Summary: It has been more than four years since we started using DonorPerfect. The Services we get has been outstanding and very responsive by the very professional employees of DonorPerfect. The System is so flexible that we can now identify our donors' desires and wants and be able to tailor different messages to different groups of donors.

Positive: Very Easy to train new employees to use DonorPerfect
Very useful in managing stewardship and communications with our donors
DonorPerfect helped us to be more efficient and effective in our relations with our donors

Negative: Limited flexibility choices in designing Donation Forms

Summary: I am happy with the DonorPerfect System. It is easy to create new donors and update donations. I do not utilize other parts of the system because we use various other platforms. Thank you DonorPerfect for creating such a great system that works great for our nonprofit organization!

Positive: I like how easy it is to create new donors and add donations to the system.

Negative: The only issue I have with the system is that is difficult to understand the report part of the system.

Summary: We are a non-profit dog rescue group. We were first attracted to Donor Perfect, because we wanted an easier way to acknowledge our donors. We were having to manually write letters to acknowledge well over 1,000 donations annually. But, Donor Perfect gave us so much more than that. Now, we can easily see how much money we have raised through our fundraisers, adoption fees, and merchandise sales. It helps us see where to put our efforts and resources and discontinue those that are not worth it. It helps us identify our biggest donors. I could go on and on about how much it has helped us. We now use the interfaces for Constant Contact to make our email marketing more effective and Quickbooks to make our bookkeeping easier. And, all of these benefits are achieved at a very reasonable price, which is very important to a non-profit charity. Can't say enough good things about Donor Perfect!

Positive: Easy donor acknowledgement, easy reporting, better management of our resources, helpful interfaces to Constant Contact and Quickbooks.

Negative: There are no cons! Nothing negative to say about Donor Perfect.

Summary: I implemented DP for our non-profit in 2018. I manually combined data from multiple systems and databases and imported the data to do the initial set up. The tools provided and support to do your own implementation are awesome. We immediately implemented a peer to peer page. The additional functionality added this year to be able to post checks received offline to PTP page is a great enhancement.

Positive: Simplicity to maintain and correct data. Ability to customize and create your own donation pages including crowd funding pages. Very economical for small non-profit. Get lots of functionality and bang for the bucks. Online knowledge base and documentation is superior to most software products I have used in the corporate world. Tech support is also very good.

Negative: Nothing, nothing, nothing, nothing (it required me to put in 50 characters for this box).

Summary: Victory Mission utilizes this program with the same features of many of the higher priced programs. We appreciate the value!

Positive: DonorPerfect is continuously improving the product to enhance features and effect performance. We are pleased to call DonorPerfect a partner in our development success.

Negative: There doesn't seem to be much the software can't do.

Summary: Overall I feel its a great tool for non-profits. It allows you to track and organize funding sources by projects and by types. By types meaning from business, churches, clubs or individuals. As well as credit card, cash or check.

Positive: I find that donor perfect makes it easy to track and sort different types of donations received. When asked for the amount of funding received in a specific area it is easy to prepare a report and provide to the Board. The merge segment of the program makes if easy to get thank you letters out to our donors to say thank you. At the end of the calendar year the steps to provide an end of the year report are easy to follow and provides the data needed for the Board and our funding resource reports.

Negative: It took a while for me to catch onto how donor perfect operates. I think I need a class. I have been able, with the help of the former Director, figure out most things.

Summary: I often tell my staff, if you can think of it, it probably can be done. The DonorPerfect staff emphasizes writing out in plain English what you are trying to accomplish. Being able to articulate the desire suggests that the logic is there, and DonorPerfect can likely do it for you quickly. I can't say enough about the wonderful staff that supports the product.

Positive: Versatile and powerful. It is a near-perfect blend of standardized features and room for customization. What really shines is customer support. The DonorPerfect team truly becomes part of your organization's team.

Negative: It is expensive - I don't like that, but compared to others it is admittedly a great deal. For our smaller affiliates, I wish they can come up with a "bargain basement" entry -evel pricing - but there is no denying, for the cost it does many great things. Plus, it is so versatile that it takes a while to learn everything. That is why customer support is so valuable.

Summary: I have used Donor for many years. When another non-profit was looking for a solution to their record-keeping and reporting issues, I recommended Donor for transparency and ease of use. Both organizations are extremely pleased with their decision to invest in Donor Perfect.

Positive: The database is easily manipulated to give you exactly the information you want in a report format. Support is always extremely responsive when you have any issues generating reports.

Negative: There is a learning curve, but that is overcome with frequency of use.

Summary: Wonderful, I love using Donor Perfect. They are very very helpful

Positive: Customer service is outstanding. Rarely have to wait long and always get competent and correct answers. I think DP was a little late in becoming more visually attractive (form features) but its reporting has always been excellent, its ease of use has improved immensely and I want always to stay with it because one gets answers so easily by phone.

Negative: Form design not sleek or fancy. Nothing else.

Summary: It's been a great experience overall. Started using the system in 2016

Positive: It's very user friendly, easy to customize the system and run reports

Negative: The event management tool is not as easy to use. I'll spend more time learning

Summary: The Donor Perfect support team has been exceptional in addressing and answering our questions. The training and "How To" tips they provide are very helpful!

Positive: We like the ease of searching the data base, gift processing and reporting.

Negative: Some of the reports do not meet our needs but we overcame that issue with the Easy Reports.

Summary: Very pleasant. Quick and complete service. My questions are answered the first time.

Positive: Customer service is always available when needed. I often need help with getting a customized report and the staff are patient and clear in explaining what I need to do or they write it for me.

Negative: I don't have any complaints. I never hesitate to call as I know I will get the service I need.

Summary: I'm glad we're using DonorPerfect and I have no intentions of switching. It's a top-tier software package.

Positive: DonorPerfect is a well designed donor management system with a phenomenal team of support staff. Whenever any issues come up, they are extremely quick to help troubleshoot. I've recommended them a number of times.

Negative: The Constant Contact integration could be a little more intuitive and their online forms lack some advanced design elements.

Summary: Very pleased & delighted with this system - I use it daily & it is easy to use

Positive: This system is excellent for recording donations received; the fully integrated donation receipt system takes the strain out of chasing donations & inputting ones received by other means is very easy. Pulling reports is a joy; During tax receipt season, the customer support team are a dream to work with.

Negative: I don't have anything negative to say about this software

Summary: Every person associated with DonorPerfect has been amazing to work with; beginning with the sales person to the person in charge of the migration...right down to the support group that answers my (sometimes) stupid questions. This was the easiest software transition I've ever lived through!

Positive: The customer support team is the best I've ever worked with - truly a no-judgement zone!
The process of transitioning from our old system to DP was amazingly simple.
It truly is user friendly.
I love that some of the updates and changes to the system come from user ideas and suggestions.
The integration between the main system and the Events module is great.

Negative: The reporting in some cases is not very intuitive.
The Quick Books integration does not work the way we use QB, that was a major disappointment.
