Summary: ToogleBox has completely transformed how we manage our organization’s Google Workspace. It automates tedious tasks that used to take us hours, especially contact syncing and user offboarding. It's a highly reliable platform that saves our IT team a massive amount of time. Highly recommended!

Positive: The platform is remarkably intuitive and brings much-needed unified control to Google Workspace. Instead of hunting through scattered, disconnected menus in the native Google Admin console, ToogleBox brings everything together into a single, clean dashboard.

Negative: Because the platform packs so many different tools and features, a single administrator can easily get a bit lost in all the options at first. Fortunately, this is mitigated by the ability to delegate specific functions and roles to other team members, making it easy to share the workload without compromising security.

Summary: Overall, I think ToogleBox is a very good tool with valuable features. With some improvements to the user interface, it could become even more effective and easier for users to adopt

Positive: ToogleBox is a very useful and complete tool. I especially like the features it includes, such as Email Recall, which adds significant value and helps improve control and efficiency in daily operations.

Negative: The main area of opportunity is the user interface. While the tool has strong functionality, the interface is not as user-friendly or intuitive as it could be. A more modern and easier-to-navigate design would improve the overall user experience.

Summary: It's such a useful tool that it's currently an extension of my work; I can't imagine solving the problems I deal with or resolve without these features.

Positive: There's no way to begin highlighting the advantages of ToggleBox; it's an excellent tool that can be used every day and helps you solve many problems. It's essential for any system administrator, and one of its advantages is that it's always at hand when you need it.

Negative: I can't mention any specific ones, but I remember that there used to be a process that allowed me to clean up usernames or emails that had already been deactivated; it allowed me to clean or refresh users' mailboxes. I think that function was removed.

Summary: I am truly happy with this application it integrate very well with our google environment I do not have anything negative

Positive: We've been using ToogleBox for the past year to manage the signatures and to manage our company directory and internal communication. Real satisfy with the product

Negative: It can improve the User Interface to make it more friendly

Summary: Excellent, working with support or their sales team to find the proper solution is always a pleasant interaction and you're left with a sense of reassurance that your request will be handled.

Positive: Simple to use straight forward interface, not cluttered.
Excellent customer service support with design and technical issues.

Negative: It would be nice to have a more robust source code editor.

Summary: ToogleBox Email Management has been easy to use, offers outstanding personalized support, comes at a great price point, and has shown a genuine commitment to meeting our organization’s needs.

Positive: Easy to set up multiple email signatures, see previews, edit user information in bulk or individually, quick turn around on questions, create multiple admins as needed, worked with us to make sure the DPA would be compliant for us as an educational institution

Negative: can't find self help documentation when logged into site, but they do offer great, timely personalized help

Summary: I sincerely think it is a tool that will bring easy of mind to leadership in a company, will enhance admins on their day to day and it allow reallocating time and effort in other tasks because google tasks are being taken care of. Tooglebox uses several APIs that even seasoned admins are not aware of their existence and they build upon that making this a robust solution, I wish all google admins have the opportunity to use it.

Positive: It is a solution that complements and enhanced an admin work, dynamic groups, signatures and Email search among others are tasks that normally an admin will have to spend hours and constant work to maintain in workspace but ToogleBox acts as an enhancement on those and makes it easy allowing us to use that time in other tasks and trust that those are being handled.

Negative: I would not call it a cons, I think from an UI perspective there are room for improvement but definitely not a cons.

Summary: My overall experience has been good, so far. It is very intuitive, user friendly, responsive and seamless.

Positive: That emails can be archived and retrieved if/when needed from a secure location. I am not a superadmin user so my rights are limited to archiving and company signature adjustments.

Negative: I am unable to comment on this as ToogleBox serves my current role.
