Summary: I set up my account. The Dashboard provided all the information I needed to review my existing gift cards and transact business.

Positive: So easy to access/receive the gift card that was purchased for me. Settlement is instant and without delay or cost.

Negative: I've only used Guusto once. There is nothing that comes to mind.

Summary: I loved this experience!! I received it virtually. Picked what I wanted and redeemed easily when I wanted to!!!!!

Positive: Virtual giving is a great option. We can't give things in person right now. This made gift giving easy this year.

Negative: Would like to see a few more vendor options in the future.

Positive: I like being able to give the gift of choice to many many merchants, including restaurants, local businesses, chain and online retailers.

Negative: Sometimes the sender may set a date for the recipient to select their desired merchant.

Summary: I recommend this application to friends and business owners, since it is very handy and easy for using.

Positive: Easy in use, quick in response, verity of options to select.
the option of virtual master card is very nice.

Negative: Nothing to be mentioned so far, as I have used it once.

Summary: 10/10 recommend. If you're looking for a better way to show appreciation for a large or picky audience, go for this.

Positive: As I said in the title, this product is absolutely wonderful. It makes an easy platform for rewards, and brings about an easy way for the employer to reward employees.

Negative: I have nothing bad to say bout this piece of software.

Summary: Very positive experience - it's extremely easy to redeem the gift balance received and converted it online to many popular gift card. I picked Amazon gift card and there are many, many others to choose from.

It literally takes less than 15 minutes as a first time user - a huge plus to me.

Negative: Nothing really. I thought it would be more complicated and cumbersome for this kind of service but it's actually very streamlined and easy to use.

Positive: Right from signing up. The process is simple. No need to create new login & remember additional password! Tons of options to redeem gift cards! I must say Guusto has way to go.

Summary: This was a great way to share a reward with collaborators in our employee sponsored group, recognizing members for their contributions over the course of the last year.

Positive: It really could not be more simple! I was able to quickly open the email and gift card attached and save the balance to my UberEats account. Don't you just love when something *works* no fuss no questions asked?

Negative: There were no downsides from my vantage point… well done!

Positive: Convenience, easy gifting to peers, great retail options (i.e. many restaurants i go to and of course, Mastercard)

Negative: 25 $ additional cost for a physical Mastercard - this prevented me from going physical.

Summary: Great experience and will recommend to everyone when you want to send gift cards to you loved ones or for your employees.

Negative: I don't have any issues when using Guusto as it is user friendly.

Summary: Received funds as Christmas gift from employer, redeemed for a giftcard which I used in store. Whole process took minutes.

Positive: Wide range of vendors to choose from, had easy to use interface, gift card usable online and offline.

Negative: Would like to see more local and independent vendors on the platform.
