Summary: Overall, would not consider moving, there are only a few slight annoyances in terms of designing but overall it is an incredible platform and has solved so many problems for us, it makes managing signatures and campaigns so easy.

Positive: It was so easy to setup and manage and is relatively inexpensive. We used to have to add everything manually on Outlook and some emails would go without signature but now everything is done automatically and it was so easy to implement. The support is great too especially when we were getting setup.

Negative: It takes a while to get used to the designer and you have to sync manually, but for the ease of use that it provides this is not a problem at all.

Summary: Very intuitive and rarely encounter issues, really enjoy the option of being able to schedule multiple versions and the quickness of deployment of changes

Positive: Being able to add multiple signatures and customizing attributes. and timing of when signatures should be made live and turned off

Negative: Sometimes the inherit feature may not save correctly, when adding extra text to a preexisting signature template. Issue is erratic and has only been encountered a few times.

Summary: The signature agent is great. Its quick and maintains the format without any issues. The portal is great and can test the signature on the fly.

Negative: Sometimes buggy as we need to close winword.exe to load the exclaimer agent. Not sure this platform supports multiple signatures esp for Shared mailboxes.

Summary: We now have an easy way to manage and make our signatures uniform across the firm, the user interface and implementation is a breeze and the support team is always available when you need them. Great product overall that I have recommended to multiple clients

Negative: After using the product for 2 plus years, we have yet to come across any cons.

Summary: Exclaimer is a great tool and its flexibility has had a positive impact over the years as the business landscape expands and becomes more complex allowing us to ensure legal compliance and increase brand trust.

Positive: Its flexibility and ease of use and that it integrates easily with customer thermometer and that autosignatures are brand aligned and include all legal disclaimers as well as allowing us to promote marketing campaigns for different groups.

Negative: The sender query function could do with a results window before applying. In addition it doesn't allow you to test the signature without enabling it.

Summary: A must for remote work staff. Keep your company messaging consistent and united. A confused messaging branding is a confused customer. A confused customer is a temporary customer.

Positive: Continuity of our schools branding with ease of use. We can finally keep sane.

Integrating, in our case Microsoft Office 365 was easy and need zero hand holding.

Negative: Wish I found this earlier in my career... I had to research and compare. I would have loved to have this solution up my sleeve.

Summary: Have setup several instances of Exclaimer in business, it is a great solution for marketing with a lot of capability and options to direct the correct signature for purpose, each time.

Positive: Ease of design and high level of features to capture a variety of scenarios. Great interface and seamless operation with 365.

Negative: Nothing we could not overcome. We had to tweak the locally installed Outlook version a few times but afterwards working fine.

Summary: Been using this for a few years now! Definitely needed for any IT person out there! If you're not using this, you're missing out!
Sure you can get individuals to create their own but if there's a change of details for a company, doing this change one time on Exclaimer ensures everyone has the same edit!

Negative: Only one: Sometimes sync doesn't happen straight away.

Summary: Very impressed with the product and can thoroughly recommend it. Making sure everyone has the same signature has been made easy with this!

Positive: Automated signatures. Nice templates which mean we ensure everyone in the business has the same standard signature on their emails.

Negative: Only con I can think of is that I have to tell people NOT to create their own signatures because they end up with 2 signatures on their emails.

Summary: Having reviewed a number of products I found Exclaimer to be the simplest and best in class. It just works and works well. I've been using this product for several years now and would highly recommend.

Negative: Nothing, everything is excellent about the product from start to finish.

Summary: I can be certain all email accounts on my Office 365 tenancy pick up the correct signature, with their correct details automatically. There is nothing for anyone else to configure. The main concern was emails sent from mobile devices as the signature options are limited on those devices - this does it all at the server rather than the device, so all emails look consistent! I really couldn't be happier with the service.

Positive: Simple pricing shown on their website rather than having to request a quote. Simple to set up with automated systems to configure your account and Office 365, linking the two together without having to know anything technical! Simple to use, all through an online WYSIWYG editor.

Negative: I initially only needed it for one user, but the minimum number of accounts is 5... having said that, the price for 5 is extremely reasonable considering the amount of time and hassle it saved.
