eHour is time tracking software for organizations that need reliable hours for billing, project control, approvals, and reporting.
Employees can track time using a weekly timesheet, a timer, Jira, or AI assistants such as ChatGPT and Claude. Teams can configure approval workflows to match their organization, while audit logging keeps a clear record of submitted, reviewed, and changed time.
Beyond timesheets, eHour includes project and user budgets, attendance tracking, expenses, customizable reports, and detailed reporting across clients, projects, teams, and users.
eHour connects with existing business systems through Jira, SSO, SCIM, a REST API, ChatGPT integration, and an MCP server for Claude and other compatible AI assistants. Reporting data can also be used in tools such as Power BI and finance applications.
The software is designed to be configurable without becoming complicated, making it suitable for organizations with straightforward time tracking needs as well as more advanced approval and reporting requirements.
