Summary: We all want to have ab email signature for our business especially when sending serious emails to clients. This is where Exclaimer Cloud comes in and has been very effective ever since deployment. My experience with this software has been great.

Positive: First, I like that Exclaimer Cloud is very affordable.
Secondly, the tool is versatile in that it can be used with MS 365, MS exchange and Google Workspaces.
Finally, understanding and using the software is easy and it requires no coding.

Negative: With Exclaimer Cloud, I have nothing to complain about as it works as expected.

Summary: So far, tech support has been helpful and responsive. We are taking advantage of our session with an Exclaimer technician to critique our template and give us last minute suggestions before we go live on the cloud version of Exclaimer. So far, so good!!!

Positive: I implemented Exclaimer signature branding at my last company and ran it without issues for 7 years! I was recently hired at a new company and I suggested Exclaimer because it is a set it and forget it product. Once you have your signature template built and working. You rarely (if ever) have to think about it again! A great solution at a very reasonable price point!

Negative: The template is not easy to build and configure. But Exclaimer has responsive and helpful tech support to get you through the initial build.

Summary: Exclaimer provides a suite of softwares to work with emails. It helps us manage and standardize email signature and disclaimer at an affordable price.

Negative: Software Updates come at a price agreement for 1 or 3 years, it should be made free.

Summary: Overall it's been a solid product, pretty easy to get working.

I've found the support/documentation particularly for Google Workspace is a bit lacking as opposed to Office 365.

Positive: - Easy to get setup
- Works easily and consistently
- Allows you to preview signatures within Exclaimer

Negative: - Signature editor is a bit slow/clunky
- Feels more geared towards Office 365 environments vs. Google Workspace; some features lacking or unintuitive in Google. For example group email addresses etc. are harder to get signatures added to in Google vs. Office 365
- Support can be a bit slow; had to jump through hurdles to switch the server instances we are using (our free trial defaulted to a US-based instance when we are actually based in Australia, resulting in slow performance - took a while to get this fixed)

Summary: Not bad overall, but some improvements to ease of use would make a big difference. We would recommend for helping to make branding consistent in emails across the team

Positive: Nice visuals, really brightened up our email signatures and got the company aligned to our new branding

Negative: Not the easiest UX/UI form an upload point of view

Summary: I would definitely recommend if you are looking to add some character to your emails and even A/B test different links.

Positive: - The ability to add hyperlinks to your signature that look clean.
- Adds personality to your emails rather than the boring Google ones.
- You don't have to worry about adding loads of links etc to your emails as its all there.
- Brilliant support team to help you through the process.

Negative: - Took a little longer than expected to set up.
- Have to add a lot of manual info to your employees signatures

Summary: A good tool to manage signatures but difficult to set up, especially with google admin. Potentially the templates are easier to use.

Positive: - Ability to create a bespoke signature within your own brand guidelines
- you can change signatures with different teams
- I can turn off different content of the signature depending on what we have in google admin.

Negative: I found it really challenging to set up and very difficult with support.
It was sold as a super easy thing to set up, but the reality it was a lot of back and fourth with support and no dedicated CSM

Summary: I've used Exclaimer at other companies before. When MycoMedica designed a standard template, we were unable to uniformly apply it to different platforms (e.g.: Outlook Desktop, Outlook iOS, etc.). Exclaimer allowed us to use the same design for designated users across all our platforms.

Positive: - Pricing
- Ease of configuration (automated processes configured out 365 tenant)
- Ease of use
- Multiple templates and associated logic

Negative: - Template designer
- Always need to change px to pt (for fonts)
- Layout and table borders confusing
- Unable to add additional Owner (for billing)

Summary: Overall the features are fantastic and out way any of the cons, any business would get good use out of this system

Positive: The automatic signatures on emails are fantastic, and the way you can customise the signature based on certain conditions is great. The customer support was quick and simple.

Negative: Just a little slow loading speed on the signatures but unsure if this is just outlook being outlook.

Summary: Great experience overall. We have not had any major issues with the platform and we have a number of customers running it.

Summary: The system does what is required and when tasks are completed and anything is made live, it does it well.

Positive: It's good to be able to put in many email addresses and break down between various companies (we have 8 companies).

Negative: Can be complicated and any changes can be time consuming.

Summary: We have been a customer for over a year and have been very pleased. We were looking to upgrade the look of our signatures and Exclaimer allows us to build signatures and test before global release. We have had some technical issues that Exclaimer, but on the most part they have resolved or supported us.

Positive: A friendly user interface with some advanced features, no prior experience needed and removes the need to use html code to build a signature.

Its great for global changes, not so good for personal or individual design changes.

They also have a really good support team who are very quick to assist with any issues.

There is a good amount of hub learning, they have built a strong FAQ forum which usually answers any questions you may have during build or setup.

Negative: There are some bugs that seem to come with using different versions of outlook, sometimes the signature spacing expands/disfigures, and sometimes the signature does not send at all with the email but this is only on a few instances.

There is a minimum licence number of 25, which is not ideal for a small business.

Summary: It’s a tidy app. It doesn’t need maintenance. The design of signatures could be better. But it does what it needs to do.

Positive: Easy to setup new users, easy to update signatures with changes.
Low maintenance.
Customer support is great.

Negative: Picture size is too small.
Slightly clunky when comes to designing the signatures.

Summary: The platform is simple and intuitive. Its speed and integration with Office 365 make any changes and individual use a breeze. Snapping into and out of multiple signature options with the Outlook plugin is a wonderful feature as well. I would recommend this product to any company looking to amplify their email signatures, and try AB testing with different marketing methods.

Positive: Easy initial setup. The platform allows for quick design and individual user edits. The Office 365 plugin makes it easy to swap between different signatures.

Negative: Customer support is great when available. Sometimes it takes a bit long to get a response over email, and I have not much luck on the phone without needing a callback. I also didn't receive notice when Mobile email signatures were pushed to Client-side subscriptions, which cause some issues with mobile signatures we did not know were active.
