I was also impressed by the extensive customization options available on Kudoboard. Negative: I have not faced any issues with the application so far. So, no cons so far in last 2+ years.

Summary: No need to spend several days passing a card around the office. In today's remote work environment, it's a great way to send a note and involve the whole team/company!

Positive: Fun GIFs to choose from.
Allows employees in any location and at any time to send their well-wishes.
Can schedule automatic delivery.
Remembers previous email addresses that you've input.
Sends reminders to participants so you don't have to.

Negative: None. Just need to continually have fresh GIFs to choose from.

Summary: Vey Happy with the product. My team likes the ease of posting a message. We use it for all our team birthdays, retirements and promotional congrats.

Positive: It is easy to set up and post a message. The price is reasonable in compared to prices of greeting cards.

Negative: Would like the small Kudoboard to allow maybe 12 messages before having to pay the 5.99.

For first time user maybe an unlimited amount of messages so they can get hooked.

Summary: Overall I think with some time people will find value in it. I know the few Birthday boards I did the recipients appreciated them!

Positive: I love how everyone can provide a detailed personal message. It is a much more personal way to wish someone happy birthday or a get well etc.

Negative: Getting people to click on the link and fill it out is tough.

Summary: Overall had a good experience with Kudoboard across work and personal settings, for diverse occasions.

Positive: User friendly interface, easy to post pictures and make a nice card electronically from a group at the office or at school.

Negative: Subscriptions require extensive use, a smaller subscription option would be nice.

Summary: I am an AA and use this application daily and enjoy using it. Mostly used for celebration and recognition of other colleagues: birthdays, milestone anniversary dates, etc.

Positive: Easy to navigate, Good choice option based on occasion, user friendly. I like all the options for delivery choices, links to page are especially helpful so I can embed into a mass email to colleagues.

Negative: At this time, I d o not have any cons to submit. Thanks.

Summary: Love it, will continue using it for sure! There is no app or website that comes close to the level of quality of Kudoboard.

Positive: Have been using these very often, super fun, simple, and boosts morale. I love all the different features, from being able to post pictures to gifs and everything in between.

Negative: Maybe more backgrounds, more variety, but overall nothing specific.

Summary: Overall performance is very nice, it's easy to use, It has a scheduled delivery and informs you when it's been delivered and reed.

Positive: It has a contributors list, and you can deliver it when you want. It has variety of backgrounds, great app overall.

Negative: The free one can use only 10 contributors, no other cons.

Summary: Great experience, Quick and easy to register an account. Reliable service. Great you don't need an account to write a post as not all contributors want to set up an account.

Positive: Quick and easy to set up a board and share celebrations. Great way of collection contributions for that extra gift for the receiver.

Negative: The free board is not great with only 10 board posts. The charge for mire users should be unlimited not just 100 board posts.

Summary: I have used Kudoboard to celebrate team birthdays and accomplishments for almost a year now and we absolutely love it!!

Positive: I love how easy it is to use Kudoboard with our team to celebrate special occasions and accomplishments.

Negative: I don't like that I can't schedule delivery if logged in through our work VPN.

Summary: I go to this for my co workers who are remote and it's always easy breezy. For birthdays, farewells, weddings, work anniversary's, etc.

Positive: Very easy and fun to use! It is always nice and thoughtful. Setting up is user friendly and I love that the boards can be auto delivered.

Negative: I haven't came across any cons this far. I am apart of this through my organization.

Summary: I am a huge fan! I will continue to use Kudoboards as a way to celebrate and create the culture I want to work in at my office.

Positive: I love sending Kudoboards as a way to build culture in my new office. I arrived 9.5 months ago and I think it is a fun way to recognize employee milestones (birthdays, retirements, new jobs, babies!).

Kudoboards make it easy for me to set up a fun background and share the link with 9 other colleagues and then have the board delivered to the recipient on a selected date and time. Perfection!

Negative: Since I only have a free account, I am limited on the number of contributors to the Kudoboard.

Summary: I have used Kudoboard for several years and I enjoy the flexible, personalized message board. I have used both paid and free versions and have found both options to be fun and engaging.

Positive: Platform is user friendly - and use is quite intuitive. Both free and paid version are excellent options to share sentiments with others.

Negative: Would like customizable backgrounds, otherwise, I'm quite content with the platform.

Summary: Kudoboard has provided the perfect way to celebrate our team in our remote/hybrid workplace. Team engagement is incredibly important, especially since the onset of the pandemic. Our work team only coordinates on-site one day a month, so to be able to celebrate each other and feel recognized and part of the team while remote has been game-changing.

Positive: The ease of preparing a Kudoboard and the features of scheduling delivery. As the administrator, I appreciate having the capability of creating all the Kudoboards needed at the beginning of the month and scheduling their delivery date so that no matter whether I am working that day or on vacation, our staff still receive their recognition.

Negative: We use the free version as it was not in the budget for this year to subscribe to this platform. One con in the free version is only allowing 10 people to contribute to the Kudoboard. While we realize this is due to the different subscription levels and have adjusted based on the free version, we would love if that number increased.

Summary: Fun for the user and easy giving! Bonus is ease for the recipient to thank all that responded in one email.

Positive: The ease of sending out invites and the setup. Love all the additional features that the end users can add when providing their wishes to make it personal between the receiver and the giver. Plus ease of receiver being able to thank all who responded!

Negative: The limited amount of free emails but understand this service comes at a cost. It's still worth the price if using for a large group.
