Summary: Overall it is good software. I would recommend you to try it, I am sure you would love it. They have lifetime free subscription as well.
Positive: - Affordable software (I love EngageBay pricing). Earlier I used to pay $29/month for 500 subscribers for only marketing software. But now with the same price, I got 50,000 subscribers with marketing, sales, live chat, & help desk software which is really helping me a lot.

Summary: In my perspective it is very good and feature rich CRM that offers fantastic customer support. I love the user interface which is very much easy to navigate.
Positive: I am a new user of EngageBay and I am very much pleased with the platform and the customer support it offers. Its fairly a user friendly CRM that is easy to navigate with lots of functions.

Summary: It is the best CRM with all the features that are needed for any organisation that needs marketing and sales. Their automations helps in making most of the tasks automated and one of the best part is their outstanding customer support which is always available to help us.
Positive: I like the sleek and easy to user interface which is easy to navigate and helps me design the responsive email templates with an ease.
Negative: I have been using it for a few months and have not faced any major issues except a few lags here and there.

Summary: Overall, I had a really positive experience. The initial on-boarding and presentation were very educational and demonstrated how EngageBay could fulfill our needs at a very affordable price.
Positive: EngageBay is a really simple platform to use. Overall it is a very user-friendly. Having tested many CRM systems I found this to be the best. I was able to upload 25k contacts with in few minutes where as it takes an hour in other systems.
Negative: It was a little challenging at times to setup the email sequences as it lacks the option to change the order of emails in the sequence.

Summary: I like the easy to use interface and the ability to use it without much training. Most of my staff members were able to use it without much training as it is straight forward. I like their customer support which is available all the time to assist me whenever I needed. Kudos to their support team.
Positive: It is fairly user friendly and not hard to use and most of our locations can utilze it without much training. The support is very responsive and can usually resolve any issues that arise.
Negative: The email marketing lacks some formatting abilities that would allow you to make the templates more brand specify or modern looking.
