    Summary: I'm a firm believer that the first vendor who contacts a buyer is usually the one that gets the sale. Visual Visitor gives you the info you need to be proactive and make first contact with buyers. I've closed more sales this year than ever before and it's the middle of a pandemic!

    Positive: Who's shopping is my favorite tool. Knowing who's looking for my products online before they contact a vendor is huge. It even tells you which term they searched online that the system flagged as pertinent to your business. You can use this to guess what products they're interested in which helps you personalize your sales pitch.

    Negative: The email tracking tool tells you where a recipient is located but it's not very accurate. It thinks one of my clients is based in North Carolina but they're actually in Virginia.
