Summary: It's accelerated my sales cycle The best thing I can say about Visual Visitor is that it helps me sell faster. Not only does it deliver new leads on a daily basis, but it also helps me track my prospective buyers (email opens, website activity, etc.). This in turn tells me which leads to prioritize. The database is expansive and frequently updated. Visual Visitor is a fantastic platform for lead generation. It collects a ton of data which makes it easy for me to find and evaluate new leads. Overall, I'm happy I decided to give it a go.
Positive: Helped me sell fast and get qualified leads. The tool helps me to evaluate tons of data and generate leads for my business.
Negative: Everything is perfect. I did not find any difficulty using this tool.

Summary: Visual Visitor is a great resource for small business. The app is easy to use so you won't have to waste a lot of time training your sales reps. I really appreciate how fast they respond to support tickets.
Positive: The app is easy to use, it has an intuitive UI and the IT experts at Visual Visitor are quick to respond to any questions.
Negative: I have come across incorrect data once or twice. The database works best if you're looking at big businesses.

Summary: Downloading Visual Visitor is a no-brainer. It's a lot cheaper than other data providers and it offers the same features. Their sales rep called it a "one-stop-shop" for sales intelligence software and I think that's a fair assessment.
Positive: It tells you which businesses are in the market for your products. Knowing which businesses are investigating our products online is invaluable. Plus, it compiles info about the businesses so you know where they're located, what they do, and which employees have signing power.
Negative: It takes some time to understand all the features.

Summary: Visual Visitor is a great, cheaper alternative to ZoomInfo. It's worth checking out if you need a new lead source. Their buyer intent data is particularly helpful if your customers research online before reaching out to vendors.
Positive: It offers the same tools as ZoomInfo (contact data, buyer intent data, analytics) but it's a lot cheaper. The quality is basically the same.
Negative: Nothing to report. The data is detailed and accurate.

Summary: I've invested heavily in my sales staff from extra benefits to equipment to software. Visual Visitor is definitely the best investment I've made in terms of ROI. I've noticed a 9% increase in sales so far and we've had it for less than two months.
Positive: The convenience of finding relevant data in the database. I set a few parameters to exclude certain industries and departments, and the bulk of the results are usable contacts.
Negative: I don't have many dislikes apart from the fact that occasionally the database is light on information for companies located in Asia.

Summary: Visual Visitor is a great company to work with! Their support staff is really nice and the product is great. 600 million contacts! You can't beat it at this price point.
Positive: There are millions of contacts in the database which you can leverage. I'm also very impressed with their customer service. The Visual Visitor employee who responds to our tickets is very patient and helpful.
Negative: Nothing so far. We have not seen any cons to using Visual Visitor.

Summary: I love Visual Visitor because it helps me work collections. Instead of calling a company line and holding for 20 minutes before getting someone on the line, Visual Visitor gives me the direct line to the employee I need to speak with.
Positive: I love being able to look up businesses with the Who to Contact tab. I handle collections and Visual Visitor is a lifesaver when it comes to contact data and email tracking. Knowing when a company has opened our email invoice is really helpful.
Negative: The email plug-in tells you when an email was opened but it can't tell you whether they clicked on the attachment.

Summary: I can't imagine prospecting without a database in 2022. With everyone working remotely, I rely on the contact data more than I did before. What really sets Visual Visitor apart is the granularity of the data and the fact that it contains cell phone numbers. Most data providers I've demo'd only include company lines.
Positive: When you click on a company in Who to Contact, it gives you a snapshot of its industry, location, workers, etc. This is a great feature if you want to quickly evaluate leads. I usually start with a company and then work my way through its employees but it also lets you do the opposite (i.e. search for your preferred workers and then go through various businesses).
Negative: Nothing to report so far. They keep adding new functionality. I hope this continues.

Summary: Great Experience. Best value in marketing tools I've seen. Compares to the higher dollar platforms for a fraction of the cost. I don't have to have a developer on staff to configure the system.

Summary: Overall, it's a good place for prospecting. It has plenty of companies in the database to get you started and the visitor ID tool is top-notch. Looking forward to seeing what enhancements they add in the future.
Positive: In terms of access, Visual Visitor is terrific. I find new leads every week with the visitor ID tool. The database is also helpful, especially when I know who I'm looking for.
Negative: No issues apart from the fact that some info is missing for small companies.

Summary: It works as described - at least four features geared toward lead generation. Compared to ZoomInfo, you get more for your money - but only just.
Positive: Visual Visitor is a good source for contact data. The search tool is well-designed - lots of filters to eliminate bad-fit companies from your search.
Negative: There's a cap on the number of contact credits. No more complaints.

Summary: Lots of data for a reasonable price. Here's hoping they identify individuals, and not just companies, in the future.
Positive: I love that the dataset is constantly changing. I switched roles recently and I noticed that the database updated my job title within 3 days. That's pretty cool!
Negative: In regard to intent campaigns, I wish it could tell me which individual person searched my keywords.

Summary: Gives insight into my website traffic and email campaign performance. Instead of just handing me a bunch of leads, it tells me which ones are engaging with my content. This is invaluable to salespeople. Learning more about my leads is helping me close more deals.
Positive: The biggest pro is the Who's Interested featured. Knowing which pages on our website are getting clicks is really helpful. It tells me which products to highlight when I email prospects.
Negative: You need to remember to tag emails to track them. I wish it was automatic.
