The support we received during onboarding was also excellent. The team was responsive, knowledgeable, and helped us move through the setup smoothly.

In particular, Soumik was very helpful throughout the process. He clearly knew the product in and out and was able to guide us with confidence, answer our questions, and provide practical recommendations.

Negative: The only minor limitation we noticed is that the design options for the virtual business card are a bit limited. Having more flexibility and customization options in that area would make the solution even better.

Huge time saver compared to chasing individuals to update their signatures manually. Once set up, it gives confidence that the brand is being represented correctly in every email.

Each location needs its own signature due to different contact details, so when updating something like an image, it often has to be done individually across each version. It would be ideal to have a more efficient way to update a master asset and have it apply across all variations automatically.
