Summary: I have used Kudoboard to celebrate team birthdays and accomplishments for almost a year now and we absolutely love it!!

Positive: I love how easy it is to use Kudoboard with our team to celebrate special occasions and accomplishments.

Negative: I don't like that I can't schedule delivery if logged in through our work VPN.

Summary: I go to this for my co workers who are remote and it's always easy breezy. For birthdays, farewells, weddings, work anniversary's, etc.

Positive: Very easy and fun to use! It is always nice and thoughtful. Setting up is user friendly and I love that the boards can be auto delivered.

Negative: I haven't came across any cons this far. I am apart of this through my organization.

Summary: I am a huge fan! I will continue to use Kudoboards as a way to celebrate and create the culture I want to work in at my office.

Positive: I love sending Kudoboards as a way to build culture in my new office. I arrived 9.5 months ago and I think it is a fun way to recognize employee milestones (birthdays, retirements, new jobs, babies!).

Kudoboards make it easy for me to set up a fun background and share the link with 9 other colleagues and then have the board delivered to the recipient on a selected date and time. Perfection!

Negative: Since I only have a free account, I am limited on the number of contributors to the Kudoboard.

Summary: I have used Kudoboard for several years and I enjoy the flexible, personalized message board. I have used both paid and free versions and have found both options to be fun and engaging.

Positive: Platform is user friendly - and use is quite intuitive. Both free and paid version are excellent options to share sentiments with others.

Negative: Would like customizable backgrounds, otherwise, I'm quite content with the platform.

Summary: Kudoboard has provided the perfect way to celebrate our team in our remote/hybrid workplace. Team engagement is incredibly important, especially since the onset of the pandemic. Our work team only coordinates on-site one day a month, so to be able to celebrate each other and feel recognized and part of the team while remote has been game-changing.

Positive: The ease of preparing a Kudoboard and the features of scheduling delivery. As the administrator, I appreciate having the capability of creating all the Kudoboards needed at the beginning of the month and scheduling their delivery date so that no matter whether I am working that day or on vacation, our staff still receive their recognition.

Negative: We use the free version as it was not in the budget for this year to subscribe to this platform. One con in the free version is only allowing 10 people to contribute to the Kudoboard. While we realize this is due to the different subscription levels and have adjusted based on the free version, we would love if that number increased.

Summary: Fun for the user and easy giving! Bonus is ease for the recipient to thank all that responded in one email.

Positive: The ease of sending out invites and the setup. Love all the additional features that the end users can add when providing their wishes to make it personal between the receiver and the giver. Plus ease of receiver being able to thank all who responded!

Negative: The limited amount of free emails but understand this service comes at a cost. It's still worth the price if using for a large group.

Summary: Kudoboard is super easy to use and something that the recipient can easily download, print, and keep. I love using it for birthdays and for recognizing accomplishments!

Positive: User friendly.
Aesthetically pleasing.
Has gifs/pictures.
Lots of backgrounds to choose from.
Easy for groups to use.

Negative: There is nothing about Kudoboard that I haven't liked so far!

Summary: Kudoboard has been a great addition to our team. We have been able to use them for birthdays and farewells.

Positive: It is so nice to be able to start multiple Kudoboards at once and schedule delivery! Takes a lot of stress off of having to remember to send on time. Also fun to be able to add GIFs.

Negative: It isn't super intuitive how to post, but once you do it the first time it's easy!

Summary: Overall experience has been great, I love to see teammates connect on a more personal level and continue to grow relationships.

Positive: -Great for working within teams, especially virtually. The connection and relationships it helps to build is super nice.

Negative: -Would love to see more background options. I had a couple of weddings that I didn't feel any theme matched, and I also did one for Mother's Day that didn't have many options.

Summary: Kudoboard is the perfect resource for any occasion that you would typically do a group card or gift card. It is simple and easy to use on the admin side and even easier for collaborators.

Positive: Kudoboard is user-friendly, aesthetically pleasing, and provides options for different event or celebration types!

Negative: It’s not that I don’t like, but would love to see even more layout and design options!

Summary: I love Kudoboard and plan to continue using it for all my collaborative expressions of gratitude! I also love that the Kudoboards stay with your account so you can always revisit old boards to reminisce.

Positive: I’ve used Kudoboard for colleagues, my children’s teachers, birthdays, etc., it simplifies the challenge of trying to get signatures from a group on a card and the ability to add photos, GiFs, etc., adds to the personalization of the board. It is just so much easier to send a link in an email than chase folks around the office to sign a card.

Negative: I was a little bummed that the free version doesn’t allow for video content, but certainly worth the small fee for a larger group for an important event…. Again, easier than a card and the same price.

Summary: Great service no complains. As discussed on the prior question, if the cons are taken care of, it would be an amazing tool.

Positive: Easy to follow direction (web content). Features are great and easy. Overall, great service and product.

Negative: In general, if Kudoboard prices are brought down, it would be great for the customers, especially due to this inflation in goods and services. will be low that would be great.
If more new backgrounds are added related to the kudo boards would be amazing.

Summary: LOVE Kudoboard. When my team and I all went remote, as leaders we were constantly looking for ways to engage the team and say thank you or happy birthday. This did it! Kudoboard brings a smile to peoples face, small moments of recognition are SO important!

Positive: Love how collaborative, fun and easy it is to use! It allows each person to personalize their message!

Negative: I wish the free board would increase how many people can participate by just a few - but totally get it!

Summary: Overall, I’ve had an incredible time using Kudoboard. The ability to invite others to contribute and to finally share the templates with the intended recipient have been phenomenal.

Positive: I like that Kudoboard is convenient, easy to use with great multi-use templates and creative layouts for any occasion. The ability to personalize by adding pictures and gifs is also fantastic.

Negative: There is nothing I don’t like about Kudoboard. I’ve used similar online platforms but they haven’t been as good.

Summary: Great product, would definitely recommend - do think there should be a level before 100 contributors though with revised pricing.

Positive: You can add your own photos.
Lots of GIFs and emojis installed.
Variety of themes and backgrounds to choose from.
Very customizable.

Negative: There should be something between the free and 100 contribution option - we are a smaller group - max 50 so something in between with a lower price tag would be great.
