Negative: I would like the guidelines and the steps to follow that this software offers for its proper execution to be improved to meet the objectives that we set for ourselves. Paycor manages the workers well, but I would also like to be able to put a description of each worker, also, all the objectives and functions that each worker has should be tracked to know if they fulfill their daily activities. If Paycor had weekly reports, this would make it a better software, with the weekly reports I can observe the weekly development and administration of the company, I can know if each worker has fulfilled their function and their working hours, but, above all, everything, if we have fulfilled the objectives that we set ourselves each week, likewise, with these reports we can solve the problems that have arisen in the company and we can look for solutions to them, in the same way I can establish weekly meetings to analyze said reports and ask the staff how we can improve, and so, every week we set goals to meet to become better.

Something that annoys me a bit about this software is that it takes a long time to terminate an employee in this system, I have to try to make the request daily from the moment the staff is withdrawn so that they can completely remove it from the system, this it brings with it certain problems to my statistics, because it is treated as if the employee were still working and then I always have to cancel the payment and their functions. Another thing that bothers me is that the support team is very slow, they take days to answer the questions I have, and this delays certain activities that go together with Paycor. -

The Worst of the Worst Date: Jul 26 2024
Summary: Paycor is by far the worst HRIS system that I've had the misfortune of using in 30 years. If you're thinking of adopting Paycor, run in another direction. You'll rue the day if you ever decided to purchase this product.
Positive: Paycor has very few Pros. In fact I cannot think of a single one. I guess one advantage is that their product line ONLY deals with HR. Heaven help us if they start building software to run healthcare, airlines or systems essential for maintaining human life.
