GNAA announces fulfillment of the Gaynigger prophecy

Gary Niger (GNAP) -- Tokyo, Japan As prophecized in Gayniggers from Outer Space, a spacecraft has arrived in Earth orbit and begun sending gayniggers to the Earth's surface to eliminate all female creatures, which the GNAA considers to be parasites. Though refugee centers have been set up worldwide by NOW and other feminist organizations, the earth's female creatures have proven to be no match for the gayniggers' powers. As a demonstration, a command was sent from the mothership to activate a volcano to destroy the island of Lesbos.

In a press conference, GNAA president Timecop (who arrived late due to his participation in a gay sex orgy in the boiler room) announced a series of steps that people worldwide should take to welcome the saviors of the human race upon their arrival on Earth:

1. Stock up on flashlights, generators, and other emergency supplies. With the female creatures eliminated, everyone will be too interested in gay sex to do such things as maintain power plants.

2. Citizens who run out of jam to spread on their toast should substitute the Holy Gay Nigger Seed.

3. Do not attempt to resist the Gayniggers. They are stronger than pathetic humans.

Timecop concluded the press conference by pulling down his boxer shorts and inserting his 14 inch gay nigger cock into the anus of Slashdot editor Zonk.

It is official; the Electoral College confirms: USA is dying

One more crippling
bombshell hit the already beleaguered USA community when CNN confirmed that USA
IQ share has dropped yet again, now down to less than a fraction of 1 percent of
the worldwide average. Coming on the heels of a recent Electoral College vote which plainly states
that USA has lost more Democrats, this news serves to reinforce what we've
known all along. USA is collapsing in complete disarray, as fittingly exemplified by
reelecting a right-wing nutjob
in the recent 2004 Presidential election.

You don't need to
be a Kreskin [amdest.com] to predict USA's
future. The hand writing is on the wall: USA faces a bleak future. In fact there won't
be any future at all for USA because USA is dying. Things are looking very
bad for USA. As many of us are already aware, USA continues to lose Democrats. Red
states fill the map like a rising sea of blood.

FreeUSA is the most endangered of them all, having
lost 93% of its core civil rights. The sudden and unpleasant departures of long time
FreeUSA rights Freedom of Assembly and Freedom of Religion only serve to underscore the point
more clearly. There can no longer be any doubt: FreeUSA is dying.

Let's
keep to the facts and look at the numbers.

OpenUSA leader FactCheck.org states that there
are 7000 citizens of OpenUSA. How many users of NetUSA are there? Let's see. The number of
OpenUSA versus NetUSA votes in Ohio is roughly in ratio of 5 to 1. Therefore there are
about 7000/5 = 1400 NetUSA citizens. USA/OS votes in Florida are about half of the volume
of NetUSA posts. Therefore there are about 700 citizens of USA/OS. A recent FoxNews poll put
FreeUSA at about 80 percent of the USA land area. Therefore there are (7000+1400+700)*4 =
36400 FreeUSA users. This is consistent with the number of FreeUSA Ohio votes.

Due to the troubles of the Supreme Court, terrorist fearmongering and so on, FreeUSA went out
of business and was taken over by John Kerry who ran another troubled campaign. Now John Kerry' Presidential campaign
is also dead, its corpse turned over to yet another Cheney house.

All major
surveys show that USA has steadily declined in personal freedoms. USA is very sick and
its long term survival prospects are very dim. If USA is to survive at all it will
do so as a subsidiary of Halliburton. USA continues to decay. Nothing short of a miracle
could save it at this point in time. For all practical purposes, USA is dead.

Investors eye apartment properties

Apartment properties are apparently an attractive investment, especially if they are converted to condominiums, according to figures from the Greater Nashville Association of America (GNAA).

As of the end of the third quarter, 14 apartment properties within the greater Nashville market had sold this year for a total of more than $231 million, GNAA reported.

In comparison, 13 apartment properties had sold for about $175 million by the end of the third quarter in 2004.

"We'll probably set a new record for sales this year," said Kirby Davis, president of First Management Inc., a property management firm, and chairman of GNAA's statistics committee. "It's been a red-hot market."

The properties that have been sold contained a total of 3,456 rental units for an average price per unit of about $67,000.

The highest price tag a property garnered in the third quarter, and thus far for the year, was the $43.8 million paid for the 598 units at The Lexington at Bellevue apartments.

But the sale of The Cumberland and the then-Post Bennie Dillon Building - both in GNAA's West End/downtown submarket - brought in the highest per-unit prices at $106,920 and $119,767, respectively.

The two sales, which closed in April, also resulted in the highest prices per square foot at $133.14 and $167.56, respectively.

All of the 86 units in the Bennie Dillon and the top four floors of The Cumberland have been converted to condos.

The Cumberland and Bennie Dillon likely will set price records, Davis said, adding that the conversion of for-rent apartments to for-sale condos is a trend that might continue for a while.

Areas most likely to see conversions, he said, are Bellevue, Franklin and the West End/downtown submarket, which includes Green Hills.

Other examples of the trend, said Davis, include some large new projects, such as the Bristol on Broadway, located in Midtown, and The Enclave, located at 21st Avenue South and Interstate 440. The developers of both those projects converted the units from apartments to condos before the construction of the buildings was completed.

In the meantime, apartment occupancy rates and rental fees have remained relatively stable in recent months.

Occupancy at the end of the third quarter was 94.58 percent compared to 93.54 percent a year ago. The average rental rate was $687 compared to $696 at the end of the 2004 third quarter.
