But at the same time, she wasn't being asked to hula hoop and she didn't say the woman didn't start hula-hooping of their own volition, some people like to be looked at, I don't think the men gawping is a big deal. I think by the time this happened she had gotten so sensitive to the harassment she had received that this was the final straw.

It's a red herring for the people who want to take a bash at Horvarth.

It may have been the straw that broke the camels back, but that's the point, she had been driven to the point where the straw became a back-breaker by the ill-treatment issue.

The whole point of the straw proverb is that it's not the straw that matters (red herring), it's the prior weight.

Too right, what next, dancing and showing their ankles? Parties and alcohol clearly need to be banned.

Note: you changed "were hula hooping" to "were encouraged to gyrate their bodies".

Drunk people are often embarrassing, but the uncomfortableness that is embarrassment is something that a reasonable adult puts up with when they see that the other people are having harmless fun.

50 people getting a split of $19b is seen as a bad thing because it "increases inequality". Why?

That statement is beyond dim, do you not understand what the definition of inequality is?

How many decades of there being no "trickle-down effect" do you need?

Let me put it simply, rich people redistribute wealth from poor people to rich people by getting them to create goods and services for the lowest wage that they can get away with and the profits get paid to rich shareholders and directors.

Inequality is some people being substantially more wealthy than others.

So, why isn't anyone tracing the stolen bitcoins? crowd-source, pay a knowledgeable programmer already.

The wallet numbers where even supplied, there should be a honorable blocking system put in place by all exchanges and banks to refuse transactions from those wallets and downstream wallets from them.

Latest data from the Commons Environment Audit Committee warns that up to 50,000 people each year are meeting a premature death in the UK thanks to air pollution, with an annual health care bill of up to £20.2 billion. The biggest culprit? Transport, responsible for 70 percent of pollution in towns and cities.

That's the UK, the pollution in China is worse by orders of magnitude, literally millions of people a year will be dying there from lung diseases.

People don't take traffic pollution seriously because they can't see it, even though the number of deaths caused dwarfs vehicle accident deaths.
