Summary: Using Clockify as an employee who works a flexible and hybrid schedule has made time tracking a breeze. Its been very helpful when looking to track client retainer hours, and even in scheduling my focus blocks. It's very useful to see total hours worked on a specific project, especially when we bill our clients monthly. It's so easy to switch between projects/clients which is critical in an agency setting where we work on multiple accounts/projects at a time. I like that I can submit my time off requests in one place, and also see what hours I have remaining for the year.

Positive: Ability to create specific projects.
Ability to bill clients with well cataloged information.
Ability to approve/reject time off requests.

Negative: Sometimes when I don't indicate if it's am/pm it can get miscalculated, but that's more user error than anything else.

Summary: Very satisfied with the tool in these 6 months of intensive use. I recommend.
I hope that every month new functionalities are presented, for loading, control and analysis of information.

Positive: Loading hours is done very easily thanks to the list of issues previously entered. The integration with Outlook is also very good, since I use the calendar intensively and Clockify allows me to record the time associated with the project of each appointment.

Negative: The reporting tool is good, but could be better.
I don't know if it has a web api to integrate with our systems, if it doesn't it is also a disadvantage.

Summary: Great tool whether you need billing info for just documentation of all your hard work. The ability to use it as a punch clock or manual entry is the best thing overall.

Positive: Easily keep track of all your time on projects and clients, an excellent tool to battle managers that manage by emotion by having data at hand.

Negative: This is one product I can't think of any cons for other than they have to wanna charge for it eventually maybe? I hope not.

Summary: I've been using Clockify for 5 years now in various capacities and wish I'd have started sooner. I use the basic features but it definitely has more advanced features that I would consider using if I started my own business.

Positive: - Simple Interface
- Convenient
- Helpful for figuring out where my time has gone
- Tagging system is helpful

Negative: There really isn't anything to dislike. Clockify does everything I need it to and quite a bit more.

Summary: If you are looking for a tool to track your hours, don't look further and start using Clockify. Every month I download the reports and send it to my clients.

Positive: I do like the extensive reporting capabilities. You can easily track your hours and even start a timer when you start working on a new task. I use the free version and even that version is great.

Negative: The way of updating the hourly rate in the free version. But it's not a big issue.

Summary: I would recommend it. I don't know what other services are out there, but Clockify checks all of the boxes for now. Ultimately I have to decide if it is worth it for my small team.

Positive: It is easy to use. The customer service was surprisingly good. I can pull reports very easily and it has helped with billing customers.

Negative: Wish it integrated with other software. I don't know if it is worth it for the number of employees I have.

Summary: I would recommend it to any remote team that needs to track different working hours and want to verify where each employee spends most of its time on.

Positive: Easy to understand and use. You can easily modify and adapt working hours. You can add projects in order to see where you spend most of your time.

Negative: Colors could be improved. Would be nice to have the possibility to copy an event.

Summary: Excellent application to work with. It was difficult to get everyone on board but now everyone is using it.

Positive: I pretty well like everything about it. We have 5 employees using it and it makes it easier for the person doing payroll to get the hours and attribute the hours to each project for invoicing.

Negative: Cannot set it up the account with email for another employee.

Summary: It's a great experience working on Clockify to manage time and how teams are working and moving forward. Excellent product.

Negative: - I am not sure if we can carry forward the punch-in tasks.
- Needs task suggestions that a user has entered earlier.

Summary: Overall good. I loved to use it.
User friendly and easy to use.
But only above cons needs to be fixed.

Positive: Easy to use and track time and more user friendly.
Customizable report format like daily, weekly and monthly filters.

Negative: If forget to stop the timer. Even if computer goes to sleep and we shutdown.
Timer continuously runs.

That need to be fixed.

Summary: Best timer you can get. It keeps you motivated during your work. You can track your time effortlessly with Clockify.

Positive: It keeps me consistent and focused during my work. I can track my time easily. I can use Pomodoro Technique with Clockify as well.

Negative: I like the features and design. Simple and useful. There are no cons so far.

Summary: Highly recommend. LOADS of user customization and permissions. I'm always in awe with how NOT buggy it is. Clockify just works.

Positive: Intuitive - Wonderful value for what you get vs what is charged. Easy to use for our clients. Love the bulk edit features. Love the ability to lock entries. A ton more, really. It's the perfect product for us.

Negative: None - honestly! We've used this for years and have never had an issue.

Summary: Overall, I love the simplicity of Clockify and find it to be everything I need in an online timesheet!

Positive: Clockify is very user friendly and allows me to plan my week out while also still being able to make changes in the moment to my scheduled work hours.

Negative: I have no complaints! Clockify has all the features that I need in an online timesheet.

Summary: Overall Clockify has been a huge help in not only tracking my hours, but boosting productivity. Separating items into groups has been helpful in revealing how much time is spent where.

Negative: I have yet to encounter any cons during my time using Clockify.

Summary: I am loving it. It helps me keep track of my time, avoid procrastination and I would definitely recommend this to people who are having problems with keeping track of their time.

Positive: When I use Clockify, I can efficiently manage my time and see whether I am starting to procrastinate or not. Clockify is very easy to use and has helped me achieve my goals. I really like the fact that I can view my history and see how much time I spent on my tasks every day. Being able to see my history can assist me in seeing if I am getting lazier.

Negative: Sometimes I have to refresh the window in order to see how much time I spent on a task.
