Summary: Overall, this software has paid for itself many times over. Helps us to ensure more accurate time tracking and computer monitoring. We are able to use this to figure out how to better prioritize our resources and workflow. The real time reports help management to see how the organization, and individual employees are working. This has helped us to implement improvements and changes that everyone likes.

Positive: This is an all-in-one computer monitoring system that has paid for itself since it has been implemented. The software allows my employees to better track their time without having to be obsessed with it. It also allows our organization to see what all the remote workers are working on. This is invaluable at this time. It also helps us to prioritize what we need to work on, and who has time to do it.

Negative: No complaints yet, really enjoy this software. Occasionally slows down for a short period of time, but never a huge issue.

Summary: It's very easy and affordable. For work from home culture it will help to monitor user activity. They will also provide demo.

Positive: DeskTime has made very easy process of work from home.

Summary: Overall, it is worth the price you are paying for, and it is user friendly so highly recommended to other companies.

Positive: It is the most user friendly monitoring tool and there is an option to not track the browser and it is visible to the user so they know you are not hiding something from them.

Negative: Sometimes, when you are doing a zoom meeting and not moving your mouse, your'e being marked as idle.

Summary: This is a great product and I look forward to using it often. The pricing is low compared to other options out there. Since the machine uses an agent more detailed data is pulled into the console.

Positive: This tool is great and is pretty accurate when it comes to verifying idle time. I also like the ability to see machine names of servers acceded using RPD client. Simply hover over any application used and you can see more details for each application.

Negative: Multi-tasking really isn’t calculated. You can’t stack projects if you are working on more than one item at a time.

Summary: I would recommend DeskTime, especially for a smaller business. It is a great source for individual records and overall tracking with various options to focus on.

Positive: A feature I like and find useful are the screenshots. It has been beneficial to go back for review and find information that was not thought of to be important at the time and was not saved or documented. The screenshots give a clear and accurate of overlooked information. It's great and convenient.

Negative: For some reason, there are times when DeskTime will just disappear from the desktop. It will still be downloaded but myself or other employees will have to go and install it again. This doesn't happened often but when it does, it can go unnoticed for a good portion of a day or more.
Thankfully, we are able to fix times as needed.

Summary: Time Tracking - Just open the app and forget it.

Can create and manage many teams.

Negative: Inability for a user to turn off desktime.
More detailed tracking of internet based activities.

Summary: My experience has been great with this program. It is easy to use, the reports are helpful and quick to pull and I have been able to locate items that need to be addressed with my team thanks to the program.

Positive: It is so easy to use and I like the ability to pull excel spreadsheets to review activity. I like how you can switch between a daily or weekly view.

Negative: I have not had any negative experience with this program.

Summary: Works great to keep track of the efficiency of all our team and see how they work during the day or even the weekends!

Positive: Experiencing this unprecedent times we needed to keep in mind our employees productivity from their homes that's why we found DeskTime!
It's simple but detailed and friendly to every team member!

Negative: As of today we haven't find one, an app will be great instead of the website.

Summary: Overall experience is really great. Features are good, design is also good as per the price comparison its a really great product.

Positive: It is really great to use DeskTime Application. No issues regarding the tracking employees time. Features are great, design is also good.

Negative: Nothing. I didn't found any cons till the date as we are using the same more than 6 months.

Summary: An easy productivity tracking software program that I would recommend to other IT Professionals no matter what sector of the IT business.

Positive: The simplicity of the software and the ease of setup. You can also check your own personal statistics at any time.

Negative: The application has to run directly on the users desktop and cannot be setup under an administrative account and expected to keep track of the actual user logged into the machine. I attempted to use task scheduler to try and run it and it did not work.

Summary: Very useful product and helping us in making sure our productivity is up to mark even during this pandemic and long WFH situation. Also I thank DeskTime team for providing a wonderful product at a very reasonable price .

Positive: Very stable, robust. Easy to install and setup. Provides excellent reports to keep our productivity intact during this uncertain WFH situation.

Negative: Don't see any Cons as such. Except still awaiting on a new feedback that I posted as a missing feature.

Summary: With so many people working from home now, it's easy to get distracted and lose focus. Desktime helped to address these concerns.

Positive: Desktime really helps users track their time very easily with such an attractive and intuitive interface. The ability to customize a lot of the features and settings is the reason why we decided to go with Desktime.

Negative: Honestly none so far. Any setting I can think of is already there.

Summary: Overall our experience has been great! It met the needs we had at the time - especially at a time when we had to respond quickly to changing work arrangements.

Positive: When we had employees working from home it allowed us to ensure that they were remaining productive. We are thankful for the easy reporting capabilities that the product has.

Negative: We are thankful for the opportunity to utilize the product. It would be nice if some of the features like schedules would be available in the basic package.
