Summary: I am happy my employer makes me use this app to track the activity. It's simple to use, and I cannot complain!

Positive: It's easy to see how much you have worked for individual projects. Current session tme appears on the tab, so you can check in real time how long your input is going to be.
The app sends you weekly reports via email for easy review.

Negative: Setup was a bit complicated, if I remember correctly. However, once set up, it's easy to use.

Summary: I would suggest any small business to use this software as it is has the most bang for it's buck. This has been beneficial to our office.

Positive: The software is easy to use in all aspects. Time recording, correcting errors, and as well as the ability to review previous weeks with ease. Employees can log in from home when remote work is necessary. Our office made the switch over 3 years ago and have never considered looking for a new product.

Negative: Currently, we have had zero issues with the software so I am unable to list any cons.

Summary: I've been using Clockify for more than one year (daily, for the past few months) and I can say I am very happy about it. Sure, always room for improvements here end there, but it's a real help on a daily basis, especially for small businesses like mine.

Positive: I like the ease of work and the fact that graphics are very clear at a first glance (nice choice of colors by the way). The reports, downloadable in Excel are very useful and easy to use. Cherry on top, the chrome add-on comes more than handy (as well as quick buttons on other apps, but this is not generalized).

Negative: I don't have any cons, to be honest. However, I wish we could click on the lists items from Most tracked activities and to quickly see the details of these activities.

Summary: I would recommend this to anyone. It helped our team better plan out our days and assign more accurate timelines. This has changed the way we handle our sprint planning and how we delegate tasks.

Positive: Great integration with a multitude of services. Free to start. Browser integration makes this very portable for anyone using a chrome based browser. I also like the desktop application on Mac.

Negative: Project organizations/setup feels a little clunky at times. I wish this could be inherited from sprints when timers begin.

Summary: Overall I highly recommend this all business owners or virtual assistant team that needs to monitor it's team punctuality and attendance.

Positive: The pro of Clockify is that it allows its end user to edit and update its log-in time. It is user-friendly and doesn't let its user wonder about each button and tab functions.

Negative: Not much I just hope they could fix the minor bugs that sometimes interfere with the use.

Summary: It's a great app for a low cost. I haven't got any type of complaint till the moment. So I recommend this app.

Positive: It is just excellent. Since day one of using the app, I love it. It's really easy and simple to use and has helped me with my job.

Negative: It must have an automated time tracking feature. This feature should be built-in using IA technology.

Summary: I really enjoy using Clockify. I use it on a daily basis to track my tasks. This helps when my manager wants to know what I have been busy with.

Positive: Easy to use, accurate timing. Overall great design and features. I use the free version as I do not need the benefits of the paid version. I am using it as a task tracker.

Negative: Can't seem to add tasks to the previous day, which would be a great feature.

Summary: It is difficult to see the work dashboard per user as the administrator with the free plan and similar features.

Positive: I needed to use the time management per project, per developer.
Free plan of Clockify was the best for me.

Negative: It's very easy to track, see dashboards, various filtering, manage projects, etc.

Summary: One of the most reliable tool for staff monitoring. No issues when it comes to summarizing the weekly task report.

Positive: Easy to use or user friendly. Has mobile app, desktop app, and a website URL application, so it is very flexible.

Negative: Need to stop the clock for lunchbreak, hence, sometimes we forgot to re-run after the1 hour break.

Summary: I have tried several time trackers, but Clockify was the first time tracker that felt intuitive and allowed what I wanted, add time entries manual and track them while working.

Positive: Easy to log.
Easy to correct the time when you forgot to start the logging.
Easy to make reports, which I attach to customer invoices.
Already exciting options available with the free version.
I can quickly add new users, customers, projects, tasks etc.

Negative: I did not find any cons yet.
I would like to have a feature that automatically can link the document I work on with tracking the time I work on this document. So integration with SharePoint would be great.

Summary: Overall, I really like the functionality and practicality of organizing time and seeing the time spent on some activity.

Positive: I can organize my time of day at work with ease.
Change my schedule if I forget to close or even open the schedule.
It's great that they let you know by email if my time count has been running for a long time.
I can name the schedules I'm doing to organize it better.
I also really like the extension that you can put in the browser and do the time overlap.

Negative: I really don't see any cons, but I think it might be nice to add notifications that can be seen on the desktop with time running out from time to time.

Summary: Good, I use it for my freelance work I really enjoy it!

Positive: Easy to use, Good features, the panel is gorgeous, you can find everything in there. Dashboard and reports are very good.

Negative: Visually impaired, accessibility should be more good. Everyone can use it but for some people be hard.

Summary: An excellent overall experience with Clockify, it has been key to the company's performance and way to work. So, totally recommended.

Positive: The way it is possible to include several projects and tasks to do the time tracking makes everything actually really smooth inside the company. The ease of use of the website also makes it perfect to continue working efficiently and the different ways it is possible to customize the experience working with Clockify, makes it feeling really good.

Negative: Well, one thing by the way, if you are using the mobile application and also the PC application, if you change your preferences in the PC, for some reason, when you enter in the mobile application, when you re-enter again in PC, it resets all of your preferences, making a little bit tedious the process to customize it again.

Summary: I have used several different websites and apps over the years, this one is by far my favorite, easy to use, and compatible with all of my devices allowing me to track my time anywhere.

Positive: I really like the ability to be able to add projects and tags to each of my tracking items. It allows me to be able to more easily quantify the amount of time that I spending on work for each department as well as each type of task. I like the time tracking functions that allow me to manually enter my time or alternatively start the clock.

Negative: I have not yet figured out if there is a way that I can run an overall report and base it on a time range to determine the total amount of time that I have spent on a project or within a category. It would be helpful to turn off the $ button when it will never be applicable to the work that I do. It would also be helpful if I could find a way to run a search for a category/topic.

Summary: I really like Clockify. I used other apps and Toggl before and hands down Clockify is my favorite and I've even recommended this to some of my colleagues.

Positive: I really like the ease of use, that there is a Mobile App. Friendly user interface and it remembers repeated tasks.

Negative: I would like a bit more robust reporting, and it would be great if it reminded you to Clock in/out. However, other than that I don't have any cons.
