Summary: It is a good tool that is helping me a lot. I like the easy of way of adding tags to the contacts so I can easily identify them. I can create email templates using the drag and drop builder.

Summary: I've been with EngageBay for since 2021, using it for 2 of my businesses. I'm not a techie, so I appreciate the fact it's so intuitive and that the help desk is there, answering messages when I need them - not all CRMs provide support when you need it at weekends and evenings, EngageBay do. And they are reliable, nice, people to deal with. What's not to like?

Summary: It is smart and has friendly interface - very cost effective and has incredible functionality. It has excellent customer support and also good storage capacity to store contacts , documents, images.
Positive: EngageBay is an incredibly easy to use and offers an excellent features all of which are very well implemented. While other CRM systems offers only sales functions at a high cost where as EngageBay offers both sales and marketing at a very low cost.
Negative: They need to work on optimizing the contact management.

Summary: I am glad that we switched to EngageBay. It has all the features that I wanted to be a part of a CRM. Initially we have some doubts if it fit our needs but when we signup we found it be a very useful tool.
Positive: It is a feature rich tool with all the features need for a company like sales, marketing, live chat and service desk. I can easily manage all my clients data into it and use it for campaigns.
Negative: I am using this tool for a few months now and find no issues so far.

Summary: Their live chat and customer service is amazing compared to when I was at salesforce and had to wait days for a ticket to be answered. Questions are answered so much quicker and projects can move along faster with their support of their product.
Positive: So much easier to use and can do everything in half the time. Their user interface is pretty easy to use and can build stuff in half the time. I also found their integrations to cover everything I need.
Negative: Have not been able to find anything so far, been using the product about 1.5 years now.

Summary: I find this CRM super easy to use. The support team are excellent. it is far more robust than people might think especially at this price point, It does everything i need and much much more. Well worth the price.
Positive: I love the automations, landing pages, email templates and ease of creating professional looking emails, forms, appointments capabilities and socials.
Negative: I would like to see folders for automations the same way there are folders for templates.

The landing pages can be a bit clunky to use and there can sometimes be a strange translation between desktop and mobile view. But the support team are always there to assist. -

Summary: Just what I needed and at the right price! I'm telling everyone I can about this so they can start using it right away.
Positive: I have now used all the tools in the system and I can say without a doubt this system is awesome. I'm doing emails, sequences, using the sales deals tracks, and loading contacts, tagging, and now using automation.
The all in one program is great. Sales, Marketing and Service.
In other CRMs I could only have one or the other, and this one, I have it all.
The chat team, Bob, Mark, Charles and Shawn are tops.
Always helping, always fast, always solving my issues.Negative: Don't have any! I really have tried to find things and I don't have any so far!
