Summary: Overall, I would recommend Kudoboard to anyone looking for a creative way to send messages. It's also so fun to receive them as well.

Positive: I have used Kudoboard for my team's birthdays and work anniversaries! It's awesome to celebrate these wins with a fun, interactive, and engaging platform. The images and giphys are always a nice touch and I know that the team truly appreciates the messages.

Negative: I do wish that the mini board came with additional posts!

Summary: We have had a lot of retirements, resignations, and a few weddings in the past few years. Usually we would send around a card to sign, but with everyone still working about 90% virtually, Kudoboard is very convenient and very user friendly.

Positive: Since my organization is still 90% telework, Kudoboard makes it easy to allow co-workers to acknowledge birthdays, resignations, and retirements without having to be in the office.

Negative: I wish there were a little more variety with backgrounds.

Summary: Super easy and simple! No reason not to send a quick kudoboard for a colleague on their birthday, work anniversary, or farewell.

Positive: Easy to Share.

Scheduler so you don't have to remember to do it later.

Negative: No ability to preschedule new kudoboard - if you could preschedule Kudoboards to create new ones for people's birthdays or work anniversaries then people would need to add well wishes.

Summary: Overall kudoboard is fantastic. The team loves using kudoboard and we even have our other companies using it as well. It serves the purpose of company entertainment, achievement, and kindness.

Positive: Kudoboard is great for teams that enjoy company culture. It is a nice way to allow team members to share notes or messages for special occasions that just add a little more to a persons day. It unites the team!

Negative: I would say the background choices could use a little bit of an upgrade. I do create mine as customs, but it would be nice to not have to create them and have some decent celebration choices.

Summary: I use Kudoboard about 8-10 times a year, mostly the free service. As mentioned, it is quick, easy, reliable and has great features for a quick card. The ability to schedule sending a card ahead of time as well makes it easy to never forget and also to get in nice and early on someone's special day.

Positive: I love using Kudoboard without our team at work. It is the perfect go to card for birthdays, thank you's & general cards. Easy to use, FREE, and most importantly quick and simple.

Negative: No con's that I can think of at this stage, it is so very easy to use.

Summary: Kudoboard is a great addition to our supervisor options for team celebrations! It's relatively easy to create exciting celebratory greetings that I could not do otherwise and delivery the electronically to most anyone.

Positive: Relatively easy to create and there are lots of exciting and creative options for design and messages.
Kudoboard provides a wonderful way for our team to share their encouraging words with their team mates now that half our team is working remotely. It has replaced sharing treats and celebrating onsite for anniversaries and various celebrations.

Negative: There is not anything in particular that can think of right now. A feature or two might be easier to navigate, such as entering participants. It would be nice if there was an option to enter a distribution list.

Summary: Overall, Kudoboard is a fabulous product and I don't hesitate to give it a five star review. It is easy to use, excellent quality, and a way to organize a large group of people to send lots of greetings all at once to commemorate any occasion. What I love is that it can be for small things . . . like wishing someone a wonderful day as a pick me up . . . or for big events like weddings, anniversaries, retirements, or milestone birthdays. The possibilities are endless and I absolutely love Kudoboards! I would love to see an education pricing opportunity. School budgets are truly thin already and that is why I just purchase individual Kudoboards for special occasions. I would love to do a birthday board for each staff member, however, cost for something like that would be a barrier in our school.

Positive: I love the simplicity of Kudoboard. It is very user friendly and I love that you can add your own photos to your greetings! Every person I have sent a Kudoboard to has responded with gratitude. It is a great way to get personal messages from a large group of people without having to organize them in the same physical space to sign or add to a greeting for a special event.

Negative: It is not a con vs a feature I am hoping will be added in the future. I would like to see more generic themes or the ability to change the color of a theme that I like, but is not in the recipient's favourite color scheme. I would also love a simple way to create my own theme . . . but that is not a con of this product, just my own love of design and creativity.

Summary: Easy to use across time zones. Great integration with Slack.

Positive: Love how easy it is for our entire team to send birthday wishes to each other.

Negative: Wish I could save settings so that all boards would default to certain fonts, etc.

Summary: Kudoboard works best for us in my workplace, since so many colleagues work remotely and would struggle to sign a physical card. It's easy to use and convenient.

Positive: Easy to share with colleagues working remotely.
Lots of designs to choose from.
Able to send GIFs and pictures.
Quick and convenient to purchase.

Negative: There's no physical token to give a colleague, which I do miss.

Summary: Great product and usage for communities and friends. Would recommend for corporate settings and those that want to celebrate virtually but want the same warmth of a card.

Positive: Love that this is a community effort to bring people together to celebrate wins and birthdays, we love to send this along our office.

Negative: Cost is unnecessary for this type of product, though it does bring joy to people. I wish you could include more guests on the free offering.

Summary: Overall this has been a great asset to our team, I can be used for any occasion, and its great that others can contribute a message easily too.

Positive: As a remote working group this is an awesome way to send birthday greetings to our co-workers!

Negative: There are no cons for this that we can think of for our team!

Summary: This is a really easy way to give someone collective messages of support and to connect together. We've used this for birthdays, deaths, new jobs, new babies, tough times, and even "just thinking of you"

Positive: Kudoboard is a great way to be able to show appreciation (or celebration) for someone when folks aren't all in one place to sign a physical card. It's heartfelt and easy to give a quick message of support/congrats/bon voyage/sympathy to those receiving, and people seem really touched to get Kudoboards.

Negative: The gifs can be a bit large space-wise-- just the formatting on inserting gifs makes them a bit too big often for the overall look of the kudoboard.

Summary: Would recommend it to all! It is easy to use and a great tool to build community, celebrate and edify staff and show your thankfulness.

Positive: This is a great way to build up teams and vendors! We love using this to show our appreciation, show that we care and celebrate with our people.

Negative: Sometimes the timezone doesn't work and the boards are sent out ahead of time.

Summary: Can’t recommend highly enough. Such a touching gift. Love it that we have the option of printing out too.

Positive: So easy to use. Just need email addresses & off we go! I’ve organized kudo boards for weddings, thank you’s & bon voyages. So lovely reading all those heartfelt messages. And now we can add donations/contributions-perfect! Saves me from asking & organizing. Kudo boards take the hassle out of something wonderful.

Negative: As editor I wish I could move people’s posts around. Also include more than 1 pic per post.
