Summary: Good-Over whelming to get onboard with the product features to make it work for my organization.

Positive: The robust options for events, donor information, reports, filters, global changes etc.

Negative: Not always sure how to make the ideas come to life, sometimes the written information is not as helpful or detailed versus the webinars
Need to record more webinars and the put out the powerpoint in the library for all users. THen support can reference these to the people who need help.

Summary: DonorPerfect is great, user friendly and if not you have the amazing customer service team.

Positive: Customer service is amazing. Rather you're chatting or calling with a question. You can always reach someone and they make sure your problem is handled!

Negative: Reports! If one parameter is wrong the whole report is wrong. I understand the parameters needing to be correct, however there are so many it'd be nice to be aware of which ones are the best for needed information. It would also be nice to have webinars for the most basic reporting.

Summary: I’m so glad our organization decided to use this software.

Positive: I love this program! It has made my life easier and better for keeping up with donations and donors!! Great job!!!

Negative: None! Nothing needs to be changed at this time. The customer service is awesome and so friendly!!

Summary: Overall i think its great! It's a one stop shop for all things about donations. Makes life simpler by being able to just log into one place.

Positive: I really like how it keeps all our donation processing, donor tracking and donor management in one place.

Negative: It's a little complicated. It seems to include all the options for customizing things and sometimes thats a bit overwhelming.

Summary: Overall our organization is very happy with DonorPerfect and their helpful representatives and continued response and development to client needs.

Positive: We have used Donor Perfect for several years now, and I like the fact that they are constantly innovating and improving the system to work for both for Fundraisers and accounting staff.

Negative: The only con I can think of, is the additional fee for some functions, specifically in accounting it would be helpful for the Donor to have the ability to indicate a designation for their specific donation.

Summary: Overall still recommend due to the ease of using the website if you have to keep track of many donors.

Positive: Functionality of the Donor Perfect system is very good in keeping track of our donations and contributions. Producing thank you letters is a great feature.

Negative: Sometimes our reports don't come out the same when we run it a few times and the pricing is a bit high.

Summary: Overall very pleased with DonorPerfect and the ease of use of this product. Could have more features.

Positive: User-friendly and intuitive navigation to most features. Ability to upload and mass import information. Compatibility with constant contact, QuickBooks, and other platforms.

Negative: Wish more features were included in basic packages like Donor Search and events management. I'd also like to see more compatible credit card swipers.

Summary: Overall a good product for keeping track of membership and donors. Well priced and the customization aspect makes it worth it.

Positive: I like all of the options for customization. We use this for tracking membership information as well as donors and the customization of the product makes it great for our needs.

Negative: Running reports can be tricky, but the support team is great and helps with this.

Summary: Overall, I recommend DonorPerfect to any small to mid size not for profit companies. It is easy to use and does not require training to navigate.

Positive: DonorPerfect is very easy to navigate due to its simplicity. It makes donation entries and donation tracking very easy. The DonorPerfect support team is very responsive and helpful.

Negative: The reporting features can be improved to be more user friendly.

Summary: Overall it is a great tool for fundraising and donor data. You can create spreadsheets for local, regional, and national donor to help direct your fundraising efforts.

Positive: Donor information is easily accessible. Gifts are easy to put in and easy to track. DP customer service is great - they are ready to help and guide you through questions.

Negative: If you are looking for something and one letter is mispelled it shows no results.

Summary: I'm newer to this software, but it is pretty intuitive.

Positive: The best part about this software is its custom reporting capability. Also great customer service.

Negative: Donor profiles can get a little complicated, especially when taking spouse, title, office and forms of address into consideration. We have had to get creative in how we structure the profiles, as there are not spaces for all of this information, to make sure we can pull the appropriate information for our needs.

Summary: I am very happy with Donor Perfect. This program is better than the other programs I have used in the past. I do however, recommend integrating it with QB Online in order to streamline the bookkeeping process.

Positive: Extremely easy to use. The donor reports can provide almost anything that you may need to see!

Negative: We sometimes get logged out automatically when too many people are online at once.

It would be great if Donor Perfect could integrate with QuickBooks Desktop.

Summary: I recommend it for small and medium size nonprofits because it is affordable and easy to learn.

Positive: I like that the options for gift entry are very comprehensive in terms of types of gifts: in-kind gifts, matching gifts, soft credits, split gifts, etc. The main profiles also have lots of detailed modules that can store a variety of important information. I also like the pre-made reports in DP because there are useful reports that I would never think to make myself, or think I need. The chat and phone support people are great as well.

Negative: There are some features I'd like to see implemented, such as the ability to open up two profile screens at the same time for comparison (useful for determining duplicates). It would also be nice to edit the pre-made DP reports instead of having to rebuild it from scratch myself if I want to change the format. Some processes can also be streamlined to reduce the time and effort necessary for multiple clicks. For example, the ability to merge duplicate general ledger or solicitation codes, or the ability to receive email notifications for all donations that come in online.

Summary: My overall experience with DonorPerfect has been great. Any issues I've had, I've been able to get resolved quickly and professionally through their very responsive support team.

Positive: Has everything we need as far as functions go. I like that they continue to improve this platform, and that they consider user suggestions.

Negative: Just a few functions I feel could be a little smoother, allowing me to have to click between screens less often. (Would love to be able to click on a button to take me directly to the contact screen from the search results!)

Summary: Great tool for non profits that allows us to work more efficiently

Positive: Using DP allows us to manage our donor data, create reports, and be efficient

Negative: DP reports can be complicated to use
Requires integration with too many programs to be able to do everything
