Positive: Very easy to use and update and gives very accurate and comprehensive view for my line manager about my weekly tasks.

Negative: Been using Clockify for 5 months and didn't spot any cons.

Summary: I have been using this software for almost three months now. It is beyond doubt the greatest time tracker and recorder for me, from my dashboard where I can find the total time and the dates that I have worked with my projects, list of clients and the detailed reports. The time duration format is also good since you can choose from full, compact to decimal format. I love the "Dark themed Clockify" as well, this software is very good for those who have trouble with too much light since you can adjust the theme from light to dark. Overall, the design is user-friendly and very accessible.

Positive: I personally like the "Time Tracker" feature of Clockify. This is the easiest software to manage my workflow and to ensure that I deliver the correct time consumed while working with my projects. I highly recommend this software if you are working in a professional set up where it demands accurate output about time recording. You have the absolute control of your project and, most importantly, this software has granted me the best support I needed to manage and analyze every project together with my clients. Even if you accidentally click the exit button or close the tab, the time in this app is still running in the background, so I don't panic at all. You can just click the "stop" button if your job is done. Very convenient. It even has timesheets and its own summary reports that you can share via email. How cool is that!

Negative: If I am not mistaken, the languages supported in this product are only six. I would love to share and use this with my Filipino clients as well since it might be a huge help if I can use this in my own language.

Summary: I highly recommend using Clockify to anyone that needs to track down their work time. Hope they can upgrade some of the features.

Summary: Overall, this is a great time tracking app. I have not used many, but this is comparable to some of the bigger name ones and cost is much more affordable.

Positive: Can create multiple clients and projects within clients. Can track time live or enter time worked. Reporting is easy and helpful.

Negative: The only con that I can think of is the fact that it remains running in the background and sometimes it feels like my computer is running a bit slower.

Summary: Overall it was amazing due to its ease of use and simple like features, not to mention the admin is helpful too.

Positive: I loved how easy it was to use for my business and helped me count how many hours my people were using on products.

Negative: Nothing was bad. I just wish admins could delete people's hours.

Summary: Simple, easy to learn, easy to review, love it - I have never used it with money input, but just to track how much time I take to do certain tasks makes it very simple.

Positive: I enjoy how simple Clockify makes my work tracking. I like that I can make live time tracking or add tasks in the past/future.

Negative: Nothing everything is great, I love that the homepage is the time tracker and all you need to do is sign in and press start.

Summary: The team have been using the app for the longest time now, which only means Clockify have been very useful. It's been a very dependable help for our payroll and timekeeping, zero disputes. Loving it everyday!

Positive: Generally great! Very easy to learn and navigate. The features are useful and not complex at all. Extracting reports and tracking are easy breezy. Most of all there are no annoying pop ups! Plus you can access through mobile. Highly recommended!

Negative: Maybe just a suggestion, the windows app when I try to log in just routes me to the web based tool.

Summary: Would recommend. I have used in an independent contractor setting and feel that it is a great option for those who do not want to pay for a paid service.

Positive: I use the basic version of Clockify and have had no issues with it. It's a great way to run reports for my client, keep tabs on how long projects are taking me, and it's cool that it can integrate with webpages. The app is easy to use.

Negative: Sometimes I forget to clock out. But that's not Clockify's problem! :)

Summary: Anyone looking for a simple time keeping app, especially a small business, you can't go wrong with this.

Positive: Extremely intuitive. Very nice user interface. Very fast. Superb customer support (this is probably the best part). Lots of good features.

Negative: App is still a bit clunky and still in development.

Negative: - Sometimes, the time that is showing on the browser's tab is inaccurately showing but overall it's okay.

Summary: I'm a full-time worker in the company. And I had a proposition to work additionally from one person I know a long time. I told him that I want to be paid by hour and then - I started to look for a software that will help me. Very happy with Clockify. Thank you for it's free for me.

Negative: - Easy to get lost in list mode when you are looking for a specific task when all similar task are grouped together. An option to display by time (in list) would be appreciated.

Positive: Able to capture this previously inaccessible information and use it in different areas of the business.

Negative: N/A, the website works for the current needs of the business.

Summary: Clockify gives me a great experience working on freelancing projects but also helps me keep track of tasks that take a lot of time. This also helps me improve my workflows and rethink approaches in further projects.

Summary: I highly recommend to companies who want to move away from time and project management in Excel to an external application designed for this.

Positive: - it only takes 10 minutes to learn how it works
- simple and intuitive to use

- allows good tracking and planning of the progress of projects in the company
- ability to add billable hours makes it possible to evaluate each activity and assess how profitable it was

Negative: It's hard to point out the downside. Perhaps there could be more levels of categorization depending on the team - while the customer service can record their time based on customers (e.g., 2 hours working on customer X, 1.5 hours on customer Y), the IT team should be able to choose more project-based tracking of time and progress.
