Negative: Personally, I do not think there are any cons to Clockify. It serves my purposes of logging my work hours perfectly.

Summary: I do continue using this software and I think it is the best now. It would be great fixing the problem with the desktop app.

Positive: As a freelancer I only need this software to follow what I do for my clients. The report section is awesome that makes my clients feel comfortable about my services.

Negative: The MacOS desktop application sometimes does not work as expected.

Summary: This is the best free app for time tracking you can possibly find. It's easy to use, the analytics capabilities are easy to use and provide in-depth analysis.

Positive: The app's interface is minimalistic and easy to use. In addition to the web version, you can download an app to make tracking time easier. In addition to real-time tracking, it is possible to change the times recorded in the past and also add new tracking. It is possible to create multiple workspaces, which help to keep track of each client's time organized. There are several dashboards available, with various filters that can be adjusted, allowing for easy productivity measurement.

Negative: Nothing! This app is great and the free version allows you to do a lot - that in other apps you would have to pay for!

Summary: Great working experience with Clockify it eases my working experience, Also good for small & large team members.

Negative: When the device screen is off its works in continuously.

Summary: I've been using Clockify for over a year now as a filmmaker and it's a must for me.
It allows me to keep track of the time spent on a project and then issue an invoice.
Or to keep track of the time spent on a project and know if I've been accurate in my time estimation.

It has also been useful to share with my clients a link to their project and time spent!

Positive: I like the ease of use.
The possibility to configure its hourly rate.
Being able to share with clients the time spent on a project.

Negative: The timer sometimes runs in a vacuum but without the problem of being able to delete the recording.

Summary: I love and can't live without Clockify, every time i work i just have to put Clockify to run my hours, its so compensating to see my progress.

Positive: Very easy to use with a beautiful dark interface, doesn't hurt my eyes. I love everything about Clockify, i even have on my phone.

Negative: Nothing, I just wanted to buy pro, but the price is too high for me, because I am Brazilian and the dollar is very expensive.

Summary: Great experience nice UI and functional, maybe it will be better if mobile app UI gets updated and fixed.

Positive: Using Clockify will make tracking you work easy, you can easily start counting, modify or even calculate total working hours.

Negative: I didn't like that you cannot set payed hours and mobile app UI.

Summary: It was a really good experience, I have suggested Clockify to all my friends as it easy to use. All its services are really good.

Positive: I really liked how i m able to time my services along with that have a weekly, team wise assessment of the time. Secondly, it also helps one to write description about the work they are doing, which is like the most helpful tool for me.

Negative: As a person who works in a start up it would be really helpful if it had monthly analysis so that we know that on which activity my team spend most of their time.

Summary: Clockify happens to be exactly what I need it to be - simple time-tracking tool.
It takes just a few seconds to start/stop measurements, so I don't get annoyed of using it.

It has all the essential features I need, except for beyond-one-year reports, which require subscription, but starting at USD5/month it's far too expensive for "convenience" feature in private use.

I would welcome if the UI rendered in full size on half of FullHD screen, and if chart elements served as filters to list events.

Positive: It has all the essential day-to-day features.
Easy to use and clutter-free interface with no ads.
It's still for free.
It requires little to no effort to actually use it.

Negative: It's always tricky to edit multi-day events.
No well-being features like evolution of daily average or YoY.
Clicking pie/bar charts doesn't list/filter events.
Reports limited to 1 year in Free accounts.

Summary: Overall I would recommend Clockify to anyone that needs to keep track of what they're allocating their time to at work. Great user experience and very easy to navigate.

Positive: I've been using Clockify to keep track of what my hours are at work, and I find it very easy to use. It is very user friendly, and I like how it keeps a history of the different days you used it. The desktop app is a nice feature as well.

Negative: I wouldn't say there are any cons. I just need it to clock what activities I'm doing when at work, and it works just fine for that. I would only suggest that we be able to customize the colors maybe.

Summary: Clockify is the tool I use the most in my daily life. I work from home in a very flexible regime! Self-employed people know how important every minute of production is and that time tracking is extremely important to achieve goals. Clockify's many functions are a bonus, as the stopwatch already does everything I need: it organizes the time of my days, weeks and months.

Positive: 1. The stopwatch in the browser tab.
2. The organization of time and intervals.
3. The productivity graph.

Negative: I like everything but there could be a keyboard command to stop the counter and start it.

Summary: Our entire team uses Clockify to track time. Budgeting, forecasting, and reconciliation amongst our projects is a breeze. Our contractors are encouraged to use Clockify for time tracking and invoicing and that couldn't be done without a straightforward, well-engineered tool enabling our employees to do such.

Negative: - The Bill Rates - we have some specific use cases where we need bill rates to be flexible per person and task - not just per person and project.

Summary: I think best user-friendly for any dev team and quickly understand.

Positive: This is a fabulous tool to identify a developer's work efficiency with connecting to the Jira task.
Master can download reports as per their requirement and give them to their customer instead manually create it.
Scrum Master has not to keep eye on every developer's work.
Honest developers can do work very flexible time.
If customers have no trust in their dev team they can track it by using this without direct blame team.

Negative: Hours should be displayed into hours and minutes, E.g. 8h 30m instead of 8.5, it's very confusing for new members.
Request time off approval permission only given to scrum master or manager or admin, instead of the whole team.
Jira task timer connected that time title or description should not be changed from direct Clockify.
