Summary: Amazing software with an eager staff always trying to make sure that I know everything I need to about Donor Perfect and, most importantly, that I know how to do it myself. I have not had a bad experience yet with this software and the interface is simple and easy to understand!

Positive: Great Customer Service. Plenty of articles that help users navigate the software better and provide extremely helpful and thoughtful topics about fundraising and donor engagement. Professional and easy to follow instructions provided through webinars, workshops, and videos. Eye catching and informative report buildings that are really simple to follow.

Negative: Donor Perfect provides so many options and perks that it feels like I am not utilizing it's full potential.

Summary: I believe that Donor Perfect is worth at least looking into, if someone doesn't already have it.

Positive: Creating reports, adding/deleting codes, and the fact that it's accessible by webpage makes it incredibly user-friendly.

Negative: Creating batches can sometimes be a little difficult and confusing

Summary: I have brought the product to different organizations that I have worked at and it has served all of them well!

Positive: The product is user friendly along with the customer service support. I have used it for approximately 10 years and love the way it grows along with the needs of the users. They ask for and listen to user feedback to improve the product.

Negative: When system changes are made to something that I have been doing a certain way for many years, it takes me a bit of time to make the change. There are however, always trainings and customer support to help make the transition easier.

Summary: Overall, great experience as a user and a customer.

Positive: I really appreciate the clean design and setup up of the database. I believe that design is very important to the user-ability of a system like this, and it make it very intuitive and easy to understand. After having worked with 4 other systems, DP is by far the least complicated while offering the same level of reporting, data management capabilities and services.

Negative: I would appreciate more how-to videos on reporting. There are so many pre-written reports that it often takes me awhile to find the one that I want. Perhaps more details categories of reports would also be helpful.

Summary: I've been using DP for over 5 years. Every interaction I've had with them has been pleasant, whether it is on the phone, email or in person at the Conference.

Positive: Love that It's just as easy to get my data OUT as it is to enter it!

Negative: None! Truly great product and people! Highly recommend!

Summary: I have recommend DonorPerfect to several other nonprofits when at nonprofit networking events.

Positive: Great entry price, easy to navigate and intuitive to use. DonorPerfect does regular user improvement/features and releases. Great user support agents.

Negative: Added prices to customize online giving. Donors cannot login to modify their giving - must contact nonprofit (eg update credit card)

Summary: Phone support is very helpful and I would recommend this system

Positive: DonorPerfect is a robust donor management system suitable for many organizations of all sizes. It is full featured and really shines in it's reporting capabilities and importing ability. Additionally, the QB integration is excellent.

Negative: Event management is not robust enough for very large events but the importing capabilities makes it easy to add event data after the fact.
The basic form package is not sufficient for most organizations. I highly recommend the Pro version.

Summary: It as a great Fundraising platform. Great support easy for users to use.

Positive: Entering new gifts / donors are streamlined. Reconciling gifts are simple using batches. I use the receipting feature of donor perfect. Makes creating thank you’s to donors easy. Their tech support helps when you are unsure of any feature. I work at a small 3 person shop at a religious organization.

Negative: The transition from our current was not as simple as stated. Most of the problems could have be caused by my past workers entering of data.

Summary: Great overall product. Team is constantly improving the workflow based on customer recommendations.

Positive: Responsive, involved staff always willing to answer questions and look for continual improvements.

Negative: Not the most intuitive interface. Learning curve is fairly steep.

Summary: Right out of the gate I could confirm donor info, add contact info, and report on my interaction.

Positive: As a very new user, I am able to get right to the donor info that I need to get started. Also, the user functions are quite intuitive.

Negative: I have not had any issues yet. I am sure I will hit a road block, but it seems that the DP team is very capable to assist.

Summary: Overall, I have been very happy with DonorPerfect.

Positive: Support for this platform is excellent. I have used chat and phone, and both options have been great. I also love that there are a lot of options for customization of this platform to fit our needs.

Negative: Because the platform is so robust, I find that I'm not aware of all of its capabilities and how to utilize them for our organization.

Summary: We've been using Donor Perfect for several years and are so pleased with the addition of useful tools and reports over time. As we ask for new things and our users experiences change, Donor Perfect continues to keep up with the times and give us a product we can use to connect with donors anytime, anywhere!

Positive: Ease of use, flexibility in reporting, range of reports available.

Negative: Only that there are so many options it's impossible to know what you don't know. But training events really help!

Summary: As a Donor Perfect user of approximately 2 years I'm continually learning and finding new ways to support our fundraising team. DP is great at making updates and innovations to the platform which I appreciate. I also love that it's cloud based and I can pull it up wherever I am regardless of device.

Positive: User friendly, intuitive interface and helpful support staff.

Negative: I can't think of any cons. If I run into problems they're always user error and not DPs fault.

Summary: I am very happy with DP. I find it very user friendly and I like that I can access it from my phone or laptop.

Positive: Coming from 3 years with a different donor system that was not nearly as user friendly, I like that DP is web based, offers great training tools and support staff are always available.

Negative: Cannot think of anything off hand. I have not come across any issues that could not be resolved quickly and easily.

Summary: I like the system and think it has great potential for our organization. I've learned to work around a number of the glitches I've discovered along the way.

Positive: I like the way you can integrate a lot of information through this system. It's quite sophisticated.

Negative: You are constantly advised that you need to contact Donor Perfect to upgrade your system in order to do the things you need to do with this system. The handwritten materials and some of the videos do not provide all the information that you receive from the live webinars. Many of the knowledge base articles appear to be written by techies and it might be better to have a professional technical writer review and update the materials so they are more user friendly.
