Summary: The HR Software has helped our company to streamline our recruitment process, making it easier for us to attract and retain top talent. The software is user-friendly and the customer support is excellent.

Positive: REALCODERZ has made our HR department much more organized and efficient. The ability to track employee data and performance in one place has been a huge benefit for us. The customer support team is also very helpful and responsive.

Negative: Implementation takes time. It's for one time only. Over all the customer support resolves problem really fast.

Summary: We implemented Realcoderz in 2021. We've gained efficiencies and capabilities and have realized tremendous returns on investment. We have implemented a half dozen additional modules since and continue to grow and take advantage of new features and capabilities.

Positive: Realcoderz is customizable and offers several modules integration to expand upon the core offering. The service of this cloud-based SaaS application is incredible. Realcoderz has a very robust Android and iOS mobile app that offers access to the same functionality as the main web application. The mobile app can mark attendance, apply for expenses, view pay data, clock in/out, approve time cards, request time off, view profile information, and various other items.

Negative: No dislike, but the mobile app sometimes takes the wrong location information, but this is rare. The latest update changed the UI, and we are currently learning the updated version of Realcoderz.

Summary: The career coach AI in REALCODERZ suggested sharpening my MERN Developer skillset. Thus, my manager assigned me this course in our skill builder portal and improved internal and external communication with clients. The course was well organized and available in different formats like PPT, videos, etc. It featured content that helped me a lot.

Positive: The course content was easy to read and understand. A study group helps to test our knowledge against other team members and compete internally. We started in a larger group. The course was well organized and available in different formats like PPT, videos, etc.

Negative: I like this LMS portal, The UI is clean, and the content is also great. My only recommendation is to extend the time allocated for the learning sessions.

Summary: We are very satisfied to have the ability to track employee attendance, leave, and performance in a single software. We can also award or recognize any employee using this portal, which will automatically send a notification to all the employees in the organization.

Positive: Once employees are trained to get across in REALCODERZ, they rarely have problems with it. When they do, it is easy for Administrators to help them and clarify or show them how to fix their matters. There are also a lot of user guides to assist employees, as well as excellent support specialists to help the administrators with their questions.

Negative: There are many updates to the software and the way different things work, and it is sometimes difficult for smaller companies to keep up with the changes. The Updates are usually good ones, but they are challenging for smaller companies to utilize occasionally.
