Summary: It is incredibly feature rich tool and has very few limitations. It is one of the finest customer support team that quickly replies. I was able to get used to it in a day.
Positive: I am very pleased with EngageBay owing to its price and customer support that it offers. It is filled with features and functionalities, many of which we have yet to use such as built in chat tool. We are currently utilizing it for contact management, email marketing.
Negative: There is one annoyance: copying and pasting from a document such as Word into the e-mail editor loses the formatting. To be honest, this has been an issue with all of the ones I've previously used.

Summary: EngageBay is a outstanding CRM with all the features that are needed for my businesses. I can easily import contacts and send email campaigns with in a couple of minutes. Also, their automations are robust.
Positive: I have been an EngageBay customer for several years. Their product is outstanding with all the features that are needed for me. Also, their customer support is excellent and attentive.
Negative: It has all the features that are needed for me but they can still work on adding new features like integration with AI and advanced reports.

Summary: Overall It is a great product with tons of features and I would definitely recommend it. It has great customer support.
Positive: What I love about this software is the online appointment scheduling. It is very easy to use and has great software features. In addition to being a CRM solution, I love that it has live chat capabilities and it is a great support solution.
Negative: As I have migrated from a different system, It's often hard for me as it has too many features and at times it is difficult to follow but for people who are tech savvy it is very easy.

Summary: The CRM is full of features and also has interactive dashboards that provides good analytics that help us focus on important lead information. The best part is the email template builder using which we can create the best templates using the drag and drop builder.
Positive: I had a great experience using this CRM. It is less expensive CRM with the best email marketing features in the market. I can't think of any better tool than this at this price point.
Negative: I haven't encountered any difficulties at the moment.

Summary: It is very easy to set up compared to other CRMs I have used. Importing my contacts and syncing with HubSpot is very easy. It will also sync your Outlook calendar. I also like the interface. The UX is amazing compared to other CRMs I've used. The client promotion feature is easy to use with all Mailchimp/Pardot features. Customer support is excellent, with quick responses and 24-hour fixes, but issues are rare..
Positive: Good experience. We went from using multiple email platforms, sales, etc. to this Not only is it cheaper, but it also makes things easier between teams.
Negative: One annoyance is that when you copy/paste a document like Word into an email editor, the formatting is lost.

Positive: I really loved how EngageBay help me to generate leads without spamming subscribers. Its UI/UX design is easy to navigate. The CRM organizes contacts and gives multiple ways to discuss. Its user segmentation and email automation work great. It has a bunch of customization options for marketing designs.
Negative: Its live chat program is outdated. No other cons experienced.

Summary: I’m very happy that I found this tool because it makes my tasks works easier and it helped increases my sales.
Positive: EngageBay has grew on me. It eases my workflow from planning to implementation. Automation is something I just learned coz I use to do things manually and relied only on social media. It really changed my perspective on CRM's and marketing tools. I can easily schedule appointments here. I can adjust and develop my email marketing flows and helps me generate leads quickly and easily. Also, the analytics comes in so handy, it gives me a better view of how everything is going as it is detailed enough for me. Plus, it is more affordable than other CRM or marketing tools.
It is just making things less of a stress and I get to enjoy more of marketing and sales with just this.Negative: I can't find any faults or issues at the moment. Because it is user friendly, so I easily adapt to the interface of the platform and all the components Im using are the ones I only need and so far they have been doing great for me. And if I have any questions, I can easily message the support team.

Summary: I'm make pottery and sell them. It's been hard lately to drive across regions to sell and deliver. So started to go online, which I'm very new to it. But when I learned and used EngageBay, it made selling online easier. Helped me reach customers better than doing the old traditional way.
Positive: What I like about using Engagebay, aside that it's an affordable, It's a great alternative for sales, marketing and service tool. It does its job so well for the price. I'm able to build my traffic and reached out to many prospects and customers.
The free CRM is a big win! You get features that highly helps you out especially if you're a startup or an SBM. We're glad we got to use this feature coz it made it easier for us to get things done.
Simply put, it is a powerful platform. And it has helped us attain our goals we needed to get.Negative: I've used the features I needed. So far, everything has been doing good for me. It's able to do the job i needed it to do.

Summary: We've mostly used in for our marketing since it's one area we've been wanting to develop to acquire more leads.
Positive: What i like about EngageBay is the leverage i get from using it. It eases up our marketing and sales perspective through the automation it provides. I get to integrate other platforms which helps a lot in building our pipelines. Adding to the interest is the interface, which makes it easier to use. And the price is just right in comparison to the ROI we get.
Negative: There's not much to dislike at the moment. We've been using the tools that directly relates and specific to my needs.

Positive: Results are always important, that’s why I love the analytics on this platform. It gives us a wide perspective of how we’re doing with marketing and sales. It gives off a good detail on the things that has been done and things it has done.

Summary: I can't believe I wasted so much time on other CRM systems before I found EngageBay. The software has helped us to generate more leads and close them a lot quicker than we ever did before. We have been using EngageBay for just about a year now and the results are amazing! I would highly recommend this software to anyone who wants to have an effective solution.
Positive: I've been using EngageBay for over a year now and it's just amazing. I was looking for a new CRM and I found EngageBay. It's just so easy to use, from managing contacts to sending SMS messages, everything is possible on this one platform!
Negative: The complexity on its pricing page is sometimes confusing. It may be good if they price it on a per user and contacts but giving all the functionality across all plans.

Summary: The system is able to get us started Digitally. We have been doing things online for a bit but it is more of a manual process. The system helped us reach a new level of running our business. We have been aware of a similar system but our budget is not enough to get those solutions. I am really glad to have this system.
Positive: I like the fact that it is a complete system I can use to grow my business and it is affordable. Honestly, when we started this I am having difficulty finding all the functions I need to start the business. I tried combining a couple of tools but they won't fit the way they are needed. Luckily, I came across EngageBay and it has everything I need and more.
Negative: What I don’t like is the fact that it is not very popular yet. I really want everyone to know its existence. It will make the platform more stable and probably have more functions as it grows. That is why I am making this review. To make more people know about EngageBay.
