Positive: From managing our projects to collaborating with coworkers everything became seamless since we migrated to Monday.com. It's so easy to use and has a very low learning curve. The ability it gives us to customization and make our custom project flow is great.

Negative: Integration with Slack keeps disconnecting. The project reports it shares are basic.

Summary: Before using Monday.com, we each had our own "homegrown" project management methods and we had loads of problems staying on track with others. We are divided into web/social, photo/video, and print/design areas within our department. We manage everything for our university and putting our information into Monday.com has helped us tremendously. I can't imagine going back to a non-unified management system again. We are constantly discovering new ways to use it to make our work documentation and tasks easier to share and log.

Positive: Our entire Marketing team uses it to keep up with our daily work, shared projects, and tasks. Tagging other users to involve them has been very useful. Each segment of our department has figured out helpful ways to use Monday.com to benefit their needs.

Negative: There's nothing that I can think of - it has been a lifesaver for us.

Negative: When handling large volume of data, the platform can become slow.

Negative: Since i started using Monday.com till now i haven't experienced any problems so nothing to dislike about it.
