Summary: We have pushed very engaging banners and email signatures through Crossware mail signature. We have been using the banners for things such as 'book a consultation' or sending leads to landing pages with ease. No programming language necessary and can be adjusted to bring in more added functionality by amending the custom rules.

Positive: -No programming experience needed to add intuitive buttons.
-Backed up on cloud.
- Powerful Signature designer that can handle anything.
-Easy integration with the office 365.

Negative: Have not come across any as of yet but will update.

Summary: We started using Crossware last year and are amazed with how many problems it has solved in our organisation. Everything is backed up on the cloud and offers one of the most powerful signature designers on the market.

Positive: -Do not have to install software on every computer.
-can login using Microsoft credentials.
-Works perfectly on Azure.
-No programming experience required.
-Beautiful signatures themes in the designer.

Negative: -Support can be 24x7 but i just nitpicking but will update the review if I find any.

Summary: Sticking to brand and legal guidelines have never been easy thanks to Crossware. We have also got decent traction with our email marketing campaigns as our banners are more engaging and impactful. It is great to have everything working on Microsoft 365 and receiving data which helps in market research.

Positive: Crossware email signature software lets us create engaging banners which helps us in spreading awareness towards out promotions and new products.
It is also quite easy to login with your Microsoft credentials and everything is backed up on the cloud. We also get great data to assess the multiple campaigns which aids in our market research.

Negative: The signature designer can be a bit more intuitive.

Summary: We have used a few mail signature softwares and were having multiple issues with customising and training the departments with using it on a daily basis. Crossware Mail Signature Software solved this problem with ease. The software is a breeze to work on and the signature designer is fantastic.

Positive: Very easy to operate and delegate. Any department in our company can now create stunning signatures in a matter of time.

Negative: Cannot quite see your own signature when sending an email but the receiver definitely gets the mail signature

Summary: Crossware is a very powerful mail signature that has a seamless transition between client and server applications. The support is great and our signatures have never looked better.

Positive: Easily manage users and push a consistent brand image. The signatures look great and work well on a PC, Mac, iOS, and Android devices. We have also switched from Microsoft to a google workspace suite and all our signatures and assets ported perfectly in one seamless transition. The support staff is quite prompt to respond as well.

Negative: Haven't come across any as of now but will update.

Summary: We are a design company and having an email sent to our clients with a flair of what we offer works goes a long mile for us. We were using the default mail signature for all our employees but were facing issues repeatedly with sticking to brand guidelines. Summary: Crossware makes our life easier with easy delegation as it gives the other departments easy access without making them admins in the central system. The signature designer is quite powerful and has easily handled anything we have thrown at it. If you are in the market for a centralised mail signature software, you should definitely consider Crossware.

Positive: Great to set up and easy to delegation to various departments without hassles. Good Value compared to other enterprise mail signature softwares.

Negative: Has a bit of a learning curve for new users but with the proper guidance should be fine.

Summary: Crossware lets me add display rules to each block of our signature and allows us to decide how we want our Email Signature to look and be applied.

Positive: I really like the customisable options as you can build the signatures on the cloud with each element as its separate block.

Negative: Nothing really as of this time but will update if there are.

Positive: Crossware designer helped us upload and edit our own design assets making them very flexible towards our campaigns.

Negative: Has a bit of a learning curve but can be learned if patient.

Summary: It has a very easy setup process. Keeps us in the loop of all the new promotions and offers offered by the company at a glance.

Positive: Quite easy to set up and centralized management helps save time. We are a company that constantly changes our offers and promotions and Crossware helps us be on top of all our mail signatures.

Negative: Could be a bit quicker. Feels a bit laggy but I chatted with someone in the support and they mentioned that an update will fix it.
