Summary: It is an efficient, robust and simple CRM with most of the features that are needed for a business to run smoothly with good customer support.
Positive: It is a very simple and easy to use platform for sales and marketing. Apart from sales and marketing it also offers help desk and live chat that can be used for customer service.
Negative: It has all the good features that are needed for a business but it lacks some the basic requirements where one can set the default font, default brand colors for the email templates.

Summary: I helps me to manage my contacts, deals and track my emails. I can easily import my contacts using a CSV file and create deals on them and move to different stages. I also helps me to track the emails opens and clicks and create a list of those interested clients to follow up with them.
Positive: I like the fact that all features are accessible and I can fully utilize a CRM that runs my business smoothly. I used it to manage my contacts, deals and track the emails and it does this perfectly.
Negative: It has all the features that are needed for me but it lacks a few things like autosaving of email. At times when the browser crashes all the data is lost as there is no auto save and we need to create it again from scratch.

Positive: Its all in one sales and marketing automation product and comparatively inexpensive. It's been pretty easy to use and the support team are helpful.
Negative: The interface is a little clunky, it should be worked on to be more user friendly, but all in all works as advertised and you get used to it soon enough.

Summary: It is the best CRM that helps me doing my tasks without any issues. I am able to send followup emails to my clients by creating email templates with an ease using the drag and drop builder. Their forms are easy to setup and helps in capturing leads.
Positive: EngageBay is one of the best CRM with many features. It is reliable as once we create a workflow to follow-up, the workflow will keep on sending follow-up emails. We just need to setup once and forget it, it will do its job. Also, their customer support is awesome!
Negative: I have find no issues with it but at times I find a lag in bulk actions but it is common with most of the CRM's

Summary: I've been with EngageBay for since 2021, using it for 2 of my businesses. I'm not a techie, so I appreciate the fact it's so intuitive and that the help desk is there, answering messages when I need them - not all CRMs provide support when you need it at weekends and evenings, EngageBay do. And they are reliable, nice, people to deal with. What's not to like?

Summary: It is smart and has friendly interface - very cost effective and has incredible functionality. It has excellent customer support and also good storage capacity to store contacts , documents, images.
