fill out kudoboards that I am invited to (sometimes work gets in the way and I forget to fill out a board for a coworker's birthday!)

Summary: I will continue to use Kudoboard! It's super easy and my team really loves getting them. You can use them for any type of recognition. Birthdays, reaching goals, etc.

Positive: Great product to use to let those know you appreciate them and care. I use these monthly for my team.

Negative: None! I have no found a downside to this product. Thank you.

Summary: We use Kudoboard in our office now for all birthdays and anniversaries. It's a simple tool and so much fun!

Positive: The process to create and send the boards is fun and intuitive - so many options are available! Everyone loves getting them, and the ability to save them in various ways is super. Now that some of our staff works remotely at least some of the time, this allows everyone to add their greetings.

Negative: The process of adding emails is a little cumbersome - having a list with tick boxes would be easier to use.

Summary: Overall, I have no major complaints and would definitely recommend Kudoboard. It gets the job done with minimal effort required which makes life much easier.

Positive: I really like Kudoboard as it is very easy to set up a Kudoboard, it is very straight forward and also very easy to distribute. I use it at work for staff birthdays. I really appreciate them.

Negative: The only aspect I don't like is that the free board has a maximum number of people who can sign it, but recently I have not been using Kudoboard for big groups of people so have not been affected directly thankfully.

Summary: Kudoboard is my first thought whenever an employee is having a big event - promotion, new baby, retirement, or leaving the university. I set up the board in a few minutes and employees are adding messages in no time. Very convenient and user-friendly.

Positive: The ease in setting up a board is impressive. It literally takes less than 5 minutes to have it ready to go for use. I also like the features of being able to schedule (or not schedule) the delivery.

Negative: I would like to have a way to go back and add in the gift card option if it wasn't selected from the start. Even if it only allows for one person to add money, that would be good.

Summary: When needing to wish someone well, celebrate a birthday or congratulate a coworker about a promotion, Kudoboard is the perfect spot to do just that. Multiple contributors in different locations can all add their messages which is so convenient. The selection of colors and themes are fun to choose from, as well! We use Kudoboards for all types of occasions!

Positive: Being able to add gifs or memes to the message is fantastic! Ability to include people in different locations as contributors, and ability to schedule delivery times is great, as well.

Negative: Our only wish is that there were more occasions to choose from and a few more mature or modern looking prints.

Summary: I am an assistant and this platform allows me to help keep morale up as we are all still working from home. It is easy for my team members to add something quickly and get back to their work. It works for all occasions I have had the want to use it for. I will continue to use it.

Positive: Easily sent to email addresses, fun to pick GIF when you aren't good with words, and plenty of options to choose from.

Negative: Email every time someone adds to the board. I am sure I have access to limited content do to the free version, but understandable.

Summary: Great experience! User friendly.

Summary: I and my team love using Kudoboard for birthdays, congrats, etc. I work at a company with 20,000 global employees and it makes it so easy for folks to contribute regardless of location or timezone. Love it.

Positive: Kudoboard is so convenient and such a quick, easy way to create a thoughtful group note or recognition to someone.

Negative: I would say more background options but only because I like to see as many options as possible. I haven't looked into if this was a feature yet but the ability to record a note would be great!

Summary: We always use it for birthdays and celebrations and it's easy to share it with other teams and send it to the interested people.

Positive: It makes my life easier when it comes to congratulate team members for some achievements or welcoming a new starter.

Negative: Nothing I can think of, perhaps the free version can be extended to 15-20 users.

Summary: Kudoboard is perfect for maintaining a fun/easy way to celebrate any occasion within the office! It is super user-friendly & provides endless ways to express one's self using pics/gifs.

Positive: A pro is being able to schedule a delivery, so I don't need to remember to send it out myself. Another pro would be having so many options to make the Kudoboard look nice.

Negative: There honestly isn't anything I don't like about Kudoboard.

Summary: My experience has been easy. It has been fun putting the Kudoboards together, and it has been great to see the wonderful things that my coworkers have to say about one another. I feel like Kudoboard really brings teams together, and I love that so much. It is such a positive experience using Kudoboard, and I plan to use it in the future. I used to use another website, but that one does not hold a candle to Kudoboard. I am beyond satisfied with this website. It is easy to learn how to use, it is user-friendly, it has a lot of options for customization, and it ultimately brings joy to the recipient(s) of the board.

Positive: I love that I am able to involve all of my coworkers in praising a teammate. I love that their voices can all be heard in a beautiful board, where images, gifs, and even confetti can be used to decorate the space. I love that there is an assortment of exciting backgrounds that can be used to add even more of a visual appeal to the board. The fact that you can set a date for the board to go out automatically is awesome. I also enjoy the fact that you can keep the contributor's names on the board or you can remove them if needed. It is very versatile that way. The board even has an option to add a gift card, which is a nice touch. I have never used that feature personally, but it seems like if someone wanted to add a gift card that feature would make things easier. I like that they have a free version or a paid version, so you can decide what best works for you and your budget.

Negative: I wish there were a few more plain backgrounds for those individuals who do not like all the bold images that are offered as backgrounds. I also wish you could choose the color of the confetti. Also, sometimes when you pick a gif it does not load properly and looks a bit fuzzy. I gave the design section a 4 for these reasons, even though I wish I could rate Kudoboard 5 across the board.
