Positive: The platform has been a wonderful tool for hosting solutions delivery and provides a one-stop-shop for clients and internal stakeholders for communications, timelines, and deliverables tracking. It is easy to use and provides transparency in real-time for all project members as well as easy deliverable tracking and project reporting.
Negative: Some additional Task Tracker configurations and usability updates would be helpful similar to excel functionality.

Summary: Since we are a growing agency with multiple project and hundreds of resources, it is easy to use Kantata for resource planning, allocation, and following that allocation during execution. We can aim for higher resource utilization with this.
Positive: Single Dashboard to review all submitted, resubmitted and pending timesheets which makes weekly timesheet review a simple task. It is much better than Tempo timesheets that I have used in past.
Negative: Nothing in particular but more filter and sorting options on project page would have been more helpful as it takes a while to find what you are looking for in it's current view.

Summary: Overall, this is a great product that enables us to work more efficiently and easily track the hours spent on specific tasks within a project.
Positive: My team and I loved the user-friendly interface! We only did about 15 minutes of training to get the basics and then everyone got the rest of it by themselves. It's that easy.
Negative: It is sometimes hard to see the number of hours spent on billable vs non-billable tasks on a project.

Summary: Overall very satisfied with the product. PSO of about 150 people strong. Consultants find the time entry easy to use. Management loves the reports. PMs would like to see better management of projects/resources functionality added.
Positive: User friendly interface, fast, and dependable. We're not using the tool to its max potential (yet), but so far we're overall happy with what it provides.
Negative: The fly-out left menu bar is a bit annoying when you're trying to grab screenshots.

Summary: Kantata is a great tool managing a project's entire lifecycle including pipeline, capacity, margins, etc. Whenever I have any questions their support staff is always quick to respond!
Positive: Easy to setup and great support! When switching to Kantata we saw an increase in productivity and improved visibility!
Negative: More custom reporting options that are easier to setup.

Summary: We do marketing SaaS implementations for some of the biggest companies out there and Mavenlink is our project management tool. It helps us keep projects on track and within the set budgets, improves collaboration with customers, and makes the whole project management easier and more efficient.
Positive: Mavenlink is a very powerful tool to manage projects and there are multiple reasons we went for it after throughly analyzing other tools. We have over 850 employees spread out in 15 offices across the globe and Mavenlink is very easy to use thanks to its intuitive interface and all the help tutorials, videos, FAQs, and great live support. Overall, we've been using it for 5 years.
The other positive thing is Mavenlink has many integrations with 3rd party tools like JIRA, Salesforce, and many others. It's a huge plus there's also Mavenlink API for everything else that isn't yet officially supported.
The platform has project templates, Gantt chart, time tracking tools, expense reports, timesheets, invoicing, file storage, collaboration feed, resource planner and all kinds of reports. It is accompanied by very flexible permission management and different rate cards depending on a region. What is also nice, you can invite client users to projects for free.
The notification management is pretty flexible and is done via emails that you can configure in many ways to not get overwhelmed with all the updates (a big plus).
Last but not least, there is a web-optimized mobile app and a browser plug-in to do time tracking and project updates on the go.Negative: With all the benefits, there are a few minor inconveniences. For example, you cannot select multiple tasks/milestones/deliverables in a project and do a mass-update (i.e. change status or assignees) - you have to go one by one (as of 2020 there was an updated task tracker in beta which will address this). File manager portion could also be expanded and use some permission management, folders, upload requests or sharing links. It doesn't look like Mavenlink supports multiple languages (at least we use English UI across the company and the help portal didn't suggest any language settings per user). Other than that there isn't much to add.

Summary: Overall, Mavenlink is a very useful platform for our organization to manage the business with less effort. Its centralized dashboard gives the best project visualization.
Positive: Mavenlink is an impressive resource and project management platform. I loved its ability to track employee time with project management. UI is super clean. Has tons to business management to manage. Detailed interface with easy to navigate dashboard.
Negative: There isn't any negative to share about this tool.
