Positive: It is very friendly and does not experience any unnecessary interferences. It starts much faster and a great tool that gives you complete control.

Negative: It is little hard to navigate some times but if you contact support, they will point you in the right direction.

Summary: EngageBay consolidates core customer engagement capabilities onto a unified platform. The breadth caters to small businesses wanting an integrated solution. However, it ultimately sacrifices depth compared to to specialized tools focused on doing one thing very well.

Positive: Unified platform for CRM, email marketing, helpdesk & automation. Easy to use drag & drop workflow builder. Pre-built templates & integrations with popular apps. Options for both one-time & ongoing payment models.

Negative: Interface can feel overwhelming given breadth of functionality. Advanced customization requires reliance on EngageBay team. Lacks capabilities seen in best-of-breed individual tools.

Summary: I’ve been in marketing for a while now and of all the tools I have used, this is by far the most effective tool I have used. It increased my results both in marketing and in sales.

Positive: I’m able to create a good marketing flow and sales funnel thanks to EngageBay. And I have access to other features like creating good looking landing pages with its easy drag and drop functionality. It has good analytics that I can use and a customer service support to go to.

Negative: I’m still exploring the other features. But I have other tools that I am well versed in and would love to integrate it here, problem is, integration is limited to certain tools. But there’s always a reason for that, probably because they’re already part of the feature that I still have to discover.
