    Summary: I feel as though the SalesNOW tool is a great application and a must have for any company tracking their Sales and Projects. The drop-down direct expenses tab lets you really Drill down on the Net profits and overall cost for each and every project. We are also capturing a lot of data to use for future marking campaigns and customers follow up for surveys etc. The cost of the application is a Steal, and I personally recommend SalesNOW to a lot of entrepreneurs.

    Positive: The SalesNOW application is the best way to track all of Sales opportunities. I've personally used this tool the last 14 plus years and appreciate the ease of creating new content as some tools like Salesforce takes much longer like 45/60 minutes upload each opportunity. Most Sales Executives are not willing to spend that much time and with SalesNOW within Five minutes or less you can create a new company and Project details within minutes!!

    Negative: Nothing I can think of currently, we've had a lot of success with the SalesNOW application and will continue to use it for all Three of our companies Executives and Project Managers.

    Summary: We'd previously used all of the better known CRM products, going back to the early 1990s and have never found a better or more cost-effective product to serve us as well.

    Positive: SalesNOW is the most intuitive and user-friendly CRM we've ever used. Entering data is a simple process. Searching records is a relatively fast process.

    Negative: Would love to have a time-saving voice-enabled data entry option.
