Summary: Overall, we are pleased with the product and it meets our needs.

Positive: User-friendly, customization, economical, free webinars offered, search engine, generates tax receipts, generates donor reports

Negative: Generating reports is sometimes by trial and error due to figuring out the proper filters needed. It may just require more practice.

Summary: We would hard pressed to run our non-profit organization without the help of Donor Perfect. We use it for our annual mailing memberships and tracking where funds are being donated. It allows a historical review of donations by amount and date. Lists, letters and labels are all created to your exact specifications.

Positive: The Donor Perfect software is invaluable to our small non-profit organization. It allows us to easily keep track of our donor base, who has contributed what amount and what the donation was intended for.

Customized mailing lists are easily created with personalized letters and mailing labels.

If you have ANY problem, whether it's how to create a customized list or how to sort your results correctly the customer support is the best I've ever experienced. The are always helpful and polite. Once your problem is solved a follow up email stating the problem and the solution is emailed for later reference if needed.

Negative: Bit of a challenge to learn all the software can offer - but they offer webinars and additional community support which really is a positive

Summary: I highly recommend Donor Perfect to anyone who is looking for a great donor software system.

Positive: Donor Perfect is a great way to keep track of your donors. We are finding more ways to keep track of our donor information all in one place! We used to have multiple spreadsheets to keep track of things, now we only use Donor Perfect. The support team is also fantastic! They are always willing to help with the simplest of questions or the more difficult questions. They are patient and answer questions in ways I can understand.

Negative: I don't have anything I don't like about Donor Perfect.

Summary: Great product - we are happy users of a great product.

Positive: Support is awesome! They always have the answer to our questions/problem. DP is easy to use and allows us to customize it to fit our needs. Interface with Donor Search is very helpful.
We use community help all the time.

Negative: It took a while to get used to the reporting, but is good once you are used to it.

Summary: Well worth your money for your fundraising needs. If you are starting out this is the program for you.

Positive: DonorPerfect is very easy to use and the support staff are experts at what they do. They are available when you need advice or help with getting what you need. "The Community" is also another source for support.

Negative: I would prefer that all personal information (Birthdate, length of service, etc) be put on main page for quick reference.

Summary: I am a 6 year user of Donor Perfect and the product with it's customer support service is outstanding.

Positive: Donor Perfect offers the very best in customer support. Online Chat or telephone support - each covers all possible queries and scenarios. Knowledgeable techs walk you step by step. Free Webinars provide detailed explanation of the elements of creating the right report. The DP Dashboard shows donor/donation analysis, giving the user a capsule of detailed info on one page!

Negative: Any new change to the page can be annoying at first; however, the changes are user-friendly and support is always there.

Summary: Overall I love the system and the functionality!! Best donor management system I have used!

Positive: Donor Perfect is so great for tracking donors and helps so much with fundraising. I love that they actually listen to our suggestions too, they made a huge change to the way donor information is viewed thanks to mine and other users suggestions!

Negative: Would love for the reporting to be easier, seems like sometimes it is hard to get the filters just right. It is also an old excel version when downloaded.

Summary: I find DonorPerfect very intuitive and effective in helping me perform my job. The support team is incredibly helpful. The Suggest and Vote feature lets the users request changes they would like to see and the DP team is very receptive to this.

Positive: Support team is second to none, cloud based for easy access, Online forms will automatically download gift information, reports can usually get you whatever info you are looking for, they are constantly upgrading and making improvements based on user input.

Negative: Not much - as mentioned above, they are very open and pro-active when listening to the improvements their customers want.

Summary: I started using DP when I first came on and have used it everyday since. It is easy to use, and so vital to our organization. I love the reports it can process to give me exactly what I am looking for.

Positive: DP is the perfect way to keep track of donations, donors and have an updated mailing list. I use DP all day and I cannot imagine doing my job without it!

Negative: Nothing! This is a fantastic way to track gifts and it gives us a way to keep a record of donors and how they are connected to our organization.

Summary: Overall I am more than satisfied with DP and would not want to use any other database for our donors.

Positive: I love the ease of using DP. Reports are easy to pull. On the rare times that I needed assistance their support team are so very helpful and help me get my answers quickly. I have used the chat option a few times and find that it is one of the best and quickest chats that I have ever used.

Negative: I haven't run in to any cons while using Donor Perfect Online.

Summary: I highly recommend Donor Perfect to anyone who is looking for donor software for their organization.

Positive: Like that it is cloud based. Easy to show others how to access what they need.
Friendly customer support.

Negative: On rare occasion I have some trouble with reports I need. It could be just the parameters that I am using. A call to customer support always helps me out.

Summary: Overall, the options to make each donors information unique to them and their preferences is great. I love that you can add categories to make it totally customization.

Positive: I am a fairly new user trying to navigate on my own. I appreciated the tutorials on the welcome center portion of the site & I love that it's web based!

Negative: I do wish the tutorials didn't actually add the donor into the database but instead would have a separate are where the trial and errors could be stored. (no worries, deleting my fake donor was easy)

Summary: Overall, I have been pretty much satisfied with the product and would
recommend it to other potential customers, as well.

Positive: The program is easy to use. The interface is pretty self explanatory. The
design is very good and as well as the features.

Negative: At times the programs runs slow. The other item I would add is being able to search for the donor by phone number, plus being able to find the donor
by date of last contact.

Summary: I am extremely pleased with the day-to-day use of this product. Being online I can work from anywhere, I know our data is securely stored without the additional expense of a separate server/maintenance.

Positive: We use Donor Perfect Online (DPO)-The implementation process was well-orchestrated by the DPO Team members. They helped map our prior software and walked with us every step of the way. We have the Premium package - worth every penny.
Screens are customizable using Screen Designer, which was fairly simple to learn.
There are basic reports that can be used, or build your own using your own filters. Having had experience with Business Objects it helped me to know what fields to choose. Exporting fields is very simple. Knowing what we wanted in reports had a lot of trial and error, however, the reports are easy to change up and save to be used by all staff or save just for me.
Tech Support has been wonderful - immediate help with whatever is needed. They also send a detailed email of our discussion, and save it in our Community are, so we can refer back if needed.

Negative: We have had challenges with the NCOA process, so prefer to use the data we receive from the NCOA/PCOA reports run by our marketing company's vendor, and we manage the data ourselves.

Summary: They're GREAT! I just love using Donor Perfect and so do my colleagues.

Positive: It is very intuitive and easy to use - very user friendly! Great customer service and support!

Negative: can't think of anything, really. i have never had an issue.
