Summary: EngageBay allowed me to support my business needs during hard times by having a lot of sophisticated features and being really affordable at the same time.

Positive: The features it has puts it at par with the giants of the CRM like Hubspot, Salesforce, Dynamics 365, and the like. The growth and potential are immense. I first saw this in 2018 and it was a useful but really basic system. To my surprise when I saw the system again in 2020. It is a sophisticated highly functional state-of-the-art all-in-one digital marketing system. I was looking for a system that can support the business needs that I can afford especially when the pandemic hits. I was really amazed at how much growth it has in just 2 years. Above all, it remained very affordable. It is a fraction of the price of a system with a quarter of its functions.

Negative: This system practically saved me, so I cannot think of anything I dislike about it for ow. Maybe further growth and development so that it will match top platforms or even get better.

Summary: EngageBay empowered me to utilize the power of digital marketing with an accurate data gathering system which enabled me in making business decisions that count. The system allowed me to keep track of automated and manual engagements and transactions. Giving me a clear picture of how the business is doing and what opportunities we can explore for growth and improvement.

Positive: I am an entrepreneur for a long time. Way before the Internet. In the past years, I have to get my business on the Internet too, to keep up with the times. I find a lot of things difficult in handling the technology. Also, a lot of helpful tools seem to cost a lot. However, I still have to get them since it makes my business more efficient. I thought it’s always that way. However, EngageBay showed me a one-of-a-kind solution. Something I find understandable, really affordable, and can handle all my businesses in one platform. It allows me to see the data I need. How many people are inquiring, where they are from, how many are buying and what have they bought. Data that allows me to see how well my businesses are doing ad how can I improve them. The system allowed me to automate much of the engagements and track all transactions, whether it be part of automation or manually done, like phone calls, emails, chat conversations, and the like. Enabling me to focus on making sound business decisions.

Negative: I am old and not very tech-savvy. However, I am interested in any information that furthers my business. With that being said. I really like to know more about EngageBay and all its features. I feel like I am only seeing the tip of the iceberg and I notice there are still a lot of features I am not utilizing. However, I can’t find decent documentation about much of it. I think more articles and video tutorials will be great for us all.

Summary: EngageBay enabled me to focus on creating high-quality content to keep my audience satisfied. It also, enhance my reach and engagement to ensure the stability of my channel’s growth.

Positive: I am a student and a Vlog content developer. In fact, I have my own youtube channel with a significant amount of followers. It really makes me happy when my followers express satisfaction with each content I share. I also love seeing my following grow each day. I work hard in creating high-quality content and reach out to like-minded people to see and follow my channel. However, consistency in reaching out is a big challenge. Considering, that I have to divide my time for developing content. Engagement like social media postings, and emailing my followers when I have special posts or when I simply want to greet them for a special occasion, like Merry Christmas or Happy Halloween. I also have to allocate a big chunk of my time for my studies. I know I have to automate engagement but I don’t have a big budget.

That is why I am thankful for finding EngageBay. A really affordable system that allowed me to schedule and automate my postings for Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and even LinkedIn. I can also make broadcasts to all or specific groups of contacts relating to a new content release that may interest them. I also scheduled special greetings with my channel’s branding for holidays like Easter, Halloween, Christmas, New Year, and the like

Negative: I do not know what I don’t like about the system yet. It provides me what I need. I think I am using a very small fraction of what the system is capable of. So far the parts I use are great so I cannot evaluate the other functions yet.

Summary: I am a digital marketing manager handling various clients with unique business nature. Each of those clients got their own clients and I handle them simultaneously without mixing up data and keeping track of each deal and process. Though each one provides their own preferred system where I can do my work when I am dealing with their specific task. I need my own system that can handle them all but something that is affordable - I am a person, not a corporation so budget matters. So I need something that has enough functionality to handle the complex nature of my work and still be affordable. It was an impossible dream until I found EngageBay.

Positive: EngageBay allowed me to put all of my clients into one single platform without mixing up their data. I keep track of each call, email exchanges, chat sessions. I even make use of the ticketing system to be able to successfully process tasks and issues for individual clients. In some of my tasks, like scheduled posting, I am able to automate them. I am able to automate email marketing done for each client without getting lost in the track. There is a balance of power and affordability.

Negative: I have noticed the system has changed significantly in just a year and has twice or more features when I first got it. I hope they send an email update containing the new feature release and some basic documentation on what they are about. As a Digital Marketing Manager, I am always eyeing any tech that can advance my arsenal. I think I already have a powerful weapon. I simply need to know more about it.

Summary: This is the most powerful Digital Marketing, Sales, and Service system that I can find that allows the promotion of CryptoCurrency. The world needs to know of the revolutionary tech of decentralization of wealth and I can finally make that happen with the use of EngageBay. This tool is a revolutionary system that empowers small and marginalized businesses. Giving us the engine to take off and realize our full potential. EngageBay is a revolutionary system on its own that the world needs to know. It is a system that medium and small businesses can afford. But the system is sophisticated enough to handle the needs of businesses as they grow.

Positive: It is a complete system and it is very affordable It covers my entire digital marketing. Email marketing, landing page creation, SMS broadcasts, Social media marketing, and I can automate it. I can also handle my Sales by keeping track of deals, records of engagements, product presentation, proposal creation, and closing the deal. I can also support my customers via phone support, chat support, email support and keep track of support via its ticketing system. It is a technology that creates an environment where a business can exist.

Negative: The system is great and easy to use. The support is great and really nice to deal with. However, I need documentation that I can read about existing features and updates when new features are released. I can’t find those data anywhere.

Summary: I am able to get my business virtual in the shortest possible time at an unbelievably affordable price. I am able to find my way through the system. The first try is a bit difficult. However, as soon as I found my way through a certain function, I was able to get through finding everything else with relative ease. This system allowed me to keep records of my contacts and the engagements we have. Keep call records, keep track of my deals, automate my marketing and sales, and many more.

Positive: I have been amazed at the technology and all of its sophistication. However, my business is still great by doing it in an old fashion. Basic phone calls and face-to-face meetings to cut a deal. Then pandemic happened. We need to go virtual, but do not have enough systems in place to completely do everything virtually. Getting something that can handle us cost really high. I almost jump in to get the expensive system. A great thing, I found EngageBay. It has everything I need and more. I can keep track of my deals, make phone calls and check it on record when I need to verify something. Automate marketing and sales. It practically saved my business during the pandemic. It is a complete system that is light on the budget.

Negative: I took this system because of its affordability and completeness. So far it got me covered so I am not yet sure if there is something I discipline. I just hope it will be consistent and updates will come without causing bugs or loss of data.

Summary: Using EngageBay All-in-One Suite helps make my tasks easier, seamless, and integrated. I keep track of my views reports, find audience details, and even notifying them about my new posts. With these benefits I am getting - I was able to save on expenses at the same time saves workload and focus more on content creation.

Positive: It's an all-in-one! No need to install any other (3rd party software) for other specific needs. It's just simple and easy to use! The system was able to cover what I need for my blog and it's definitely within budget.

Negative: For the past 6 months of using the EngageBay All-In-One Suite, It perfectly works as it was intended to be. I can't say anything bad yet.

Summary: I thought everything was settled with my previous software company paying 25.00 dollars with less support and just plainly for email blasting. Issues came and they are having a hard time helping me out. An acquaintance introduced me to EngageBay – Marketing. I can’t imagine how it greatly helps and improves our business. For an extra 7.00 Dollars more, I am having the best software so far! Easy Marketing templates and Segmentation is by so far perfect and It can easily send emails to each type of Market I choose. Kudos to their outstanding Support with the help of my Own Account Manager!

Positive: Small software packed with Unparalleled Performance! I am doubtful at first when I saw the product. It has so many features, but it is inexpensive. I was just introduced to it. I am really amazed when it works. It is something I can use and even more.

Negative: I hate it when it's making me now a Couch Potato! Everything is seamless! With easy click buttons and a user-friendly interface. I am not sure if that's a bad thing though. Maybe more tutorials on the existing features. There is still a lot that I need to explore. It pretty much covers everything I need for now. However, learning more about the system entails greater horizons.

Summary: EngageBay has everything I need to get my business going and even more at a price that I can afford. A Valuable find for my business.

Positive: EngageBay is a dream come true. It is definitely a valuable find. It is a system where I can schedule my daily posts on my social media accounts. Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn. This also has a sophisticated email marketing system. It also has a chat system that allows me to provide support to my customers. It has many more features that I haven't use yet. The most amazing part is the fact that it's so sophisticated yet very affordable.

Negative: I know EngageBay already gave me so much value. However, It will be nice to have a bot/automation for the chat system too.

Summary: It's a pleasing ride. I am able to use a system that is sophisticated enough to support my business needs but really simple to use.

Positive: Marketing, tracking deals, business communications, and other business functions are all previously done separately. I am totally aware of Hubspot, Salesforce, or Dynamics 365 that can do all these in one platform but I also know the heavy price tag that comes along with it. So I settled in doing it using several affordable and free apps across various platforms which adds up too much time. Discovering EngageBay, uncovered new possibilities. It allows me to do marketing, track deals, and even communicate to clients via email, text messages, and even phone calls and keep records of it. I am doing a lot with this system and it has a lot more to offer at a very affordable price. EnagageBay is definitely a strategic breakthrough for my business.

Negative: Very little documentation. However, figuring things out is a no-brainer.

Summary: It has wide functionality that allows you to do multi-functional business activities that includes marketing and help desk. One thing I really liked about this tool is its live chat service for the help desk.

Positive: EngageBay has tons of capabilities that ensure everything can be managed. Using EngageBay you can manage CRM, help desk, email and social media marketing from the same software. Its marketing strategy and lead manager works great.

Negative: The only downside of EngageBay is its weak marketing reports.

Summary: EngageBay is a very handy customer relationship management tool in my business. It offers great power to simplify business. Overall, EngageBay is a great tool, I highly recommend this.

Positive: This solution offers great features for customer relationship management. It offers the perfect landing page builder. It also helps me in social media marketing to manage and be effect full.

Negative: It worked great for me. Nothing to share about cons.

Summary: After evaluating dozens of platforms to use for my business am really satisfied with my decision to go ahead with EngageBay. Being a HubSpot users, I was always concerned about the price akin to every small business owner. But I am really glad to have found EngageBay, it has allowed me to streamline all my processes under a single umbrella and my team is just loving. Strongly recommend this to every one looking for a CRM, Marketing Automation platform.

Positive: It is a fully integrated platform with all the features you need for your marketing, sales and service. To add to it, they also have a live chat feature.

Negative: Though the platform has many features, it would be good to have a knowledge base where one can learn about all the features and how to use them. Having said that, their support is always available to answer your questions.

Summary: This product came as a surprise at the price point and features it offers. I was a HubSpot user and was searching for a decent alternative to save money. I evaluated EngageBay and found it to be a good alternative.

Positive: - Has all the features you need at very good price
- Marketing, sales, CRM are in one place
- Support is good
- Easy to use

Negative: Honestly I did not find that cons considering the price and what it offers. It'll be good to have few more integrations though.
