Summary: Great peace of mind software to understand what projects I spend my time on and when I am least productive (because haven’t started Clockify recording a task).

Positive: That I can quantify how much time I’ve spent on a project without having to keep writing down time spent, now I start Clockify and it records and collates the hours for me.
The analysis section is excellent, I can visualise where I’ve spent my time on which projects.

Negative: Sometimes the webpage throws errors when I start Clockify to record time, but page refresh solves this and Clockify is still recording anyway. This problem was limited to two days and has since been resolved.

Summary: Very good experience, I do wish there were more visual options but it's as good as it gets.

Positive: Ability to section off time by projects to track downtime. I especially like how I can track the time I spend on each project so I can understand my own productivity where I should be putting more time.

Negative: Wish there was an easier and more visual way to select projects than typing.

Summary: Clockify is perfect for managing teams and tasks in general, despite being simple and having some limitations, Clockify is able to meet different user profiles.

Positive: It helps us to manage our tasks simply and quickly.
I consider it a great tool to manage the tasks of my team, whether they are working remotely or not.
Its features allow me to generate reports on the status and progress of activities performed by my team.

Negative: There are small timezone related bugs that mess up the timer of tasks in progress.
The lack of session cookies affects accessibility, forces us to log in every time we enter the platform.
Although profile settings meet basic requirements, they are few and far between.

Summary: Love it! Use it everyday to quickly track my client billing, and my staff time. Easy app interface and robust reporting on the desktop version. Great tool for the price!

Positive: I switched from another app last year due to cost and thought I'd lose some of the features that I like. But Clockify is GREAT. I can have multiple clients, projects and tasks. I use the timer on the app and billing my clients has gone from a horrible weekly task that took me up to 2 hours, to a quick 15 minute job!

Negative: Reporting is mostly done from the desktop version as the app has limited reports.

Summary: Great tools for the small businesses who are not willing to spend too much on employee tracking tools.

Positive: They give lot of features in free version as compared to competitors. It has been quite easy for employees to use & for employer to track work progress.

Negative: It would have been good if we get screenshots as well in free plan as well. And the UI could be bit better.

Summary: It is an amazing featured product for any kind of business. Ours is a startup, that works perfectly for the team.

Positive: Clockify provides a good bunch of features to FREE users. Simple and intuitive interface with unlimited users and projects.

Negative: Unable to create new fields for custom use. (its a paid version feature)

Summary: Overall I’m pretty happy with the product and will continue using it. As I don't need any of the more advanced features, it’s just a way for me to track my freelancing hours.

Positive: It’s very quick and easy to track time, set up new projects and review your hours spent, which is crucial to me.

Negative: Sometimes it’s a bit clunky when manually setting the time on some tasks, especially when I work before and past midnight.

Summary: Coming from its competitor Toggl, I found more comfortable and safe with Clockify! Especially the support is much much more reliable and closer to the customers.

Positive: Very powerful, versatile and full of features especially the billable projects that can be prepared and used at a glance with the favorites.

Negative: Some important features such as bulk edit not included in free plan.

Summary: Overall my team is very satisfied with the product. We used to have another time tracking program which was too complicated and expensive. Clockify is easy to implement and the Google add on (we all use chrome) makes time tracking a very convenient experience. More than that, the free version suffices for most of our operations.

Positive: Easy configuration, clear interface, google add on, API connection, better than some pricier alternatives, calendar integration, app integration, pomodoro time, calendar entry

Negative: Sometimes the interface is quirky and the need to directly assign the time to a project can be tedious some times. the timer does not automatically turn off if not turned off manually. and dragging in the calendar view can sometimes be a pain.

Summary: Overall I do enjoy using Clockify and find it to be very user friendly. I would give it 5 stars but its a 4 for me because its not very mobile friendly (which is a huge thing for me).

Positive: For starters, Clockify makes for an efficient way to track time and its relatively easy to use, which is important!

Negative: - Not very mobile friendly
- When selecting a specific task the drop down bar is very finicky

Summary: By my experience using this website/tool, I truly suggest it to anyone that needs to time track or something to use it as this tool is indeed the right choice.

Positive: - Time tracking for free
- Managing bunch of members in the same project
- Checking the reports or the Analyze section in general

Negative: I can't think of any cons for this special tool to be honest.

Summary: It took us 3-4 weeks from start to real life use. Features and Navigation is easy and clear, can recommend!

Positive: Easy to set up and to roll it out, since there is little adjustment necessary. Just put in your projects and you are ready to go.

Negative: We don't use the full suit, so there are no big cons in the "lighter Version", suits our needs! The reports could be bit clearer structure-wise, i feel like the excel format is not as state-of-the art as it could be, but thats cherry picking.

Summary: Overall great app/product to use for companies who wish to track the time employees spend working on tasks.

Positive: Has a great web interface with a lot of features that can help track ones time. Best part of it is that it can be used perfectly fine on the free version.

Negative: Using the mobile version is a little clunky and bugs out when manually entering time.

Summary: I have recommended it to several friends, colleagues and I am promoting it in the workplace, for those who practice freelance it is really very useful and the smartphone app allows you to monitor even when you work on the move.

Positive: Finally I can monitor the time I dedicate to the tasks of the various projects and better define the costs and my free time. The tool is simple to use and offers many variables in the reporting section.

Negative: The graphical interface could be improved and made more intuitive, now I'm used to it but at first it was difficult for me to go straight to the item that interested me.
