We didn't break teh fuckin' planet; just Kaliphornia, and that was because Feinstein voted with the Republicans and Hell froze over. When you disturb the natural order there are consequences.

Could windmills have an effect? How much energy are windmills taking out of the system? Maybe the windmills interact in a butterfly type effect, short-circuiting some necessary precursor of tornadoes.

As a dyed in the wool denier, I can unequivocally say that windmills remove an immeasurable amount of energy from the planetary system and have no effect on the frequency of tornadoes or any other storms.

However, for some reason unknown to me, the visible matter in our solar system perfectly describes how the planets orbit the sun, how the moon orbits the earth, and how hard I hit the ground when I try to fly. So where is this dark matter, all this extra gravity? Shouldn't I hit the ground a lot harder than we can explain just based on the mass of our planet?

I assume that because this so called dark matter, if it really exists, is pretty homogeneous at scales of planetary systems so all of the gravitational pulls at infinitely different angles just cancels out.

I just saw on the TV (Detroit market) that to get the philosophical exemption, the parents will have to have a face to face meeting with a public health official who will explain both the risks and benefits of vaccination, which should help reduce the numbers of frivolous exemptions. Additionally I think parents should be held personally responsible for their children's health i.e. if you opt of a vaccine for religious or philosophical reasons and your kid gets that disease, you go to prison for criminal child neglect. I wouldn't be opposed to kids not vaccinated for religious/philosophical reasons being segregated so they don't pose a threat to kids who are unable to be vaccinated due to bona fide medical conditions.
