InStaff gives growing businesses one employee portal instead of paper and scattered spreadsheets. Employees look up their own paystubs and tax forms, submit timesheets from a phone, request time off, sign documents, and file expenses, which takes the repetitive work off payroll and HR.
Pay documents are delivered exactly as your payroll system produces them. Upload the PDF file and InStaff sorts, splits, and posts each stub to the right employee. It works with any payroll system that outputs PDF paystubs, among them Sage 300, Sage 300 CRE, QuickBooks Desktop and Online, Viewpoint Vista, Deltek Costpoint, Sage 50, and Sage 100.
Modules include time tracking with geofencing, time-off approvals, documents and e-signatures, announcements and surveys, certification expiry alerts, an employee directory and org chart, and expenses. Pricing is modular, so you pay for what you switch on.

Employees will access the exact documents produced by your payroll software without any alterations. With InStaff, employees have round-the-clock self-service access to their complete pay history and tax documents from any web browser, eliminating the need for payroll to handle reprint requests each cycle. The default document retention period is seven years. InStaff is compatible with any payroll system that can generate a PDF paystub, such as Sage 300, Sage 300 CRE, Sage 50, Sage 100, QuickBooks Desktop and Online, Viewpoint Vista, Viewpoint Spectrum, Deltek Costpoint, Foundation, and Microsoft Dynamics NAV. Even if your system isn't listed but can produce PDFs, it is likely still compatible. Your payroll process remains unchanged, and there is no requirement to manually enter pay data into an additional system.
