I would like my browser to not be for modern use but for showing text and images with HTML, and for websites to work like that when the user desires it. No cookies, no local storage, no audio tricks, etc.

Those are easy and cheap for them to make, and lose, in quantity on these test missions.

When they are willing to risk more valuable cargos of other shapes they will be able to do that, and Spacex would be stupid not to be preparing for that.
