Positive: To do my job well, I need access to direct lines, cell phone numbers, and emails. With Visual Visitor, I get that for at least 75% of my clients and prospective buyers.

Negative: It takes a while to get the hang of it. The demo was really helpful in teaching me how to use it.

Summary: Visual Visitor is good source for contact data. I don't know where they're getting it but it's thoroughly researched and up-to-date. In addition to emails, their database also stores cell phone numbers. Very cool resource to have on hand.

Positive: Their data is properly vetted. I haven't had any emails bounce so far. They automatically reimburse contact credits if they aren't confident the data is accurate.

Negative: It works really well, I haven't had any problems.

Summary: The data collecting software is more thorough than ZoomInfo. It gives you more information per contact. The price is also lower so overall I'm glad I dropped ZoomInfo for Visual Visitor.

Positive: The prospect data is very detailed. When you click on a contact, it tells you their industry, location, job title, job function, and skillset.

Negative: Visual Visitor works as advertised. No cons I can think of.

Summary: I can't imagine prospecting without it. The ability to search for leads in my target industries is very helpful. The fact that it uncovers emails, direct lines, and cell phones is icing on the cake.

Positive: Visual Visitor really helps with lead generation. Their search engine has millions of contacts and they offer lots of filters you can use to sort the data. Their intent campaigns find the best leads in my opinion. Unfortunately, I work in a niche market so I don't get many hits this way.

Negative: When it works, their intent campaigns are great. However, if you work in a niche market like me, you might not get many results.

Summary: There's a lot to like about Visual Visitor. The email tracking plugin and website visitor ID software are topnotch tools for lead nurturing. I would definitely recommend it to other people who work in sales.
