or if they could get 150 miles on a ~$15k economy car it would be a great commuter and I could afford to get a second bigger car for long road trips that would maintain low mileage and maintenance.
150 miles and cheap would be perfect for me to get back and forth to work and still have enough range if I had to do something else in a single day, then charge at night.
actually neither run on gas.
Missing the bold, you screwed it up.
...in an outdated unsupported version.
To go along with that I'd suggest the satisfying crunch of hanging up on someone you're pissed at. mashing the cell phone screen doesn't accentuate the emotion as well.
That's not what 'He' said.
The cost of education is much much more than then price per credit hour. The missing of work, the room and board, books food the basics for life while you barely able to find time for the homework and classes.
There is a government program already in place to cover all this though. It's called the military. It works.
probably as much as the first cave man to bring fire into his cave. "WE ALL BURN TO DEATH!!" they would say. "But we be less likely to freeze death which is actually happening now" he would reply.
Let's address the problems we have now, and only consider lightly the problems we don't yet have. If they do happen to come up, we can address them at that time.
I fought and got my free health care and now I want free cable. Someone else should pay for all my stuff.
Interestingly the cable companies aren't screwing me. The second i no longer want their service I can shut it off. For now it seems to be a bargain in entertainment vs value.
luckly the heavily regulated market we currently have makes sure stuff like this doesn't happen.
The obvious solution to this is to trademark the characters, that way the work can be released to the world but derivative works with the same characters or some portion of it couldn't be made without your permission.
When I was stationed there the north did similar with pamphlets all the time. As an american solder we would pick them up, unable to read them. I asked a Korean solder what it said and he wouldn't even look at it and told me to get rid of it. The south wasn't (20+ years ago) much different.
Why would I want to launch something in space just to bring it back. If it's not required to insure the survival of the crew I could make it significantly lighter and cheaper, and instead of all that extra weight that will just be coming back for another trip I could be sending up that much more payload. This re-usable rocket bullshit is what stalled the space programs over the past 40+ years.
It's a naive, domestic operating system without any breeding, but I think you'll be amused by its presumption.
