I hope you realize that Non-Muslim includes a lot of people we would consider Muslim. I wouldn't be surprized for example that the Palestinians would be considered "non-believers" because if they truely were "believers" then Israel would have been pushed into the sea with the help of Allah, besides they are the ones that allowed the Al-Aqsa Mosque and Dome of the Rock in Old City of Jerusalem to fall into Israeli hands. Additionally the Iranians, Afgans and Pakistanis would all be "Non-Believers" because they are Shia and Persians not Arabs.

Keynesian economics is more about controlling money's value through plain old supply and demand i.e. Government can cause inflation by spending at a deficit, reducing taxes and pumping money into the economy. The country was in a depression caused by deflation in the 1930's, so FDR's spending at deficts to fund Public works worked. The inverse would be that Government can cause deflation by increasing taxes, reducing spending and paying down the debt with inflated money. During the Carter Administration, they tried to fix an inflationary recession by miss-applying Keynesian economics and increased defict spending with disasterous results.

Currently with inflation at 1.5 - 2, the budget should be balanced and taxes moderate.

The only thing keeping Ronald Reagan from being the worst president in US history is W.

During Jimmy Carter's last year in office (1980), inflation averaged 12.5%, compared with 4.4% during Reagan's last year in office (1988).[122] During Reagan's administration, the unemployment rate declined from 7.5% to 5.4%, with the rate reaching highs of 10.8% in 1982 and 10.4% in 1983, averaging 7.5% over the eight years, and GDP growth average 7.9% with a high of 12.2% growth in 1982.[123][124]Ronald Reagan

I guess you're too young to remember what's like living with double digit inflation, with double digit unemployment during the worst recession since the great depression, becase that's what he inhereted from Carter. Ending the Cold War by enacting strategies that collapsed the Soviet Union, reunified Germany and liberated eastern Euorpe from Soviet puppet states was no mean feat either.

I consider George H, one of the worst presidents because all he had to do is keep on doing what they were doing when he was VP, and he didn't.

First it's been a long time since Comcast has advertised "unlimited" as in decades rather than years, and certainly well before they re-branded their service as Xfinity, having said that, Comcast does market themselves by showing happy people merrily using their Xfinity internet in ways that would certainly run into their glass ceilings limits on a monthly basis; all without saying that you can only do those activities 3 days out of a week.
Secondly why would anybody pay for broadband internet, and only use it like ISDN or DSL?

Yes there is no constitutional authorization for the Government to penalize private citizens for not purchasing a service from an other private entity, so SCOTUS had to call a spade a spade or overthrow the whole bill.

Campaign finance in the United States

When an election gets really ugly in the US it's normally because of advertisements ran by a Super PAC or a 501(c)(4) organization to support their "Golden Child" or oppose their "Son of Satan" opponent, rather than the Candidate or His/Her Election Committee. It's Ironic when you see ads claiming a Candidate is a bought and paid for sock puppet for the Kock Brothers in an ad paid for by Soros, and the next ad says the inverse about the opposing candidate, while you know both candidate consider the Kocks and Soros to be a tar-baby of epic proportions.

I rather doubt the Pharaohs were the only one who knew how to brew beer, more likely it was a priest guild with a pharonic charter.
