Summary: I find DonorPerfect to be fairly priced, straightforward to use, offers many great features like the Weblink online donation system, has the ability to run a wide range of data reports, and has fantastic technical support.

Positive: I love that it is cloud based so that I can access it anywhere, at any time. I find the software easy to use and the phone support is amazingly helpful.

Negative: I honestly can't think of anything I don't like about this software.

Summary: Love using DonorPerfect!! Highly recommend! It's easy to use and customize. The reports are great. I love the Suggest and Vote because Softerware actually listens to what users want and then they implement it.

Positive: Very responsive support staff, super helpful.
Inexpensive for what you get.
Awesome support/customer service.
Training and continuing support is great.
Did I mention how wonderful their support is?

Negative: I wish it had a better way to list spouses so they could be a household listing.

Summary: I think this platform will forever suit our organizations' needs as long as it continues to adapt to its customer base. I'd give it ten stars if I could!

Positive: DonorPerfect is a great platform for fundraising. As long as you are inputting good data, you will get the results you need. I love that they are constantly working to improve it for their customer's needs as well.

Negative: I wish that you didn't have to pay extra for all of the features.

Summary: Functional and so far we have not found anything else that works as well.

Positive: DonorPerfect Fundraising Software has everything we need and more! It carried us through the library's capital campaign for a new building. All the donor history is included, by category, so there are many options for data mining. Customer service is helpful and informative.

Negative: Reporting function could be more intuitive, although customer support always comes through.

Summary: I have purchase this software 3 different time for 3 different organizations. I have used it for over 10 years and referred it to some of the area foundation and funders. A couple years ago I purchase a different software to save some money and regretted it almost immediately. Within a year, I purchased DonorPerfect again. If I ever take a new position at at a different non-profit and they don't have this program, I will purchase it again. You will not regret buying DonorPerfect!

Positive: DonorPerfect is user-friendly making it very easy to learn. The conversions are very smooth, which means that you are up and running in no time. It is reasonable priced and the customer service is excellent. An added bonus is that Constant Contact comes FREE with the software so that saves you even more money. What more could you ask of your data management system?

Negative: The only con that I have is that one of the reports that every fundraiser needs is not automatically listed in the favorite reports, ie the year-end report showing the donor, address, gift date, gift amount, and gift designation with a total amount for the fiscal year. You can get the report... you just have to custom make it.

Summary: The is the first database our organization has ever used to store donor data and it has been a great resource for us. We are now able to more clearly see how donors have been interacting with us over the years and it allows for better planning in the future of how we connect with them.

This is also the first time I have gone through the entire process of setting up a database from researching to implementation and use. From the get-go, DonorPerfect was an excellent experience with only a few minor hiccups that their team was incredibly responsive to and helpful with.

Positive: - Intuitive

- Ability to suggest changes, vote for other users' ideas & see them implemented

Negative: - Is pretty robust in some aspects and can feel overwhelming at times.
- Some of the connected apps don't necessarily feel completely integrated.

Summary: We have used DonorPerfect for several years now. It has been very effective helping us with fundraising and managing our donors. The updates have kept the software up to date and running smoothly.

Positive: Entering new gifts & donors is easy. Reconciling gifts is simple. The receipting feature makes creating thank you’s to donors easy. Their tech support is great - either by phone or email. You can also use the screen designer to order things on the screens or add new fields to a screen. You can make recommendations for changes to the software.

Negative: Sometimes it is hard to figure out how to set up a filter for a search but support is always able to help. Overall, very good software that is fairly easy to use.

Summary: We've had Donor Perfect for over 6 years and we love it.

Positive: Donor Perfect is a user friendly donor database. It is easy to set up the general ledger, solicitation and sub solicitation to keep track of donation types. The mail merge is simple and makes it quick and easy to write acknowledgment letters.

Negative: The report generator takes a little while to get used to.

Summary: I would recommend this database to everyone! I have no complaints.

Positive: It grows with you. My organization had a small donor base and we did not want to spend a lot of money on a lot of bells and whistles we were not prepared to use. As our database has grown we have changed our DP plan. It was an affordable way to manage our donor information and allows us to advance the complexity of information to be gathered without breaking the bank.

Negative: The report writer can be overwhelming but the training modules really help.

Summary: This product is user-friendly, comprehensive, and comes with tech support that listens, explains step-by-step how to solve problems, and even shows you on your screen how to fix mistakes without being judgmental. Best product on the market by far (and I've used several software packages)!

Positive: Completely customizable, tech-savvy customer support, detailed reports, ease of use, total functionality.

Negative: That I didn't think of it first, become a millionaire, and retire in my 40s

Summary: Our organization has used DonorPerfect for many years, starting with the software version.

Positive: Account reps are accessible and quick to answer questions and update us on products that might meet our needs.
Tech support, learning modules, and online help are useful features.
Love the dashboard and the ability to modify the dashboard with information that matters most to us.
Overtime, DonorPerfect adds services or partners with others to ensure that their product offers all that is needed for managing donations, maintaining strong donor relationships, and accounting for revenue.

Negative: We've been sorting out a few hiccups in implementing DonorPerfect forms for donations and information but the team has been very supportive in helping us through it all.

Summary: We have used DP for many years and overall, like the functionality and the ease of use.

Positive: We really like that Donor Perfect is user friendly and whenever we have a question, the Support Line is quick to answer or find an answer! The reporting is good and the data entry part is easy to use.

Negative: I feel as though Donor Perfect isn't always quick to develop donor centric strategies. For example, if a donor makes a donation in honor of AND in memory of someone, we have to manually type the second name in. Not very helpful or donor centered.

Summary: Donor Perfect has been a great fit for our schools donor and alumni for over 20 years.

Positive: Great support

Negative: Steps for some reports are complicated
Wish I could still edit a large group of donors at a time like I used to before it was online.

Summary: From sales to support to everyday use, DP's database software has been the right tool for us as our org has grown over the years.

Positive: The platform is flexible (without demanding that you build your database tools from scratch), responsive (reports run quickly), and reliable (excellent up-time). The filter/query tools are robust, reports are comprehensive and easy to build, and import/export tools blow away the competition.

Negative: I have yet to use a donor database with a reliable and easy-to-use auto-dedupe feature, and DP's is not quite there either.

Summary: The DonorPerfect Support Team is prompt and knowledgeable. DonorPerfect is user friendly and easy to use.

Positive: DonorPerfect is amazing. It has all the bells and whistles. It has helped our clients organize their donors and keep track of all the analytics. We are able to reach our donors in more personal ways in a much quicker fashion.

Negative: We love the DonorPerfect software. There are so many options to track and analyze our donors. It will meet the needs of almost every organization. Be patient while learning the program through the educational videos.
