Summary: It meets my needs well, whenever I needed the platform was always active and without bugs. I use and recommend.

Positive: One of the best means of marking work hours I've used so far. I didn't know this platform, but I loved it for being super interactive. They are to be congratulated!

Negative: I don't have any criticisms to make about Clockify.

Summary: Love this program. Allows me to focus solely on my actual work, and not be busy with all of the technical.

Positive: I love how seamless everything works together. As a private contractor required to keep track of my own time and billings, with one click of a button, all of that is taken care of. An essential tool for all.

Negative: Honestly can't think of anything. Maybe they can add an offline app (or for windows) one day.

Summary: I'm greatly satisfied with the Clockify time tracker! It's very user-friendly and accurate. Fast and time is easily adjustable and manageable.

Positive: This has been very helpful to me in tracking our daily time work and it's very accurate. Time is adjustable whenever there's a failure to track employee's time record.

Negative: The rate per hour adjustment is not easy to modify.

Summary: I tried plenty of time trackers and Clockify fits perfectly my team's needs. Having all-in-one app that is taking care of T&A, HR and Accountancy is an absolute must-have!

Positive: Clockify is not only time tracker. System allows to manage tasks, costs related to project and holidays. Extremely flexible in configuration. Of additional note is the customer service, which is super responsive to suggestions for changes and takes really little time to implement them in app.

Negative: Missing some automatization and reporting features; both reported and both are in Clockify's backlog, so fingers crossed will be implemented soon!

Summary: Worth a try if your firm is looking to switch time capture providers.

Positive: Easy to use, customizable, and good reporting.

Negative: None that I can think of!

Summary: This tracker is highly recommended to those clients who work with Virtual Assistant like me to see the progress of the work being done.

Positive: It's so easy to use. I can easily find the list of tasks that I have made in a week. I can also add the task I forgot to plot manually.

Negative: Nothing. So far so good using this app. I always look forward to the weekly summary of my work.

Summary: Good overall.

Positive: Using it to track total time spent from the day on dev tasks or meetings.

Negative: The Web UI/UX is a bit laggy. Sometimes responses slowly & are not realtime.

Summary: So far the best remote time management app my team can easily access the app and also my boss. It's easy to use and can be used on phone.

Positive: Easy to manage task and time.
Can edit time stamps incase there is problem.
Can easily confirm by organization.
Can be used on Android phones.

Negative: No screen shot of desktop.
No tutorial on how to use and set up.

Summary: I hope the product management and pricing strategy would be same for the future. I am using the free version, but the pricing strategy (feature selling) is right. And there is no nagging for free users to upsell. Thank you for that.

Positive: Time entry is easy as should be. You can start and stop timers or you write a start and stop time. What can I say more? Mostly product trying to be "smart" and getting hard to use. Clockify does not join that wagon.

Negative: There is no grouping for task based. I am former Everhour user and only missing feature is this. But this is okay because I can see what time I spend on my weekly timesheet.

Summary: This is, by far, my favorite app of the year! So easy to use and good aesthetics too! I am definitely satisfied with Clockify.

Positive: This app is undoubtedly one of the most user-friendly time tracking apps in the market today! I am a freelancer and I am enjoying the service Clockify is giving me. Highly recommended.

Negative: I can't view my Summary Reports from the mobile app.

Summary: Overall great product for time tracking, since it maintains the level of detail needed to accurately record what I spend my time on at work.

Positive: Time tracker feature allows me to track time on projects as I work on them. Can add PTO later on as well.

Negative: Doesn't automatically include company holidays, doesn't pull PTO from our HR system.

Summary: I would recommend this to everyone as it is very helpful. I am using this on daily basis and I am really happy with it.

Positive: I feel we have so much pros, like tracking everything and I dont miss things.
They have chat option as well for internal team.
Very good.

Negative: I haven't found any cons as of now.

Summary: Overall comment, that Clockify is good so far and very useful. It is recommendable. I didn't yet explore everything but I will give you feedback if you want if I found negative about it. But for now, the features for me are good, the design is good as well very minimalist yet good in the eye, it is a clean design. I give you 5 stars.

Positive: The software/application is easy to use and navigate.
Well arrange and you don't have to take time to find what is looking for.
Editable time, which I think we freelancers can able adjust if we wanted to give clients a discount by lowering the time.
Can use by a team, so this is good when you have an hr agency.
Easy filtering if you want to know your employees' time records.
Never miss sending your summary weekly report.

Negative: I think no other option? I mean no other function aside from the time tracker/ record itself alone. Other than that none so far for me.

Summary: Overall, a great app. Easy to use and provides great value!
Allows me to share great visual reports with my client.

Positive: I'm a VA that sells time in blocks of hours. Clockify allows me to raise each package as an project and set the estimate so I can see how much time a package has left.

Negative: I can't see the total estimated time of my projects, so in essence (the time remaining).

Summary: I've been using Clockify for a few months now and I think it's wonderful, it perfectly meets my work and study needs. I use it to generate reports of hours in my work, separated by projects and stages within the projects. The possibility of using more than one workspace is great for interspersing personal projects with professional projects.

Positive: You can use many different projects and workspaces.
It works perfectly. Reports are wonderful for seeing where your time is going.

Negative: For me the only negative point is that the monthly fee is in dollars, which makes it impossible to pay because where I live the current currency is the real and converting it is very expensive for me. I would love it if there was some kind of promotion for college students like many apps have.
