Summary: Exclaimer makes it very easy to design and manage signatures, and we can do very complex signature scenarios very smoothly.

Positive: The product makes it easy to create and manage signatures.

Negative: The license removal is only available on an annual basis.

Summary: Overall, the product works as advertised. We get to have every single user with the signature attached to their emails to advertise our products whenever there is something new and makes sys admin's job easy by only needing to worry about the AD/AAD/Entra ID portion.

Positive: -Uses AD or AAD/Entra ID to grab data/info for the signature so you don't need to change every single thing or visit their console just for it.
-Once it's setup, it works like a charm

Negative: -Had some weird bugs (what program doesn't) where it wouldn't format correctly after a reply, but it was resolved by the support team after a few weeks.
-Console could use a UI update...

Summary: If you need a feature-rich, flexible, and easy way to manage email signatures, with a fully cloud-based solution, then look no further than Exclaimer. I'm not aware of any alternative that is so powerful. Pricing is fair.

Positive: The flexibility of the signature customisation is impressive. The best feature is conditional fields, where the visibility of a field (such as a mobile number) can be conditional based on things such as the existence of an attribute. This is super helpful. It means I can have a single signature design for my company, but still offer flexibility to those users that wish to show their mobile number, as an example. You can also easily preview the results in real-time based on real user information. Lastly, the rules are very flexible also, you can create multiple signatures and have them trigger based on lots of configurable options, eg time of day, sender, recipient, attribute value.

Another nice feature I only recently discovered is for the Exclaimer to retrospectively update the users signature in their sent items folder as users don't see their signature when composing a new email, but exclaimer will update this email after it is sent, so when users go look in their Sent Items folder, the signature appears in the sent mail. Neat.

Integration is easy to setup. We are syncing directly from Azure AD, which is in turn syncs from our on-prem Active Directory. You choose which AD attributes you want to sync, which can then show up in Exclaimer for use in a signature.

Support a super responsive. New cases are attended to fast with always helpful responses. I have a lot of confidence in their support staff.

Negative: One nice feature would be to have a different rules to show different information based on the location the recipient opens the signature. For example. if the recipient opens the signature in North America, show a US telephone number, if they open the signature in Europe, then show a EU telephone number, etc.

You can increase the number of licensed users during your term, but cannot decrrease. Also, be aware of when you sign up and what the renewal date is. The renewal date is not advertised on your account. Therefore, if you want to reduce the number of licensed users (giving 30 days notice) you would need to do this in advance of the renewal date, which is not advertised.

Summary: The process of subscribing to creation to implementation was quite painless. I liked how easy it was to connect with MS365.

Positive: The tool is very Intuitive to use and provides easy integration with MS365. There are numerous good template options to get started with.

Negative: Sometimes dealing with images is a bit odd, but not major.

Summary: Support was great and attentive. Easy to use product. Few different ways to integrate signatures into emails, including a deployed agent if required (not necessary).

Negative: Non found so far, we have found this product to be fully integratable.

Summary: From an administrator perspective this tool allows us to control email signatures from a corporate level to ensure consistency. It also allows for flexibility within that framework. So its not just one signature fits all... we can make customizations for everyone if needed.

Positive: Simple and straightforward design.

Negative: None... only wish I'd found it earlier. This need has been around for years.

Summary: I have been having an excellent experience. I love the application, as well it makes my job way easier.

Positive: Very easy to setup, design and use. I love that signature could be hidden and attach to each user, making all company signatures unified.

Negative: I do not really like the design platform, I wish there were more tools to customize my own icons and other items. It is not clear who I should contact in case I want to add and modify my current signature. Also I think it would be really cool if I can add banners to specific users when they are going to be away from the office instead of having the need to create a separate signature and include and exclude them from groups.

Summary: We like Exclaimer a lot. Once setup was complete we haven't really had to worry about it. It's done everything we need for over eight years and we foresee being Exclaimer customers for years to come.

Positive: We enjoy the overall ease of use and reliability of Exclaimer's email signature solution. I can't remember the last outage we had with it. Modifying the signatures for promotions when needed is easy for us as long as we stay within the same formatting. Exclaimer has always been helpful in getting what we need set up. Especially getting our custom font deployed to Exclaimer, that was important for us. Support helped us get it deployed and adjusted.

Negative: The initial setup can be finicky. Getting all the fields to stack correctly can take some time but the preview feature helps a lot. Getting signature application order correct was a bit of a pain but the last time we had to change signature order it was a better experience.

Summary: Quick and easy deployment. Product is a bit more affordable than the competition. Overall, users are happy.

Negative: Occasionally, we have had synchronization issues between the outlook platform and Exclaimer Cloud. This issue can cause signature load speeds to be slow, leading to delays in signature updates.

Summary: I would highly recommend Exclaimer for small, medium and large businesses. The ability to have a standardized signature makes it very easy to manage multiple signatures and have them all appear professional!

Positive: The ease of setup, ease of changes and ease of administration is fantastic. Our employees are all have a unified signature that is clean and professional. It makes managing the signatures a breeze!

Negative: There really has been no downside to using Exclaimer.

Summary: We are really glad to have implemented Exclaimer as our signature solution. The time saved not only for our IT team but our end users has made the investment worthwhile.

Positive: The fact that everyone now must have the same signature (like it or not) and this is standard across whichever device they send emails from.

Negative: It would be good if shared mailboxes did not require a license to have a signature on them as now we either have no signature or have to pay extra for a 365 license for them.
