Positive: Centralised signature management, seamless Outlook integration, consistent branding across all users, easy to update organisation-wide, reliable performance, and helpful customer support.

Negative: None that I can think of; the platform has been reliable, easy to manage, and has consistently met our expectations.

Summary: My overall experience couldn’t be better and I hope the work relationship will continue for even longer time.

Positive: The communication was amazing. I always got extremely fast help and super nice employees, who are very competent and helpful. They take time to solve your specific problems and offer creative, fast solutions. I have not experienced such a good working relationship with a company that’s even in a different country. They even went beyond what I wanted and brought in their own creativity.

Negative: I have not one negative point. Even though we are on different continents, the employees from brandQuantum make it such a pleasure to work together.

Summary: We received excellent service at initial setup and also through the last month when changing our signatures to incorporate new designs and functionality.

Positive: The email signatures works across all devices and email clients. We are also able to offer further information to recipients that we can track.

Positive: BrandMail allows us to communicate with customers in a uniform, professional manner. It creates a professional look and allows staff use of pre-designed and approved (editable and customizable) templates.

Negative: There is nothing that stands out as negative from my experience with the product.

Summary: I am overall pleased with BrandMail, I would a hundred percent recommend it to anyone. Super, duper impressed!

Positive: I appreciate how hands-on and communicative the team is. They support you throughout the entire process and offer training to help you gain a better understanding and become more independent. Additionally, they are very patient with their clients.

Negative: There is nothing about BrandMail that I dislike or find bothersome. In my opinion, they are doing an excellent job!

Summary: Our emails look beautiful and all now consistent according to company branding guidelines.

Positive: We have been using BrandMail for some months now and am really pleased with the support that we received implementing the product. It is great that we can update employee details via the platform and we appreciate the customisations the team made for us.

Negative: The set up process in terms of look and feel takes time to refine and some IT knowledge is needed if you do not have an IT department to assist.

Positive: When I first joined the company, there was no standard email signature—everyone used their own style. The biggest benefit of using BQ is that it makes all our emails consistent. Now every email looks professional, neat, and matches the company brand.

Negative: When we first started using BQ, it was a bit challenging, especially for team members who aren’t very tech-savvy. Sometimes updates or syncing take a little longer than expected. But once it’s set up, it works really well. The banner tool can be a bit tricky, but the BrandMail team is always there and ready to help.

Negative: **Unlike the Windows/Outlook Setup, Installation Quantum on Mac requires a different approach- Often involving more manual steps or workarounds. This can lead to confusion or delays especially for teams using mixed operating systems.

It also performs tasks quickly.

Positive: I'm enjoying BrandMail and the features it has. We recently created a banner and attached it to my email signature which changed every time I was sending an email, and I loved how easy it was to setup the banner and the attraction it got.

Negative: No cons to provide. Happy with the overall features of the software and the assistance that the support team is providing

Summary: I would recommend this product to people in my industry. It's got great functionality, and it really allows us to represent ourselves in a professional manner.

Positive: Great thing about brand mail is their support staff and their functionality. They walk you through the whole set up process and on boarding as well as creating your email signatures from scratch.

Negative: The back and portal was a little tricky to navigate, and I think they are taking steps to improve that user interface

Summary: We are very happy with BrandMail and have had many clients, vendors, and other dealerships that we work with say they were impressed by our new signature.

Positive: BrandMail is a very professional product. The administrator console is easy to learn and any problems we had with setup were handled quickly with understanding from their staff. We are in the US and even though there is a six-hour difference in time zones they were always available when we needed them with support.

Negative: No cons with BrandMail. We had slow Microsoft integration for a couple users, and I verified it was a Microsoft on occasion.

Summary: Good managment system to keep our Companies signatures updated, unified.

Summary: The Team at BrandMail are excellent! They enable us to get our marketing message out there more effectively and reach a wider audience.

Positive: Working with the BrandMail Team is seamless. As soon as a request is sent to the team via email, the ticket is logged and the request actioned and implemented within the timeframe requested, if not before. They are helpful with giving advice and recommendations to improve marketing via their platforms. The way in which our marketing is integrated within our 6 campuses enables us to get our marketing message out there more effectively and reach a wider audience.

Negative: Honestly, I have not had a reason to dislike anything about BrandMail, or their Team.
