Summary: Overall it does what it promises and allows me to manage my entire organisation from one portal. The Client Side portal allows everyone to see exactly what they're sending so the transition to Exclaimer was easy and not a big learning curve for employees.

Positive: Being able to manage my entire organisation's marketing email signatures seamlessly.

Rules, exclusions and workflows are easy to understand and use.

Negative: Not being able to section out email signatures so I can have one consistent part of the email signature across all signatures (example: Logo) but have variations of that for different users (example: website URL).

Summary: Very satisfied with Exclaimer's service. Client support has always solved any issues quickly. Price/value is reasonable. Would recommend it.

Positive: Ease of use.

Negative: Needs access to Azure database.
Occasional synchronization issues.

Summary: Allows for end-users with limited design experience to be able to maneuver and manage signatures for our institution.

Positive: Overall the platform is easy to use and maintain. Set your templates up and conditions for signatures to apply is all you really need to do.

Negative: It has some corks with Azure AD integration and MFA if turned on.

Summary: Painful - Exclaimer could improve their customer experience a great deal - example, if you get to a third or fourth email without solving the customers issue - offer the phone support session. They're in the UK, lovely accents and manners when you work together. LOL

Positive: The platform is good and theory, but not super intuitive. Great you can make your design, but the various boxes are cumbersome, hard to size the signature block, required paying for support to right size our blocks.

Negative: Support is difficult, they don't do phone support unless you request a session; they don't offer it up front. They throw docs and processes at you, all via email. Still doesn't work on Macs.

Summary: We started using Exclaimer cloud after migrating to Microsoft 365 and it is awesome!

The setup took a little bit to understand and master, but once you get the hang of it, it's easy to duplicate and apply to multiple signature.

We have different signatures depending on if the recipient is internal, external or something different. For example, we have Email to SMS and we have Exclaimer have no signature to any emails sent to a specific domain.

Management love the fact that all signatures are the same. IT love the fact we don't need to maintain them. As long as the info is accurate in AD then the signature is correct every time!

Positive: Can set and forget - once you have your signature created it is minimal admin after that.
Integrate with AD and AzureAD.
Like that blank fields can be skipped.
Great to be able to have different signatures by team, by department, by domain.
Applies the signatures from whatever device you use.
All company signatures are standard and perfect!

Negative: Need to know what you need to import from AD or AzureAD
Rules can be a bit tricky to setup; Does take a little bit of trial and error.
You can't see your signature when composing an email.

Summary: We started using Exclaimer Outlook and Server Editions to manage updating our logo for our 25th anniversary year. It saved us a huge amount of time pushing a special logo out to all employees' signature block instead of depending upon employees to edit their own.

Positive: We have used Exclaimer products for three years now, and their support team is excellent. The few times I've needed to contact them, they have always been extremely responsive and have gotten my issue resolved quickly.

I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Negative: It is missing one feature that I'd like to see but they have put it on their list of feature requests.

Summary: Overall, I really like the tool. Once set-up, it is very easy to apply new fields to your signature, switch out promotional banners, create new custom groups to accommodate different departments/groups of employees, and the support staff are great to work with for any issues.

Quick Tip: Make sure your data is clean before rolling out. Out-of-date phone numbers and job titles can cause a headache for the project team administering the solution to an organization.

Positive: The tool has finally allowed us to standardize signatures across the organization in a user-friendly way. The clean design of the signatures, and uniformity are a great positive for our brand identity.

Negative: Getting your signature to look exactly the way you want it can take some tinkering, but the design support staff are great and will help you design your signatures the way you want.

Summary: Overall, Exclaimer is a good product, easy to use, and great for formalizing signatures.

Positive: For simple plug and drop signatures, this is a great product. Easy to integrate into Office365, and settings can be easily adjusted. Templates are easy to navigate. Customer service is great!

Negative: For very custom signatures, you need to get support from their design team. A custom font can be supported, but it will take some additional processing on the client-side. The downside to customer service is the time difference. While they have support all day, the ticket system can get messy sometimes. Each issue, even if it's related, is tagged as a new issue.

Summary: May be the best Microsoft 365 signature solution to-date, would recommend for an MSP. I was able to get a trial setup and a customer signature deployed for 365 in about 3 hours, which could have been less, if it wasn't for a strange issue I ran into with 365 integration. I didn't have the issue with our own internal account.

Positive: Prompt sales team, super informative demo, good partner benefits.
Integration with 365 is very quick and easy.
Support documents are very helpful.
Signature Manager tool was easy to learn with good pre-built templates.

Negative: Unknown issue with 365 setup in one of two instances which was resolved same day. Support could have been a little faster as I was able to resolve the issue on my own.
Pricing could be a little cheaper for smaller accounts compared to competitors.
No billing integrations with our existing systems.

Summary: The result is what we wanted it to be . We are now able to have a uniformed email signature to uphold our brand across the business.

Positive: The visuals of the email signatures are amazing. We have a lot of detail and were able to customise the size to our liking.

Negative: Took us a very long time to get it up and running. We have been working on implementing this for around 4 months.

Summary: Now that the onboarding and hard work is completed the signatures does exactly what it should. great look and feel.

Positive: The end look of the signature is fantastic and works dynamically which is great. Creates the uniform brand that we are looking for and ensures everyone is aligned across the business in all geographies.

Negative: Configuration and effort need to onboard and get this successfully working took a lot longer than expected.
We use Gsuite and works well on the web version however on the mail apps it doesn't show the signature and stamps it after send (server side) end users don't always know they have it.

Summary: Like the product, annoyed with the complications I've dealt with just trying to pay exclaimer for invoicing. No other choice since now our clients use it.

Positive: The actual product, price point, and resell value are great. Love the ease of use in building and applying.

Negative: Spent over a month on a ticket that left unresolved, so am annoyed.

Summary: While we've been pretty happy with the technical aspects of Exclaimer, the experience has ultimately been ruined by the way their business is run. We plan to switch email signature providers in the future to avoid having to deal with their customer service/billing. They've also more than doubled their prices since we originally signed on.

Positive: Easy to deploy consistent email signatures across multiple platforms. Allows you to create various rules for applying email signatures depending on who the sender is, who the recipient is, content in the email, subject, etc.

Negative: Customer service/billing department is completely inept. We've been trying to deal with an issue that's been outstanding for over 9 months now!!
